Flight left on time. Seat spacing is way too small…
I think Southwest is the number one airline that anyone can fly I have flown for the first time Frontier and what a joke and their customer service United was a very strange experience I'm only sticking to Southwest from here on out for sure
The entire experience from boarding to landing was amazing! The crew were very friendly. Will definitely be back.
Delayed flight, lack of information, boarding process is a mess as is the carryon luggage causing issues when leaving the plane….just a poor experience.
Great flight from Seattle to Phoenix and to Chicago-Midway from Phoenix
It was good from LAX to Phoenix, But the connection in Phoenix to Tulsa was not that great. The staff on both flights were great. The choice of free entertainment was ok nothing to brag about. The 45 min delay because of some electrical issue wasn't great from Phoenix to Tulsa. We sat there with hardly any air, The seat I had was between windows so the side of the plane pushed in on you. My being a bigger man it then made the seating area uncomfortable. The seats on the plane had no power to connect to recharge your phone or anything. I would recommend that they should look into a slot or clamp to hold your phone to enjoy while watching the entertainment choices hands-free. Also make it possible to raise the inner seat by the window be able to raise the arm rest up to make more room for larger people to set more comfortably. I would also say other then that stop price gouging the airfare or nickel and diming everything. Not fair for people having to fly for emergencies and be paying for higher prices due to the season or holidays. Your making your money either way and the cost of flying is still going to be the same regardless if there's 100 people or 200 people.
Flight boarded late after announcing on time boarding. Flight arrived only a little late despite late departure. Had trouble connecting to WiFi
The Southwest experience has definitely taken a dive from its early days. You can no longer deferentiate from other airlines. Air travel is too expensive. Southwest is no longer budget friendly. They have lost me as a loyal customer.
As always, the entire Southwest experience was perfect. Purchasing the tickets on the Southwest web site was effortless, departure and arrival gates were spotless and comfortable, plane was clean and comfortable, crew was excellent and flight was on time. Wheelchair service in Las Vegas at departure was somewhat chaotic and disjointed, but I am not sure if that was Southwest problem, airport problem or combination.
I liked that I got home safe. The flight was 3 hours late because of a broken aircraft
Being on time would be a good start. Every flight I had was delayed making it very stressful.
More or less, this seemed like a mismanaged group of great people who would crush at this job, if only they were given the resources to do so.
Flight was cancelled last minute, had to change and buy another ticket to united airlines, made it 10 minutes late to my international flight and couldn’t get any reimbursement what so ever due to “Weather”, yet all other airlines except south west were running Just fine. Every single time I fly Alaska, it’s a huge delay or cancellation. My hope is that more people avoid this airlines all together until they actually improve.
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The only thing I could have done without was the long layover in between flights but I was going to a less popular destination so it was understandable.

Complete flight rebooked and 6 hours delayed. Zero accountability from the airline or Kayak for the issues and I’m injured which is why I opted to pay more to fly than drive because it’s painful to sit or stand too long. What was supposed to be a 3ish hour travel day turned into a 9 hour excruciatingly painful experience that has left me in worse pain than when I initially started.
It was a quick flight, but coffee would have been great!
Upgraded to first class both times .The flight attendant Spicy Tim.was excellent and very amusing.

I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.
The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.
They are always helpful and kind. The staff is efficient and professional.
I didn't go from Reno to Phoenix I ended up going from Reno to Dallas to Tucson because my flight rebooked because my Amtrak was late I tried notifying you guys I also don't know what you ask me about my flight because you guys didn't book my flight
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
Customer service in first class does not exist on American Airlines
I wasn’t happy with the hour delay from Dallas to McAllen, but that is the nature of travel. I don’t like to fly in general because of all of the problems all the time.
Flight attendant was incredible. Very efficient, friendly and pleasant. Patricia was one of the best I have ever seen. Please give her a big raise!
All four American Airlines flights I took in last seven days were delayed. Caused me loads of problems, missed meetings, loss of time and money.
American airlines put us on a connecting flight that only had 20 min layover. I made it by running down the concorce in Phoenix and was last one on the flight. Not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
12 hour delay required getting on and off plane 3 times - would have at least liked to have been offered a snack or drink
They switched our terminal 3 times and we were delayed for four plus hours!!!

Very well recently! Frontier is improving and less harrassing customer on luggages! Positive!
Just know that everything, and I mean everything is “ala cart”. 60$ just to put something in the overhead bin. I will never fly Frontier again nor do I recommend them to anyone else.
This airline sucks. They offer low rates then charge you for everything, the app does not work well, the seats are the most uncomfortable. Maintenance issues on the flight, and you still have to sit through their credit card commercials. People are nice enough but does not make up for overall poor experience.
Flight was delayed one hour. Notification to the crowd waiting near the gate was terrible…announcements were unclear and very hard to hear and therefore understand. Frontier does NOT send texts to notify, only email. The reader board over the gate itself was NEVER updated to indicate the gate had been changed. It’s like a bunch of children are running things.
We’ve all seen the YouTube vids of out of control passengers. But this was an instance of a highly aggressive, bully flight attendant. Yelling in the face of a vet with PTSD who was texting their family. And no , we had not yet been instructed to put our phones in airplane mode. My suggestion is that you should pay whatever difference there is in order to avoid Frontier airlines. Additionally, after 3hrs trying to get customer service frontier offered a $25 voucher. I declined. This experience was so traumatic. To be verbally assaulted and abused by a flight attendant that has the power to say “boo” and I miss my flight ( which was to a family member’s funeral ). Frontier is unsafe and I cannot impress enough how much I discourage anyone ( esp those with any kind of disability like PTSD ) flying on Frontier.
Delayed...attendants checked every single bag and item for sizes before boarding.
