Cons: "On the MSP to ATL leg the gate crew made a huge deal about checking rolling bags. They even stopped us at check-in and nearly begged us to check our bags pointing to the backed up jetway. But we had a lot of unpacking to do before checking our bags so we politely declined three times. On getting to our seats there were at least 8 open slots for bags near us. I heard a crew member call forward to say "tell them no more rollaboards" so they forced everyone left to check. On departure they slammed shut several very large empty overheads. WTF"

Cons: "Due to waiting so long on the tarmac, I almost missed my ground connection. Also, two persons with impaired mobility were deplaned while nearly all the remaining passengers waited. It has been my experience in the past that those with impaired mobility are assisted in deplaning AFTER the other passengers have deplaned. This only makes sense. Also, baggage handling was slow compared with my previous experiences. Seemed to be a hard landing."

Also booked totally last minute and had a window on first leg, and an aisle on second."

Pros: "I've flown Sun Country in the past once or twice and had generally positive experiences. Sun Country did offer food vouchers of $10 and $12 due to the delays, and $100 towards a future Sun a Country flight, which is more than I could say for Spirit Airlines. The staff that I encountered did the best with the information they had and were always friendly, but they didn't seem to have the information required to help the passengers they were working with."
Cons: "I flew from Minneapolis to Seattle and back for Christmas with Sun Country and each of my flights was delayed by over three hours. The initial flight we arrived at our gate to discover the flight had been cancelled with no warning and we had been switched to a flight leaving six hours later. When we checked in no one said a word, and when we arrived at our gate there was no Sun Country employee to inform us of the change. The only reason that we and our fellow passengers learned of this at all was by checking the departure boards at the airport and learning it had been cancelled. To add insult to injury they forced each of the passengers to go back out to the front ticket counter to have new tickets reissued rather than having them printed out at our gate, meaning we all had to go back through security due to what seemed to amount to the laziness of the carrier. On the return flight my flight was initially pushed back by one hour, then two, and eventually ended with a four hour delay. Several of these changes were made within mere minutes of each other. While I understand that delays happen, that also means rides needs to be reworked, plans cancelled, etc. To have the first few hours of time with family robbed by a delay, and the final hours of time with family marred by having to rework plans and make last second changes is a disappointment."

Cons: "I purchased round trip tickets in July to attend my Grandsons 2nd birthday allowing ample time to make his party, but our plane got diverted to Great Falls ,MT. We had to wait 6.5 hours for them to send another plane and crew. Needless to say, I missed his party and all they gave us was a sack lunch and a $100.00 ticket voucher. I also called customer care and they were going to look into it and call me back. I still haven't received a call back. This was a very upsetting ordeal."

Cons: "Unexpected traffic from an accident delayed arrival and airport, that coupled with long lines made for time tight, girl in front of me at security was also going to my flight so I wasn't too panicked and tad kept telling us it was going to be ok and we'd make it but they pulled me aside to pay me down at security then my companion ran on ahead, they let her on the plane and then shut the door right as I was running up. Then the last was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault and everyone else made it on time so why couldn't I, them when the second gate agent was going to put me on the new flight the ride lady told her to put me as standby, the agent inquired as to why and said there were open seats, she said do it, standby. And then smirked at me like she'd put me in my place. I was speechless, never delt with suncountry employee who was rude. Really disappointed with this experience"

I have seen before that SunCounty boards First Class before families will strollers/infants. However, this was a flight to Florida so full of small kids. It would speed up boarding to get those people into the plane to set up car seats, small kids etc. Also, the boarding was hectic enough that the gate agent forgot to board small children, they did pre-boarding, first, exit row, then started with rear seats. There was confusion and all the families rushed the gate. could have been managed much better."

Cons: "Offering hamburgers as the main meal item for sale on an 8am flight that was over 5 1/2 hrs long wasn't seem like a good idea. I can't quite buy a cheeseburger at 9am. No other sandwich options were available, only crackers , chips or fruit... nothing substantial. Not checking the size of carry on items when handing out boarding passes or when allowing people to board is a bad idea. Please enforce carry on size limis. Allowing people to carry on full size luggage really makes the boarding process diificult."

THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

I am extremely upset because I paid an extra $75.00 on day of to get home earlier but ended up getting home at the same time that I would have on my original flight because the flight was late and I missed my shuttle because 1920 was late boarding. Pros: "United has done a lot to update and modernize their terminals. Easy access to food, charging outlets, comfortable seating, and an open atmosphere made my layover quite pleasant."

Cons: "Not sure why there was a "priority" tag on my bag because it was one of the last to come out at baggage claim so there was a HUGE line for me to wait in to get to customs. When I get a first class ticket, I expect first class service."

Cons: "Stupid maintenance delay (replacing the pilot’s chair - no, I have no idea how that constitutes an urgent maintenance issue). It was like they’d never done it before. We were delayed for two hours in 15-minute increments before someone finally wised up they should find us a new plane."

Cons: "We weren't allowed to put our carryons in the overhead. We were forced to put them under the seat in front of us because the plane was full. This left no place for our feet or stretching our legs. The seats were cramped so closely together, our knees touched the seat pocket in front of us. When putting down the tray table, it pressed against our stomachs. The landing was the worst and scariest one I've experienced in over 40 yrs of frequent flying. We hit so fast and hard that the plane teetered from one wheel to the other and fish tailed so hard that people's necks were hurt. If possible, I'll never fly United again."

Cons: "I brought a carry on and had to check it because I was in group. I was not happy. It took 25 minutes for the first piece of luggage to arrive and of course our bags. Last on the plane took a while."

Cons: "That they took my take in luggage & had me put it aside to out in the belly of the plane. I had my laptop & iPad in there. It happened so fast I didn't think to take them out. I was planning to do some work on the plane but couldn't since u took my laptop. Also, they changed the gate and no one told us. We were lucky we asked a question to find out the gate had been changed."

Cons: "Airport was horrible! Security line was 45 min. long and on the other side of the world. The plane was an hour late! No snow. No storms. Why? The crew, I guess tired, seemed bothered by the company of the passengers. The line to wait at the gate was very unorganized and confusing. No one knew which line was for which gate and people where cutting into lines everywhere. The airlines should provide better guidance for its passengers. I was connecting from Germany with Lufthansa and wow what a difference in customer service."
