Great crew great flight
Nothing, everything was awesome. Crazy to believe this was a 19 dollar flight
The plane took off over an hr late due to lack of heat and the pilot had to reboot the system, once the plane finally took off the flught attendsnts then explained they would start the beverage service but were iut of most options and we could get ready to pay for what was left, maybe if they offered complimentary beverages at that point would've been a nice touch.
My flight was great comfortable and quick the crew weee informal and courteous
The staff on the flight was awesome, very helpful and kind to my friend who is terrified to fly. We were even ahead of schedule.
To pay for a carry on item is just crazy to me... not to mention you have to pay for beverages and snacks. All you are given is water.

parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $96. I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking.
Seats are uncomfortable- they do not recline and the springs in the seat back pole into your back
had to take another flight, ticket agent was able to change me to a different flight on JAL. however, JAL could not access the ticket info and ticket agent would not take my payment. result was missing that flight, ticket manager told me it's my fault and tough luck no refund. American airlines told me the same, ended up losing my money for the ticket purchase. i booked another new flight with another airline direct. worst experience in my life using kayak.
Oh the crew was very pretty. They spent more time on themselves their hair their make up and on their phones than they did the entire first class. Check our flights and miles. We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight
The only thing I didn’t like is that he have any fresh food they said something was going on in LA that prevented him from giving us actual food other than that everything else was fine
Good leg room
5 plus hour flight and one movie as entertainment option shown on a tiny screen from cabin headliner. Like in the 1980’s. and do not forget your headphones or you will be buying some earbuds!

We had 3 kids with us and the flight was on time and the staff was very nice
They gave me and someone else the same seat luckily it wasn’t a packed flight and was able to move to a row that was empty
There's no "complimentary" snacks on Frontier. Which is fine, their flights are cheap and comfortable and the snacks are affordable. I also don't really appreciate having to pay for a carry on. I knew about this so made sure my bag would be considered a personal item, but I just don't know how I feel about that as a backpack may not even fit under that seat. But again, the flight was cheap. So, I don't know.
Some questions aren't relevant to my flight. The pilot negotiated turbulence, and we arrived early.
The price was good, and it was a non stop flight.
The crew was rude and the seats didn't recline.
