Cons: "Families with kids should go second on the plane, not almost last. The air conditioning system was broken. The seats were hard on my bottom which made for a rough red eye flight. Hit tons of turbulence with no warning. I know you can see that ahead of time so just give us a heads up. They couldn’t get the bridge way to the plane so we sat for half an hour in the no ac plane instead of getting us a stair or other gate."

Pros: "I loved that the pilot on my first flight introduced himself and staff to the customers prior to loading the plane. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The leg-room! The leg room was a great surprise. No hassle with bags. Great snacks, wi-fi and movies for FREE! I was so tickled. I've never flown JetBlue. I thought it was just another low-cost airline that makes you pay for everything , what a nice surprise! I immediately gave you a shout-out on my facebook account. Best flight experience I've had in a long time. Thank you."

Cons: "1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run."

The staff are always great, free drinks and snacks, plus personal entertainment for all. One of my planes was brand spanking new - it was gorgeous and oh so comfy! I hope I only have to fly JetBlue going forward!"

So surprised when I was provided option to select breakfast from the 2 (omllet or pancake) on just 1 hour and 20 minutes flight from Panama City to Costa Rica."

Pros: "My flight was delayed, causing a lot of stress at the terminal because many people had connecting flights. The Copa staff could not have been more helpful. Copa even put me up for the night at a Sheraton in Panama City when I missed my connection, provided free transportation to and from the airport, and gave me a free dinner voucher. All in all, a well handled experience in the face of disaster."

If you don't watch the board you'll miss your flight. Why not send a crew member to the gate you told passengers to go to , and put a sign by that gate notifying passengers of the change! So stressful!!! 2) In transit passengers catching connecting flights, Copa to Copa, have to go through their security again! What, why?? We cannot eat, drink and relax at the gate because no fluids are allowed AT YOUR GATE. We are not talking ourtside security, you are already in the security areas. Even to go to the bathroom you have to go in and out of security, again! Stupid!! We didn't leave the terminal, and you're making us miserable!"

Pros: "Boarding is very orderly. Flights are always on time with Copa, which makes them a very reliable carrier. Planes are modern, clean and well maintained. Copa offers free headphones, meal and drinks, which is very rare on short flights. I was glad to enter a cool plane, as the Tocumen Airport was without air conditioning service."

Pros: "The fare was relatively low so I was not expecting much beyond safe transit between Costa Rica and Panamá. I was pleasantly surprised by the robust flight crew that all seemed knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the quick and easy check in, no extra charges for my very large checked item, in flight entertainment via headrest screens, ample leg room and storage, and the ability to charge my phone during the flight via USB. Even though I was a passenger in coach, we were provided a light snack and free alcohol and beverages during the short flight. All in all, even as a very frequent traveler, Copa surpassed my expectations. I will definitely fly with them again."
Cons: "The only thing I felt could be improved was the boarding process and signage. I was originally in an exit row seat but was unexpectedly relocated as I boarded. The explanation was quite vague, even though I asked the gentleman to repeat himself twice, but overall the change was fine. I was moved up a few rows and kept my window seat preference, so I wasn't upset. I only wish I had been notified earlier at the check in desk rather than holding up the line of passengers behind me."

Tried to get bottle of water because I was dying of thirst and staff could not sell a bottle of water. Only give a 3oz cup full. Which was gone in 2 seconds."

Super frustrating if one of the most popular luggage manufacture makes a “carry-on” bag, airlines should realize people will be arriving with the expectations that they can use it as a carry on. Anyways I’m out $58 both ways ($116). I will not fly with AeroMexico again because of this simple fact."

They blame me & the manager never show his face to help me out. He could have at least given me a discount given the award situation. But, the customer service or will to help me was just not there."

All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."

Nothing is complimentary (not even soft drinks or a bag or pretzels,) drinks are super expensive, there is no hanging options for your suits/dress (so don't bother to dry clean before you come) and there is no entertainment options at all. Also, when picking your seats do not pick the seats with only two thinking that you will have a window seat next to your travel partner- instead the third seat by the window is where you will be sitting with the flight attendant. Overall, it was the worst flight experience of my life."

Cons: "We got our boarding passes in Costa Rica only to be told our flight was delayed two hours and once we got to Florida, our flight had been delayed another 13 hours. Once we finally thought we had a set time, it got delayed another half hour. We have been stranded trying to get home for over 24 hours. It has been terrible. You have to pay for things that come standard with other airlines such as: carry on suitcase ($55 at the time of check-in) and a departure tax when leaving from Costa Rica. So in the end the flight may not actually be cheaper. The seats didn't recline back. We were on the airplane for an extended amount of time before takeoff and the pilot kept telling us 2 minutes until take off (several times)."

Cons: "There are lots of hidden fees we didn't know about and ended up spending a lot more money than intended. There was horrible communication between the airline and the airport and we were held on the plane for an additional 30 minutes after landing which caused us to miss our connecting flight. They said it was our fault for missing the connecting flight even though it was out of our control. We were stuck at the airport and the next available flight was not until the following day. We received no compensation for their mistakes."

Therefore we were forced to rent a car (paid for out of pocket) and drive to another airport in order to make it to detroit"

Cons: "Our plane was an hour late in San Jose, then we sat on the runway for 45 minutes in Fort Lauderdale because Jet Blue was "blocking our gate". We were told twice that they were holding the plane (which was the last flight out because we missed our original flight by an hour and a half due to delays) for us. We went through security twice and they still didn't hold the plane. There's about 12 of us that didn't make it and was told that the plane was being held. We were forced to stand in the back of a long line to rebook. In that amount of time ( which was over 2 hours) in line and online booking were being made for our same flight.They WOULDN'T accommodate us with a hotel even after we stood in line for another 2 hours just so they could tell us that if we wanted to fly to Dallas it wouldn't be till Tuesday. By this time shuttles werent even running for the number they gave us for a discount on a hotel. The supervisor, GREG HALEY came over and covered his lanyard id with his hand the whole time he spoke with us. We asked for his name and he just said Greg and tried to walk away. We asked him for his last name and he was hesitant but told us it was Haley. We asked his supervisor's name and he scoffed and told us that he didnt have to give us that information, then walked away. We tried to sleep for 3hours on the freezing airport floor to catch a 8am flight to Houston so I could drive my boyfriend all the way to Dallas to pick up his truck and both of us drive back to Houston. Luckily our connecting flight to Houston was in Orlando for 4 hours so it gave me enough time to jump on a standby flight to Dallas Fort Worth out of Orlando in just under an hour. Worst airline and Supervisor (GREG HALEY-OUT OF FORT LAUDERDALE) I have EVER dealt with in ANY company."

Cons: "We left from Fort Lauderdale. It was chaos. Massive lines to get to the kiosks which they said we had to do. Finally got to a kiosk only to be told none of them were functioning. Lines to get to the check in desk was terrible. No one told us what was going on. Overall it was a poorly organized mess. They charged extra for everything. A cup of water was 3 dollars. Seats were small and no leg room."

I know that Spirit wants to save us costs by not charging us for things we don't need but that cost isn't optional so it's just deceitful to not include it. The baggage check at the airport is also only open at a certain time so we had to wait an hour and a half in the baggage check line to wait for it to open and THEN it turns out we were accidentally in the express members line (which was unlabeled) and the spirit employees made us get to the back of the regular line which was huge at that point (note we were the first people at the counter before that happened. AN HOUR AND A HALF IN LINE before it opened, another HALF HOUR to get through the line when we had to get in back. THERE IS NO FOOD BEFORE THE SECURITY CHECK. When I was reserving/buying my seats the website gliched so I had to refresh and all the prices doubled!!!!! Note this is in a five minute window."

Spirit flew me out of my connection that was missed 24 hours later, made me wait in line for 4 hours to get a second replacement flight and has lost my luggage for good. On top of that they were rude, unhelpful, and after the 12 hour delay, DELAYED THE FLIGHT AGAIN. They would not help with anything. They simply blamed the "ash" that apparently didn't affect any other airline but Spirit. Never ever using them again."
