Cons: They should really Consider adding more movie options, in English without having to read subtitles. I had a 13 1/2 hour flight and an 18 hour flight. The movie options were awful and made for our own not so entertaining flight.

Pros: Boarding process was all over the place. No one listened to the instructions the crew gave them. No special meal as requested as a friend of mine is vegan and allergic to several items so luckily she brought her own food on board. Crew was ok, nothing special.

Cons: I flown KAL business class a number of times and it’s ok this was first back of the bus experience and it’s awful. I could give ten things I did not like about this flight but I’ll sum it up with one. I brought my own inflatable sleep pillow onboard and after using for about an hour I was woken up and told it was against company regulation to use your own pillow.

Cons: Our flight was scheduled with Korean air. We attempted to check in multiple times with issues on the Korean air website. we called and they told us not to worry. Finally, approximately 12 hours before departure we wwere able to check in Only to find out due to the expiration date of our passport we would not be an allowed to check in. We scrambled to get an emergency passport, however by the time it was received we had already missed our flight. Korean air is not willing to aknowledge this as a fault in their system and is instead suggesting this is a kayak issue for allowing us to purchase these flights. I would like the total flight cost refunded as this should never have been allowed to be purchased if Korean air knew at the time of purchase when checking in there would be an issue.

Pros: for the flight from Seoul to Singapore, the flight was superb. In-flight services was perfect. food was excellent and the air stewards and stewardess were all very helpful and full of smiles.
Cons: Check In process at Seoul Counter. the check-in was stressful. the ground staffs insist on using Check-in Kiosks provided even when it was not working as it should be. Ended up being bounced from one staff to another.

Cons: The waiting and boarding procedure -- either at Bangkok Airport or at Seoul Airport, I forget which -- is a little unusual. A written description of this would have been helpful along with the boarding passes.

Pros: I liked the spacious seating, up to date entertainment and snacks, plus food even though a short flight. I found the male stewards on this flight a lot more helpful I'm not saying the women weren't as well. Gender balance is good. Overall everytime I have flown Korean Air the service has been exceptionally pleasant and I feel confident and safe. Knock on wood I hope they keep striving for excellence and not lose it along the way like so many other airlines over the years.
Cons: The constant interruptions of messages while watching movies. All the lights along the ceiling of the plane seem to be a lot brighter on day and night flights. Softer lighting be a little bit more comforting to the eyes, besides don't each seat have its own light source if extra lighting is needed!

Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time.

When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns.

Pros: Although I felt Qatar responded poorly to the cancelled flight, the actual flying experience was wonderful and made me forget about the extreme inconvenience and poor customer service regarding the cancelled flight.

Qatar Airway is a hyper money hungry scammer who catches customers to rip money off from and creates a super tedious and painful experience for customers to ensure their private gains!!! Qatar Airway was delayed for more than an hour at the first departing airport! NO APOLOGIES OR MUCH EXPLANATION OF ANY KIND!! This is just how mindful and courteous they are. And I arrived the gate minutes before the departure time. They can’t wait?! If so, why is it ok for them to delay for an hour without any explanation not to mention apology? Sure there are RULES. But remember what kind of airlines will have tons of rules that will guarantee you to fail?! Almost always the most shady, scammy and money hungry airlines who use ridiculous or ad hoc made RULES to set pitfalls for customers and ensure their profit gains by doing so!! Remember those European cheap airlines?!! They have tons of rules. You are set to fail even you have a smaller bags than some passengers who passed the gate without penalty. You are just unlucky – they set eyes to catch opportunities to rip you off whenever they can and whenever they are in the mood to be able to come up with lame excuses. With normal airlines, you realize your luggage which has been slightly overweight or over sized will be able to pass through without incurring any penalties. So any saying of rules are lame excuses and are shitty airlines’ lame excuses. The thing is good airlines will delay their flight a few minutes to wait for the passenger. If this is considered too needy of a requirement, then what happens next will shock you and reaffirm you how wrongful and shady this airline is. After missing the flight despite you arrived before the departing time, you have to purchase a full price ticket in order to fly again. As I declined to fly with them again since the ticket is too pricey and repurchased a ticket with another airline, they came up with an excuse that in order to release my luggage, they have to reissue a new flight ticket: so I have to pay both a luggage release fee and a flight ticket fee!!! What a gold digger Qatar Airway is haha. Luckily as I protested, they eventually didn’t make me to pay for a new flight ticket fee except a luggage release fee (really?). The sales office quoted a price of $250 to the luggage office. Then it took me a few minutes to get to the sales office. Strange thing happened, despite I mentioned the communication they are aware of, they are trying to find some “RULES” again to validate that I have to pay for an air ticket. You guys were late landing,and as a result I almost missed my connecting flight, was rushed thru the airport like a lunatic by one of your Reps. Then was told my luggage may not be in Abu Dhabi when I arrive, which it was not. My paid for seat wasn't available and had to sit in the back. Had to fill out a lost luggage report in Abu Dhabi. Cons: My flight got cancelled with zero notice and I almost ended up on a 18 hour layover which would have resulted me in missing work. The staff was very unsympathetic and not helpful. There were 10 people behind the counter and nobody could help us. They were all just spacing out. Ultimately, I was placed on the flight, but had to rush to every single one of my four connecting flights. I am a frequent traveler but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avianca should be embarrassed to be associated with star alliances.

Pros: My 17 year old daughter flew American Airlines to attend a wedding. She recently had spinal surgery and is not able to lift more than 5lbs. After being assured by the airline that staff would help her with her carryon luggage, she was abandoned and ignored by both flight attendants. Each flight attendant referred het to the next, so she is walking back and forth tor their amusement. Tears rolling down her face, finally an elderly passenger helped her. Then the staff gave her attitude the entire flight. She may appear healthy, but she was cut from her neck to her waist and had two rods inserted along with bone grafts. I just cannot believe how awful she was treated.

Cons: My son and I were scheduled to leave Providence to Philadelphia on Monday at 6:05. Flight went through a series of delays until we were finally informed that our flight would not make the flight departing Philly to SF. Rather than fly to Philly during the DNC, we decided to SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT IN PROVIDENCE and take the flight out the next day. This part of the trip caused me to lose a day of work and spend more money on a hotel and meals. This was very poor planning on your part since there were flights flying in and out of both places, but your company was short one aircraft that would have gotten my son and I home on time!!! This was my last flight on American Airlines and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and family that you have become too unreliable!!

Pros: The plane broke in D.C. I had to rent a car to finish the last leg of my trip. They probably won't reimbursement me for either. I try never to book with AA, but it was last minute and I didn't have a choice.
Cons: Stop saying sorry and just be better.

Pros: too many gate changes and delays

Pros: Flight was late. Sat on Tarmac for 30 minutes at end of flight with no gate to exit.

Cons: I don’t know, maybe having FOOD ON THE FLIGHT ACROSS THE COUNTRY INSTEAD OF JUST CANDY?

Pros: NOTHING!! I had to book them another flight thru another airline, because they had a delayed stating weather issues when it was nice and sunny so they couldn't make it on time. I will never trust United Airlines not for myself or any on my family members, nobody period!

Pros: Crew was super amazing and very understanding, I just had to understand some facts.
Cons: I got an upgrade for a seat, however I was asked to be moved since a child who wasn't mine wanted to be seated with his dad. Next time, the should respect those who pay something additional and consider other facts such as sitting children with a person that is not their relative.

Pros: All was perfect!

Pros: Seat held up nicely for 17 hour trip. Legroom was satisfactory in economy.
Cons: Food was not special and portions rather stngy. Fur length if flight larger portions and an extra snack would be great. ANA 13 hour flight had larger portions and same number of meals Entertainment was mediocre. Current releases of movies would be great.

Pros: The airline used senior crew that was excellent. The entertainment was very good, but could use more bingeworthy titles. Great carry on room.
Cons: Food and snack offerings were paltry and and standard. More for a domestic flight. No warm snacks nor extra snacks, just leftovers. So bring your own. There should be a bit more pitch for economy. Economy plus was just equal to what is economy on other ultra long flights. No amenity kit and only gave tiny blankets. Bathroom only had soap so bring lotions and other products.

Cons: Crew members on all 37 United flights that I have taken in the past 19 months have been rude, unpleasant and grumpy. They do not accommodate modern methods of making children comfortable in seats, such as the use of jetkids and jetbox accessories. I have experienced lies (yes, I’ll be back with more water! Sure, I’ll check for some eye wash for your wife.), misleading (embellishing rules, enforcing rules that do not exist) and overall terrible behavior. With the exception of a few ground crew members who’ve shone through, my interactions with United staff have not been good.

Cons: Landed early. Sat at runway at Aspen. Ssiying for deplaning space to open too long. Plus cool sir turned off. Got hot.

Pros: By being the longest flight in the world, the 17 hours went fast. I watched three movies and slept two or three hours after each movie and later read a small book. The attendants were attentive and made things comfortable.
Cons: Could have had a better selection in movies.

Cons: Flight delayed missed connecting flight. Second flight delayed missed connecting flight. Overnight in airport expected unless united pays for hotel. Absolutely miserable. Paid 430$ one way for a 25 hour flight. Will never fly United again.

Pros: Awesome and helpful crew
Cons: Reservation was deleted so check in took a very long time and my seat (reserved weeks in advance) on the long international flight was reassigned to a very undesirable location. Food was not good, and drink service was only done twice on 17 hour flight. It took an hour to start taxiing after we were all seated and left the gate.

Cons: The movie not updated. No chinese movie. Love the pillow and blanket at business flight.

Pros: The person at the United customer service desk was able to book me on the next available flight to Reno (after missing my original flight mentioned above) quickly and efficiently. Boarding was fast.
Cons: I was late to my original flight and the United personal that I talked to at the gate was very rude. I asked if the plane was still boarding and all she said was go to customer service. I know I gave her a questioning look because this did not answer my original question. She repeated her statement again this time pointing. I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late

Cons: Flying coach on United isn't the greatest experience. Boring food and very little water, less leg room

Pros: The flight attendant was very nice. She tried to let one particular person off plane first so that he could run to catch his connecting flight
Cons: The gate people were horrible at explaining the delays and then trying to set up alternatives. Quick tip: offering "free water" when your flight is delayed 1.5hrs so several people will miss their flights is not enough.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 2 hours causing me to miss my connecting flight to Indianapolis. Went to the service desk to re-book, and nothing could be done to get me out in time. Customer service was not great. I was flying to see my daughter graduate, and the only time they could get me out was when the graduation started. No hotel vouchers were given for the delay either, so the airport bench ended up being the bed. So I ended up being stranded in Newark for an additional 8 hours to just miss her graduation.

Cons: One hour delay, no microphone to hear what the desk staff was actually announcing, desk staff were also completely unprofessional. Made my connecting flight by less than a minute thanks to SPRINTING through the airport because of the delay - a less able bodied person would not have made it. Overall ridiculous and dissappointing

Cons: The fligjht diidnt happen. I double booked the flight. But when I tried to adjust it I wasn't allowed to without crazy fees. This was after an agent told me that he would wave the fee. Their not on the same page and they do not honor what you're told.

Pros: Plane was filthy & disgusting! I asked the stewardess for a towel to wipe down my table that was covered in sticky gunk, she just handed me a Wet One. Passengers table next to me was the same. My checked was only 3 lb over the 50 lb limit. United actually made me take 3 pairs of dirty jeans out & carry them with me in a Target shopping bag! Ridiculous!

Cons: GA called for all "people with disabilities" to board first. How about simply asking for people who need a little extra time...PWD's is a bit of a label that doesn't work for me. While we were boarding the white female FA made a snide comment that maybe passengers should not bring more than one bag. She was also rude to the other FA.

Cons: Didn't earn United points on my husbands flight even though I booked mine & my husbands flights together

Cons: No leg room or entertainment. Receiving baggage after the flight took 15 min (carry-on baggage)
