It was easy going check in was easy and pretty fast entertainment was up to date on movies and food was ok

Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.

From checking at the airport to end of flights, attentive and caring personnel, comfortable seating, great food. I plan on using EVA again. Thank you, all.

Amazing one of the best airlines i have ever traveled with. I live with medical issues called psoriatic arthritis and was in pain on the flight. The flight crew made sure I had fresh ice pack ever hour. Going above an beyond with service and care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Certain flight crew member were rude and short with me when I asked questions.

We were very impressed with the modern plane its amenities, as well as the services of flight attendants.

Although the flight was slightly delayed, it was well communicated with the passengers. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the pilot are very good. I didn’t realize that the plane was on the ground already. It landed smoothly. I’ll for surely recommend EVA Air to my friends.

The crews are very efficient. Other airlines should learn from them when it comes to boarding and departing from the airplane. They also display efficiency in serving meals. They don't keep the aisles blocked for hours like some other airlines. The food is poor. Generally the food was unrecognizable and poorly prepared. The only thing that made it better than US flag carriers is that there was a fresh fruit bowl with each meal.

We were delayed for about an hour from taking off due to traffic control procedures at the destination airport. But once in the air, the flight went well. The crew members were great and provided cabin service despite moderate turbulence during much of the flight.

it was a very short flight so my expectations were low.

As great a red-eye flight as red-eye flights can be.

Once boarding started it was pretty quick. Food was inedible; cold and salty..

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

The crew made our experience extremely bad. They were rude and didn’t have anything for kids.

Very old flight - time to retire it for newer airplanes

2+ hours delayed Outlet in row 12 did not work Tv monitors did not work Lights kept off the entire flight for at 5pm-7pm flight

Very disappointing given gate agent behavior. Filed a formal complaint with United.
