Head rest did not move, very uncomfortable. Staff was great. There was no entertainment, would be nice not to have to pay for snack.

Worst airline - on our flight down from MCO to EYW, there was a huuuuuge delay. We were supposed to take off 12p and it was pushed back to almost 2:30p. We boarded the plane and then sat on the tarmac forever because we were "over" weight and had to burn fuel. Rather than ask guests to volunteer and leave, they kept us on the plane. Finally a family decided to off board and take their luggage with them. Shortly after, we left the terminal but then the pilot told us we may have to sit at the end of the runway for 15-20mins to burn more fuel. Which we ended up doing and of course it started to rain. We finally took off 2:50p. We were supposed to land 1p and didn't land until 3:45p. Basically had time to scramble off the plane, grab our luggage, request transportation to our hotel, unpack, rinse off and hustle over to our 6:30p dinner ressy. It's a shame Breeze is the only non-stop airline from MCO to EYW. For this, not sure I'd ever go back to EYW - most def will not take Breeze again.

Flight was rescheduled from (originally) early Saturday departure to a late Sunday departure. Then the late Sunday departure was delayed again (weather) and got in very late. We’ve enjoyed Breeze a lot, but this particular experience was a little disappointing.

Breeze was good but the sandiego airport had traffic and waiting 1 hour in the plane till take off

The return flight was soooooo much colder than the departure flight to Connecticut! I appreciated the layover because I didn't have to change planes. The staff and the service were the best! Everyone was so professional and accommodating. Having internet was great, but for the movies the flight offers through the app could be updated. THANKS EVERYONE! I fly BREEZE every opportunity I can get.

The flight was comfortable with the usual slight turbulence. Macadamia Nuts would be great snacks to purchase in flight.

This is one of the worst trips that I have ever had. Ending up with an overnight delay. I’m not happy with the fact that they did not provide and set up the arrangement needed for lodging that we had to do it on our own. I also feel there should’ve been Compensation for food.

Had to approach landing twice which caused concern but probably due to weather

This was my first time flying your airline and it was okay. The people were nice but I am not used to all the add ons and no movies or even water. But I knew it was going to be that way. I think I prefer paying for the extras to be more comfortable.

Plane did no snacks and had no wifi or entertainment although the flight was 4 hours long.

Flight was delayed and after being in the airport for like seven hours, it was canceled.

Overall fine, but the delay was annoying and the reasons for the delay were not communicated. The crew on board were phenomenal!

This flight never occurred because AA couldn’t get their act together.

Boarding was very efficient. Everyone got on board and we got on our way very quickly. It was frustrating that the entertainment app was not functioning properly. I was not able to activate some of the movies offered. The crew on this flight appears to be pretty grumpy. They had no smile on their faces. I felt like they were doing us a favor for being there.

Delayed because of weather in Nashville. I think God or some higher power generally has cursed me when it comes to flying out of Charlotte on American. I'm delayed pretty much everytime. We need Team Cobra Kai types to come in and "sweep the leg(s)" of the Charlotte ops people on principle. Don't let the sweet southern rocking chairs fool you, Charlotte is a sinkhole

Long 5 hour and 45 min flight and only one drink service and cookie snack

Newark airport grounded inbound flight and only announced when the flight was about to start taxing.

Terrible. The flight was delayed two hours due to weather. Then when we got on the plane, the first pilot ended up timing out and we had to wait for a second pilot. Second pile came on board and we tax it out. Had to return back to the gate because of an unruly passenger. Then the copilot timed out. Had to wait for new copilot. Also had to wait for maintenance to check for fuel. Then found out the second pilot timed out and we had to wait for a third pilot. Was ready to go and then needed maintenance again for another issue. In the end, it was 2 o’clock in the morning when they announced that the flight couldn’t go because the third pilot and the second copilot had timed out.

American Airlines initially postponed the flight. Then they cancelled it an rescheduled us on a flight that would take over 24 hours with multiple stops. They then changed this flight to a reasonable alternative the next day which they later cancelled and replaced with a flight that would take off with an additional 16 hour delay. They blamed weather but I noticed (at 4am) that Delta had direct flights from Charlotte to Detroit. I went on line. Booked it and was in Detroit buy 9am. The interesting thing is they did a similar thing to a family member just 2 days earlier. I don't think I will fly American unless I have to.

I was a little disappointed of not having an android charger. Only one it was for an iPhone. I've flown American in the past and had access to one.
