1. Everything was satisfactory concerning the flight. 2. Can't think of what could be better right now.
Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.
Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back
Not United Airlines' fault. It's ORL airport's fault.
United overall experience is great these days. Airport experience was very organized. Staff on flight were great. App and information as good as it gets.
Not the fault of United—weather, reroute around weather, time sitting on tarmac, arrived couple hours late, too late for train into city necessitating a much pricier cab but weather…can’t be helped.
I had no checked baggage but was required to hand over carry on baggage at the door of the plane. There was a lot of overboard space in the plane and I was one of the last ones. I ran to get my carry on but it was gone. I was given back at the plane door in Toronto, so the wait was not as long as it would have been at the carousel.
the delay for 3 hours was understandable due to weather conditions but the flight should’ve provided some on flight compensations or at least provide more food.
The boarding on this Air Canada flight from Toronto to Barcelona was a complete mess. The ticket was written under United but they were actually Air Canada flights. We went from one end of the Toronto airport to the complete other side.
It was quite noisy on the flight for a night flight.

I found the seats ergonomically uncomfortable forcing the body to seat slightly hunched. For a short flight I worked on adjustments but for a longer flight, it would be difficult.
For some unknown reason, my checked bag didn't arrive at the same time. I got to my destination about 30 minutes late (5pm) and my bag was delivered to my hotel at 2:06am.... in the past 4 flights with AA, they been delayed and I've missed connections and my bags. Poor service.
Check in for 5am flight at RDU was hampered by American check in counters being seriously understaffed , was told even supervisor called out. Took so long in line for special services check in that we missed our 5am departure even after arriving at 3:30am. Had to be rescheduled to later flight from Charlotte to St Thomas.
Awfully rude American worker at door when we started boarding flight. Then, walk into a blazing hot airplane with no air conditioning until twenty minutes into the flight. Free entertainment was non existent! My husband, along with the fellow passenger in our row, and I could not get entertainment to work, no WIFI! Really?? Been flying American a long time. Was very disappointed.

Flight delayed and missed connection. Rescheduled flight cancelled after 6 hrs wait. Rerouted thru ORD, flight cancelled, overnight stay in ORD. Still in the air on new flight!
Very below average , plane from Dallas to Toyko was very poor designed plane. I had to sit for 13 hours next to fat man. Really bad seat and entertainment screen sucked
Was a normal flight but it was delayed, and there wasn't an explanation.
Boarding was disorganized and delayed because they overbooked and wanted people to give up seats then further delayed due to an issue with the plane. They did not load my bag and it took a day for them to return it. Flight attendant was lovely and the only positive thing about this trip.
When arriving over 2 hours early to check k in at Charlotte airport I was told I would have to check my carry on ? Apparently the flight was full and may not be room. I was not given a choice and the agent was quite unpleasant about it. I am a senior amd was not comfortable me having to worry about my bag being lost vut it didn’t seem to bother him. There were lots and lots of people of all ages in line when we boarded with carryons and most larger than mine .the rest of my journey was pleasant vut this was totally unacceptable.
My wife was in a wheelchair. Most accommodating and kind staff!
From charlotte to Toronto was not good From Toronto to Dubai was very good
The gate crew were very efficient and diligent with respect to helping people with carry-on luggage. Because of their diligence, only a few "bad apples" snuck through and subsequently delayed onboarding because of the lengthy attempts they had to make to get their oversized roller bags to fit in the relatively small overhead luggage compartments in the Embraer 175 we were flying in. I also appreciated Air Canada's attempts to head off this situation by offering, during check in, the opportunity to have carry-on luggage checked through to one's ultimate destination. This made onboarding and subsequent transfers very convenient for me.
Great flight crew. Flight delayed but still made connection because I rushed through the terminal. If I’d waited for the requested wheelchair I never would have made the next flight. Also, there was no one readily available to ask for assistance, I had to search for assistance. The workers at customs seemed annoyed to help.
Did not appreciate “hidden fees” to check a bag for international flight and purchase a seat to be next to my spouse. Won’t choose this airline again.
You do not have a space for flight cancelled. BUT!!! Air Canada handled it great. Was booked on another airline for the next day. The original flight was booked solid. But he precheck by the maintenance found a mechanical problem and the plane was not safe to fly. It was an inconvenience to have to wait until next day but I would rather arrive safely.
Plane had a problem with the steering mechanism, which causes a 2.5 hour delay while boarded.
Left on time. Good flight. Good crew and decent plane.
The departing flight from Raleigh NC (RDU) on Monday June 5th was delayed four times that day due to a technical issue that was not explained to passengers. We arrived in Toronto over three hours later than scheduled. As instructed, I have filed a claim with Air Canada for possible compensation.
