Cons: "Felt unsafe. Guy with guns and how delta employees handled it blew my mind!"
Cons: "I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly."
Pros: "Very professional."
Pros: "The crew was very friendly. The plane was very quiet (except for noisy crying babies)."
Cons: "Unless you can afford the higher priced "comfort class" or first class seats, the seating is very, very cramped on Delta's 757s. It's a good thing the flight was only 5+ hours (but that's not long enough to get any decent amount of sleep on this flight scheduled as a redeye)."
Cons: "Boarding was very slow and exiting the plane was also slower than normal. An overhead bin was locked and that delayed passengers"
Pros: "Pilot was super nice and informative when the flight was delayed."
Pros: "Solid crew!"
Cons: "No complaints. I was barely up in the air!"
Cons: "Late boarding. Slow de-boarding."
Cons: "It made no sense to board an hour and a half before takeoff."
Pros: "For a puddle jumper jet it was amazingly comfortable. Even had enough room to put both feet and a carry on bag under the seat. And the seats were more comfortable relative to the competition (eg. United and US Air)."
Cons: "Seats can always be more roomy but that is a problem with all puddle jumper jets."
Pros: "Crew was great."
Cons: "A bit warm and the B777 blowers not in the easiest location to reach."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by six hours, for no other reason than the airline itself, not the weather. Change of planes, emergency landing back at Atlanta, changed to another plane, no flight crew for over an hour, then to top it off, the final landing was the hardest I’ve experienced."
Pros: "Even in the absolute freezing (-40F) the plane landed an hour early into Minneapolis. Was only delayed 20 minutes leaving. Crew did amazing to get the plane going."
Cons: "No WiFi kg was an old plane and the stranger next to me was 6’4” so pretty uncomfortable"
Pros: "Good entertainment selection and great crew"
Cons: "Seats are more uncomfortable relative to other airlines"
Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "Very small plane"
Pros: "Had a great experience with Delta all around. Seating and crew were lovely, in flight entertainment was great. Overall, very pleasant experience and flight was on time."
Pros: "Quick flight"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Staff were friendly and helpful. Planes were clean and food excellent in first class."
Pros: "Flight attendants we were very nice and efficient. Flight was short"
Pros: "Crew was pleasant. Boarding was fast and efficient, nobody bumrushed."
Cons: "The non-reclining seat right next to the bathroom door opening should not exist. I was miserable there; I swear everyone on the plane made sure to take a dump on this <2 hour flight. Also none of the windows on any of these small planes line up with the actual positions of seats and it sucks."
Pros: "Boarding was on time and the process was efficient."
Cons: "The flight attendant could not serve coffee or tea due to "no potable water" onboard! The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."
Pros: "During some bad weather the pilots chose to go into a holding pattern to wait for a thunderstorm to leave the field. Thanks for considering our safety. The entire crew was awesome."
Cons: "Why do the airliine attendants make sure all of our seat belts are fastened before they give us a safety briefing to demonstrate how to buckle our seat belts?"
Pros: "Easy boarding and helpful crew (despite the rain as we walked to the plane)."
Cons: "No entertainment options on board. All Delta planes should have the TV monitors and radio."
Cons: "If we're going to be early, have a gate ready."
Pros: "Nothing!!"
Cons: "Delta is terrible!!! $100 extra for everything!!! Terrible!!"
Pros: "Delta could not help FAA regulations, so it was not their fault our initial flight was delayed an hour and 50 minutes. The gate agents in Missoula were fantastic in trying to help us figure out connection options to Baltimore."
Pros: "my seat did not recline so i was very uncomfortable."
Cons: "Sat by the exit seat so the door was a bit more chilly. No food. Small entertainment screens with audio bleed through."
Pros: "Boarding and staff were excellent. Plane was clean."
Cons: "I was unhappy with the seating arrangements. I could not upgrade my seats because I booked through a third party. If I’m willing to pay for my upgrade then it should be allowable. I don’t like seating in the rear of the plane!"
Pros: "CVG isn't a huge airport, but it has a good amount of things to keep you entertained/well fed."
Cons: "CVG security line isn't terrible, but there seemingly is ALWAYS a decent wait. When a flight is full, like this one, it's never very comfortable – even a short flight."
Pros: "Everything was in order"
Cons: "None really"
Cons: "Enhanced security procedures are onerous and caused the flight to be delayed 20+ minutes. Too many TSA staff at PLN doing too many things horribly inefficiently. Extra precautions (testing a Ziploc bag of cookies and several chocolate bars for explosive materials) did not make me feel safer or less inconvenienced by the theatrics of security."
Pros: "First leg from San Diego was excellent."
Cons: "Arriving in SLC discovered out flight to Denver was CANCELLED! Had to reschedule to the next day. Not fun!"
Pros: "Flight was 3 hours late leaving due to frost on wings. De icing truck wouldn’t work so they waited until sunrise and parked the plane in the sun. Real hi tech solution."
Pros: "Being on time."
Pros: "Very efficient boarding; crew had the foresight to ask for travelers to gate-check their bags due to a full flight and that saved a lot of boarding time and hassle."
Cons: "The seats on this aircraft looked like that had a 2-2 configuration; it's now 3-2 making it pretty cramped in Coach."
Cons: "New policy regarding lack of beverage service, particularly since I was in Delta Comfort. No drinks available."
Pros: "Movie helped to pass the time this was the longest flight ever I was glad when it was over"
Cons: "I have nothing to complain about"
Pros: "all flights were right on time. service was excellent. crew was very friendly. Comfort+ seating was excellent very comfortable"
Cons: "I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."
Cons: "Because we were diverted to JFK for "Weather" even though LaGuardia is only 9.6 miles away, and it was 11:30pm by the time we landed. The only flight to Manchester was the next night and would have gotten us to Manchester by 6pm. I had to rent a car at midnight and drive the four hours to be able to attend the reunion I was flying up for."
Pros: "They are very professional"
Cons: "I luv it"
Pros: "Great Service and amenities for a great price!"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "The flight attendants were so nice and accomadating. Even came by to refill our waters! I've never been on a flight with such friendly flight attendants!"
Cons: "they charge 300$ extra for a 14 year old child and dont give any service for the payment, they say it is to bring the child on and off the plane even though he can travel alone and has done it many times with other air lines. drive the parents uo the wall, make them wait endless time, and then they comlaine that thay have no time tofor the child and leave him standing with out even letting him to seat with the other air lines a child of 12 can travel alone."
Pros: "They had aircraft flying to my destination. All other airlines were booked for the time and the destination I had in mind."
Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."
Pros: "Amenities, seating, plane was newer and nice"
Cons: "Stewardess didn't seem to want to work.wasn't attentive, seemed annoyed, by the time I could order breakfast in 31st class I only had 1 option left. Why wouldn't there be enough for all choices for all 1st class passengers?"
Pros: "Seats were nice"
Cons: "Airplane interior needs updating, old seats."
