The food was not tasty. Check in via kiosk was difficult for me, a senior citizen. Entertainment was very limited.

No wifi, carry on fee, small seats
Plane sat on runway & subsequently returned to gate due to mechanical issue resulting in 2.5 hour departure delay. Boarding was chaotic - flight attendant said procedure not consistent with UA practices. Food only available is purchased from UA, and what food was available ran out (I never did get fed on the 11+ hour flight). Cabin very cold.
Flight delayed missed connecting flight. Second flight delayed missed connecting flight. Overnight in airport expected unless united pays for hotel. Absolutely miserable. Paid 430$ one way for a 25 hour flight. Will never fly United again.
I like how quick and efficient the boarding and check in process was.
I just wish that if I paid a little more for seats I should get more comfortable and roomier seats is all. Don’t make the seats sit so upright.
Plane was dirty and crew inattentive.
Plane was old and dirty, seat pocket had junk in it. Seat was broken and couldn’t stay up. In flight movies were from few years back with a center tv and no head rest screen. Crew on overseas flights tend to be older in age and less tolerant..much better on continental on the same route.

Lack of communication. Old plane, no comfort and 6 HOURS DELAYED. Truly disappointed by the airline

Gate agent did not start forcing check in, which caused delay in boarding. Ground crew did not stock aircraft until 20 minutes after scheduled departure time. and DFW did the usual 20 minute taxi and then 15 minute hold prior to take off.
Flight was on time. Boarded quickly with no fuss.
We had the best flight attendant ever! Her name was Sharon on Eandeavor / Delta Cnx, and she made the experience the best flight I've experienced. Thanks Sharon for being awesome!

Sat on the plane on the tarmac for over an hour in the cold...
The most horrible experience. Pathetic to say the least. No water in the flight lavotries. Such a pathetic service from so called top airline.
There was a change in our flight. According to Delta you didn't confirm every leg of our flight and the plane was over booked.
