One of our bags did not make the connecting flight in Madrid. We have not received any word today on its location. Seats were so narrow and uncomfortable!

Being a platinum member and having reserved an exit row I was bumped into a middle seat which should not be allowed. On top we landed 10 minutes early to wait 45 minutes on the tarmac at Heathrow. I used to love Iberia, loving it less and less
Room between seats unacceptable. If person front of you dropped down there seat even a little you could not be even a little comfortable. No sleep on flight
Outstanding. plane was a bit dated but safe and clean
Always an excellent experience. Staff are professional without being overly fussy.
Boarding passes should be checked upon boarding to avoid a situation we got into, delays due to wrong boarding
Iberia is a much classier experience than their US partner airlines.
I had an 11.5 layover and the flight was delayed to 12 hours. I visited Turkish Air to see if it was possible to receive a voucher for a hotel or even shower, nothing. I cried. My son and I are traveling alone and I felt the airline should have shown some sympathy, at least to shower. I cannot sleep during flights and felt like I would pass out anytime. It was a very real problem. Next time I will fly with an airline that shows more sympathy towards their passengers.
The economy seats had space unlike Iberia Airlines from NY to Barcelona.
A friendlier and more helpful crew would have been much better.
