Staff and flight attendants were very polite. Flight was smooth. My seat on the plane was a bit broken so it would not stay in upright position but it was fine for the most part.
I didn’t have a seat assignment and my seat was very dirty on the flight from Frankfurt to Budapest.

Good flight. On time. Boarding and seating was easy. Crew were really friendly, yet professional. Bathroom (by cockpit) was small but serviceable. Some the seats were showing some notable wear & tear, but were comfy. Very happy UA customer. TY! 🤛🏽💗
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!

The boarding on this Air Canada flight from Toronto to Barcelona was a complete mess. The ticket was written under United but they were actually Air Canada flights. We went from one end of the Toronto airport to the complete other side.
It was quite noisy on the flight for a night flight.
As per usual for my flights with American Airlines, One flight was very delayed and caused me to miss my connection and they moved my flight to another day. I called customer support and was moved back to my original day but different flights. My layover flight was delayed by an additional 30 minutes while the flight crew confirmed that the plane was airworthy. Ultimately, it is less hassle to drive 10 hours than to fly 6 hours with American Airlines. I recommend my friends and family to hitch hike over taking this terrible transit.

I found the seats ergonomically uncomfortable forcing the body to seat slightly hunched. For a short flight I worked on adjustments but for a longer flight, it would be difficult.
For some unknown reason, my checked bag didn't arrive at the same time. I got to my destination about 30 minutes late (5pm) and my bag was delivered to my hotel at 2:06am.... in the past 4 flights with AA, they been delayed and I've missed connections and my bags. Poor service.
Check in for 5am flight at RDU was hampered by American check in counters being seriously understaffed , was told even supervisor called out. Took so long in line for special services check in that we missed our 5am departure even after arriving at 3:30am. Had to be rescheduled to later flight from Charlotte to St Thomas.
Awfully rude American worker at door when we started boarding flight. Then, walk into a blazing hot airplane with no air conditioning until twenty minutes into the flight. Free entertainment was non existent! My husband, along with the fellow passenger in our row, and I could not get entertainment to work, no WIFI! Really?? Been flying American a long time. Was very disappointed.
Flight delayed and missed connection. Rescheduled flight cancelled after 6 hrs wait. Rerouted thru ORD, flight cancelled, overnight stay in ORD. Still in the air on new flight!
Very below average , plane from Dallas to Toyko was very poor designed plane. I had to sit for 13 hours next to fat man. Really bad seat and entertainment screen sucked

When arriving over 2 hours early to check k in at Charlotte airport I was told I would have to check my carry on ? Apparently the flight was full and may not be room. I was not given a choice and the agent was quite unpleasant about it. I am a senior amd was not comfortable me having to worry about my bag being lost vut it didn’t seem to bother him. There were lots and lots of people of all ages in line when we boarded with carryons and most larger than mine .the rest of my journey was pleasant vut this was totally unacceptable.
My wife was in a wheelchair. Most accommodating and kind staff!
The gate crew were very efficient and diligent with respect to helping people with carry-on luggage. Because of their diligence, only a few "bad apples" snuck through and subsequently delayed onboarding because of the lengthy attempts they had to make to get their oversized roller bags to fit in the relatively small overhead luggage compartments in the Embraer 175 we were flying in. I also appreciated Air Canada's attempts to head off this situation by offering, during check in, the opportunity to have carry-on luggage checked through to one's ultimate destination. This made onboarding and subsequent transfers very convenient for me.
Great flight crew. Flight delayed but still made connection because I rushed through the terminal. If I’d waited for the requested wheelchair I never would have made the next flight. Also, there was no one readily available to ask for assistance, I had to search for assistance. The workers at customs seemed annoyed to help.
Plane had a problem with the steering mechanism, which causes a 2.5 hour delay while boarded.
I will never fly with Air Canada again. Our flight to Montreal to Munich was delayed. We missed our connecting flight to Marseille and we’re stuck in Munich airport for 11 hours. I will never fly Air Canada or Lufthansa again.
Missed connection by a couple of minutes. I’m hat was followed by 2.5 hours in line for a hopelessly overmatched customer service desk that actually closed after 75 minutes and directed us join the back of another one at the other end of the terminal. Gross and truly remarkable levels of incompetence with Air Canada. Buyer beware!
The departing flight from Raleigh NC (RDU) on Monday June 5th was delayed four times that day due to a technical issue that was not explained to passengers. We arrived in Toronto over three hours later than scheduled. As instructed, I have filed a claim with Air Canada for possible compensation.
There was a 1 hour delay on the return flight but it was caused by ATC restrictions in Montreal. One of 2 runways was under repair.
Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again
In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.
Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.

Could not check in early online, even after multiple attempts. Got the last row when checked in at airport. Food was bad tasting and no choice at all. Comfort was poor. Overall a very bad experience. I wouldn’t fly again with Lufthansa.
Excellent service by united air staff. Very helpful, understanding and do friendly.
The seat arm rest was solid and would not go up making a long flight uncomfortable
