The flight crew was the worst I've experienced. If they worked for me, I would fire them immediately. They never smiled, they seemed angry and avoided passengers as much as possible. The food was not edible, and my luggage was lost. I will never fly United again!!!
The united employees at the gate treated me very rudely and called me nefarious

My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United rejected my seat assignment that i selected when purchasing my seat 3 months in advance and therefore i ended up in the secondary business cabin in a middle pod. I had intentionally purchased my ticket early to secure a front end pod. I spoke to United via DTravel twice in the week leading up to my trip and they assurred me that they would fix my seat assignment and never did. The crew on board was pretty non-existent throughout the flight and seemed frustrated any time i went and found someone in the galley to ask for a snack or water. that was disappointing given the amount paid for the ticket. Overall, it was just fine and i arrived safely but i did send a complaint through the customer care portal.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙
After having bad experience last time This time they were very good
The staff and flight were great! The inflight enteretaintment did not work from EZE to MIA. They attempted to troubleshoot but exhausted all options.

I liked that 5 pound refreshment voucher was given for 1 hr delay. Staff were courteous and professional. I was expecting more for the 2nd meal (pizza). Usually for a long flight, the 2nd meal is something like eggs/sausage/potatoes/fruit/dessert.
I love having an opportunity to choose different the dietary restriction. Crew was very nice. I was watching movies & TV shows entire flight.
Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding

My luggage was lost at some point during my layover between Chicago and LHR. I landed Tuesday morning, and did not get it until Thursday night. Ironically, the people at the ticket desk had added a “priority” sticker to my tracking tag.
The guy sitting in front of me kept pushing hard his sit against my legs… very uncomfortable
Delayed flight led to missed connection which led to new flight with 3 hours of delay so our family of 5 went from a 7pm arrival time to 1am Absolutely terrible yet again.
Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.
