Travelers arriving from a country where the number of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 inhabitants has been more than 15 in the last 14 days are subject to a 14-day quarantine.
Travelers from the UK will need to self-isolate for 14 days. This period of self-isolation can be shortened by taking a further test 7 days after arrival. If the second test is also negative, they can return to work for essential duties.
The citizens of Latvia and Lithuania, holders of residence permit or right of residence of these countries, can enter Estonia and do not have to stay at home if they display no symptoms of COVID-19.
Foreign travelers who are in Estonia for transit to reach their home country can travel through Estonia provided they have no symptoms of COVID-19.
Travelers who have been required to self-isolate or stay in quarantine need to comply with the established requirement until the end of the specified deadline

Cons: "Flight was delayed in Frankfurt due to technical issues. That was fixed, but ended up missing the flight to Minneapolis. Lufthansa provided vouchers to hotel and shuttle to the hotel (holiday inn express) and back to the airport. We stood out in the cold for 45 mins but the shuttle did not show up. Ended up taking Uber to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service does not start in the morning before 5:30 am. They booked me on a 6 am flight with 5:45 boarding time. The hotel scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 3:30 am to make back to the airport on time. I ended up spending $70 and I’m totally exhausted. I wished I just stayed at the airport. Not to mention the quality of the hotel accommodations is less than average. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was managed."

No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Cons: "Stuck in Frankfurt due to weather which I understand but no one helped us navigate the customer service lines and it was utter chaos!!! I stood in line for four!!!! Hours and did not get checked on once then i found out I did that for no reason and i had to wait In another line for almost two hours!!! Then then next day my flight was delayed for four!!! Hours due to engine issues and they had to get a new plane so the rerouted two flights had To be canceled And I was stuck overnight again in Dallas. No one met me at the gate or had anything to say to me. Not really one ounce of customer service . I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

Pros: "This was one of the most aggravating flights. I had a connection. Both flights were delayed and i had to run through the enormous frankfurt with my carry on cat. When i got to the next flight it was delayed 30mins and there were little updates. When i arrived in oslo i was late and so missed my connecting train. I had to wait 6 hours in the station for the next train. An exhausting and frustrating experience. There was one helpful steward on the lax frankfurt flight but the rest of the staff was not helpful."

Will not take Boeing 747-400 again."

Cons: "On our return flight from Munich to IAD the airline apparently switched the plane hours before departure. We did not receive notice of this and when we went to board we received new boarding passes. I was traveling with someone and so this reassignment meant not only that we were separated by that we were moved from an Aisle and a window seat together to both of us in middle seats. I understand that this change was out of ground crew control and so we waited to speak with agents about seeing if we could be seated together. While we waited patiently and were told that the only two seats together were both middle seats, the women who were waiting behind us and who were in the same situation as us (but much nor agitated and loud about the complaint) received upgrades to economy plus and were placed in an aisle seat. We were very disappointed with how this was handled and both of us being tall were very uncomfortable on the long flight."
