Baggage claim took forever.
Wish the Wi-Fi was better and the seats were a bit bigger, more legroom would be awesome, but they're the usual wish list items. Besides that everything was excellent, pilots, crew, and staff were really friendly and helpful, plus we arrived a little early which was nice. It's why I always fly American and it's regional carriers...great service at a reasonable price. Also I've flown so much on American I know where I'm going now!!
The flights are all packed full and the overhead bins are full of things like purses, stuffed animals, and other lightweight bags instead of putting them under the seat. This makes it hard to get actual suitcases up there. The new hook thing for setting your viewing device on is a nice touch though.
Quick boarding was great. Seat cushions are hard and painful. Did not eat anything. Disappointed with the nonexistent masking policy. No snack options caused allergy poisoning. Bottled water would not spread the virus so easily

Cons: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

Cons: "Delayed because a passenger was let on that shouldn’t have been. The plane was kind of beat up and gross. The gate changed after boarding started. This is the second flight in two weeks that had the wrong gate posted."

Pros: "Gate check of carry-on luggage was nice. The connecting flight from DFW to FLL was on time and the boarding process was very smoothly executed by the gate agent. Well done!!"
Cons: "The flight out of RNO early in the morning was chaotic. One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

The flight attendant gave me ginger ale and pretzels and let me sit in the back so i didn't have to go back and forth. The other flight attendant had aroma therapy that helped a lot but i was just too freaked out. Those two made the flight as nice as possible."

While the Crew was great, I am saddened by United Airlines for allowing an obviously sick passenger fly especially in this time of COVID! This passenger flew over 90% of the approximate 2 hour flight with no mask on as required. Not only did he fail to wear his mask as required, he coughed and sneezed without covering his mouth spreading germs to the entire plane, and endangering the health and well-being of those around him in close proximity! He was sweating profusely with the fan above him on full blast and his companion holding a handheld portable fan and well as fanning him with the safety measure placard. As a passenger sitting across from him, the passengers directly in front of him and 2 rows up all looked at one another with disbelief and discomfort! I couldn’t eat or drink for fear of exposing myself to whatever he was coughing and sneezing in the air being recirculated to us all! The crew walked passed him with no discussion until the passenger was in need of oxygen due to difficulties breathing. They provided him a tank to assist in breathing for the last 20 minutes or so of the flight and allowed them to deplane immediately upon landing. But I am so deeply disgusted and offended that the Crew member chuckled with the passenger as he provided an excuse of having allergies! As an immune compromised individual and someone with asthma, the symptoms he exhibited did not align with someone dealing with allergies! His sweaty appearance alone should have ruled that out! I am now in a position to not only get tested for COVID but my family plans for the Thanksgiving holiday are in jeopardy because I have a pregnant daughter-in-law that I must consider! I am no physician nor am I trying to police anyone. I just take seriously the individual responsibility that we all must have navigating our continued health pandemic. It takes a lot of courage to travel and fly on our current environment, even as a vaccinated person, I still fear the possibility of contracting this disease that has taken lives or resulted in long-term illnesses. I worry not only about myself but others on the plane as well-including the crew who are also exposed in the way we were. I wonder if the plane was truly disinfected after his departure with snotty tissues placed through their seats (9a/9b), and I wonder if he were COVID positive will I be notified? It was a horrible experience that makes me question ever flying United Airlines again! American Airlines may pack you like a can of sardines but they consistently reiterate the mask requirement throughout the flight and walk the aisles throughout the flight to ensure all passengers are in compliance (unless they’re eating or drinking). Meal voucher was denied by 2 different United customer service people..i don't consider construction out of human control ,like weather. Also ,I found it annoying that because a woman in front of me started crying over her missed I connection for an international trip, she was given a meal voucher.Agents were unfriendly and not sympathetic.Long line of customers with only 3 agents , but of course, they had to still use one for elite customers."

At the very least she could have used commonly acceptable language such as "please, thank you and excuse me" but rather chose to use "wait". As some of us where desperate to make a tight connection in SF, focusing on getting people on board and the plane off the ground should have been the crew focus."

At one point I asked a flight attendant for some water and she got up in a huff, got it for me, but was very annoyed I asked."

No complementary beverage (not even water) or snack on 3 hour flight... also lame. Frontier claims to be affordable airfare but has you pay for way more than just the plane ticket after the fact. I opted to not pay to pick seat location and was able to still sit next to my friend but I bet there are a good amount of people who have a family and feel pressured to spend way more money to pick seats so they are not separated. Just makes frontier seem like a money hungry company that cares more about money than it's customers. The flight home (Denver to Seattle) was an hour and a half late, which sucks, but whatever life happens. I didn't really like the airbus plane that made weird plane noises, why do you not use Boeing planes?"

What makes the experience of flying Frontier even more frustrating is the fact that every time we fly, the rules and conditions change! Frontier used to be a great low-cost airline. What's happened?"

Even though the flights was delayed, all staff at the gate was friendly and helpful. Crew was caring with a positive attitude. The only downside was that the airplane did not have the ability to charge devices.
To many extra fees. Will stick with delta next time.

Cons: "Passengers were held for an hour inside airplane upon arrival from Panama to Fort Lauderdale, resulting in missing 8:30am flight to Atlanta. Spirit customer service put us on “wait list” for the next 12:25 flight to Atlanta (no luck), then 5:10 pm (no luck). Then standing in long line to get confirmed flight at 10:55pm, which is already delayed to 11:28pm. Our layover was expected to be 2 hours, but extended to 15 hours (assuming, no additional delay). What a waste of life!"

Cons: "My flight was supposed to leave FLL at 8:30pm and arrive in LGA AT 11:30pm, however, I received an email in the afternoon indicating that even though my flight was still leaving at 8:30pm, we would be arriving in LGA at 2am. This gave me the impression that something was wrong. I called the airline and they confirmed that my flight was leaving on time at 8:30pm and would be arriving in LGA at 11:30pm. On my way to the airport I received an email indicating that the flight was delayed and would be leaving at 9:09pm and arriving at 12:25am. As soon as I passed security, I went to the customer service desk and they indicated that the plane was running late from San Juan but that I should hurry to the gate because we could be departing earlier than indicated, so I did. Once at the gate, we were told that the crew was not available and we would not be taking off until 10:15, this gem got pushed out to 11:24. At this point we asked for some sort of compensation and the staff at the gate told us that We would get any kind of compensation because the flight was delayed due to weather conditions. This was not consistent with previous explanations. At the end of the day we arrived in LGA at 2:15am as indicated by the first email that we received in the afternoon. It seems like the staff was lying to us left and right. Very disappointed with the service today."

Cons: "Tickets were booked through Kayak’s partner Flightnetwork.com: shady, terrible reviews on Yelp made me wonder whether I would actually get to my destination with all my money). Ultimately, FN overcharged me 30 dollars and lied to me in writing about the charges after I called to complain. I’m having my bank reverse the charges since FN won’t. Can’t believe Kayak would send us to them, and this seriously undermined my opinion of Kayak’s trustworthiness."
Cons: "I mistakenly booked the wrong flight and didn't know until a day before I was leaving and spirit refused to refund me my money even though there were no flights available for the times I needed."
Pros: "Flight was delayed by about 45mins and we got no update from the crew on the reasons for the delay. Really annoying."

Cons: "I tried to print my ticket out online and 1 hr 45min beforehand and it wouldn't let me so I had to go to the kiosk and print it out there but by the time I got to the kiosk there was a line that was 2 hours long to check in and so I waited a little bit and then was unable to get to the end quick enough. It would have been $100 extra to change my flight to later today and there were no refunds even though I started in the line before 45 mins before the flight."
Cons: "Everything. Im disgusted by Spirit. We had Baltimore trip for Memorial weekend. After lying for hours by the crew , guess what a pilot did not show up. I don't suggest Spirit to anyone. It was not even the cheap flight. I bought it just because the time was right. Never ever flying to Spirit again."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled without warning, and I waited on hold for customer service to reschedule for 1 hour and 45 minutes. What's not disgraceful about that? Have the decency to email me about the cancellation so that I dont schlep in needlessly to the airport. I cannot imagine booking with Spirit if I have any need to be somewhere."

Cons: "The experience felt a bit chaotic and impersonal. It's a bit stressful to manage all the extra costs as well. I tend to enjoy flying but I mostly just wanted to get this experience over with. Spirit gets you from point A to point B, safely but there's nothing enjoyable about it. Also, on the flight back we waited on the runway almost 45 minutes for an open terminal. We were about 30 minutes early but that wouldn't explain the terminal opening up 15 mins after our expected arrival time. However, I don't know if this was Spirit's fault or the airport's."

Pros: "Despite the fact that there was a very large line to turn in checked in bags very close to boarding time, the staff was very fast and efficient at FLL airport (also very many of them). Also I was traveling solo and was able to be upgraded from a middle seat to a window seat (this was because it was available but still they were helpful enough to answer my request)."

Their "fast" bad drop off was not fast and took me longer to drop off a bag with a boarding pass than waiting for TSA."
