I didn’t have a seat assignment and my seat was very dirty on the flight from Frankfurt to Budapest.
Very nice flight love the small aircraft. We had a wonderful flight attendant. Nice to see someone that really enjoys her job. Don't have her name but had a southern accent.
Seats in waiting area and on plane hard as rock. Fast internet on the flight was great! Crew was kind.

I do prefer to fly United and have always had excellent service, except for bad weather. Flights are on time and staff is alway curtious and helpful

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.
The boarding on this Air Canada flight from Toronto to Barcelona was a complete mess. The ticket was written under United but they were actually Air Canada flights. We went from one end of the Toronto airport to the complete other side.
It was quite noisy on the flight for a night flight.

Everything was simple and easy. The lady at the gate was super friendly, I wish I had her name to share. She's a little older, dark-haired. You can tell she likes her job and would be a great influence on any young people training with her.

Your survey should include a "Not Applicable" response for those elements that were not utilized, such as food (unless your want me to rate the cookie I received) and the entertainment (unless you want me to rate the emergency landing presentation). Boarding was late, the plane took-off almost an hour late, and the gate to board changed five times while I was waiting there. At 1:00 pm the plane had not yet approached the gate for passengers to load, yet the information board indicated that the take-off would be 12:30 pm and its status was "on time". Curious.
The gate crew were very efficient and diligent with respect to helping people with carry-on luggage. Because of their diligence, only a few "bad apples" snuck through and subsequently delayed onboarding because of the lengthy attempts they had to make to get their oversized roller bags to fit in the relatively small overhead luggage compartments in the Embraer 175 we were flying in. I also appreciated Air Canada's attempts to head off this situation by offering, during check in, the opportunity to have carry-on luggage checked through to one's ultimate destination. This made onboarding and subsequent transfers very convenient for me.
Great flight crew. Flight delayed but still made connection because I rushed through the terminal. If I’d waited for the requested wheelchair I never would have made the next flight. Also, there was no one readily available to ask for assistance, I had to search for assistance. The workers at customs seemed annoyed to help.
Plane had a problem with the steering mechanism, which causes a 2.5 hour delay while boarded.

The departing flight from Raleigh NC (RDU) on Monday June 5th was delayed four times that day due to a technical issue that was not explained to passengers. We arrived in Toronto over three hours later than scheduled. As instructed, I have filed a claim with Air Canada for possible compensation.
