Check-in staff lied about premium class from MAN to CDG. One clas aircraft without notice and 4 hours delayed at CUN. Lost luggage at CDG and nobody to help
Fight attendants were kind. Got to my destination safely. Food was pretty good, however small.
I do not enjoy a budget airline, never been on one and likely won't ever again. I appreciated saving money on the overall ticket cost, but did not like the feeling of getting nickel and dined with every cart. Grateful the in flight meal was included.
Phone charging outlet under my seat didn't work.

Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!
The flight actually left.
Poor communication. Flight originally at 11:35, then 12:05, then 12:15... At 11:55, they said they would start boarding in 20 min. How can you do that and still take off at 12:15? Answer: you can't. Just be honest and keep us informed. Bonus: United sent me an email saying that connection had already left (it hadn't - thanks United! - awesome service as always!)
Overall good experience
Short flight but had to pay for snacks or drinks on Aer Lingus.
The plane interior needed maintenance. The seat pocket in front of me was falling off, and things were tattered
The seat was comfortable on the newer plane and the in flight entertainment was excellent.
The airline features an upgrade yourself bid option that starts at a minimum bid. We went above this and got rejected, only to find there were still open seats. They tried to then upsell is at 4x the cost which makes the entire thing seem terribly dishonest. After calling customer service, they hung up on me. It’s clearly a scam to extract more pricing data from customers.
The flight was very short, but everyone was accommodating.
