The flight was quick. It was economical

We were delayed 90 min. before takeoff. You have to take a shuttle bus to the plane, and walk up the stairs to get on the plane. So the shuttle goes back and forth three times until everyone is on board.

No good things to say about this flight or booking.

Flight was delayed for more than 4 hours with no prior warning and staff would not explain why. Even tried to charge me 60€ each for not booking in 2 hours early when they knew the flight was delayed. By far the worst flight I have ever taken.

I was checked in at Rome to the correct destination - Barcelona - and at the correct departure and arrival time but on a different flight number (than on my itinerary) and told that my baggage could not be checked through to my final destination. Baggage claim at Barcelona is a hike and Aer Lingus is in another terminal - I made it to Aer Lingus check in with 4 minutes to spare.

Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!

I ultimately got to my destination.

- Was charged left and right until I paid twice for my ticket. I even paid to get my boarding pass. - Boarding was a mess. Passengers were blocked in a hot area, then in the stairs for an hour before boarding - Flight was an hour half late - Flight crew was rude and systematically failed to resolve a seat assignment problem. They mocked a passenger instead of admitting they were wrong about not checking for the error in the seat assignment - More of an annoyance; Flight crew was constantly selling stuff, from drinks to cheap fragrance and scratch lottery cards. In summary, Ryan Air is a scam and an embarrassment to the industry.

Nothing

Things that went wrong; 1- gate switched at the last minute. 2- the flight departed 30 minutes later. 3. At boarding, as Americans, we were singled out and had to pay €50!! For our carry on. This was the third airline we in our European vacation. No one else was being asked and had bigger bags then we did. I told them that they had to be consistent with everyone that was going by to make sure that they also paid. But they didn't even bother to check People with European passports. We will never ever flight with this airline agin. We don't recommend it. The airplane was old. The seats were torn. And the landing was horrible.

Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby.

They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next.

This is a good airline. I like how cheap the tickets can be

What I didn't like at all is the fact that you charge 15 euros just to print a boarding pass!! My phone broke, I was in a bad situation with this already and then asking for 15 when I need the back up the most?!! It's really messed up when you take advantage of people in need of help

The flight was quick. It was economical

We were delayed 90 min. before takeoff. You have to take a shuttle bus to the plane, and walk up the stairs to get on the plane. So the shuttle goes back and forth three times until everyone is on board.

Nothing. I am emerald and this was a hideous flight.

It was late. It was packed. It needed busses at both airports. And it took 1.5 hours to get my luggage. Never again.

They made me check a bag. I had measured it art home, but they didn't like it. The seats were cramped. There was no complementary coffee or soft drink or even a bag of peanuts.

The staff did the best they could with what they had I think

The boarding was chaotic and slow. The flight was delayed. Never a fan of having to pay for even just water (especially after an hour on the tarmac waiting to take off)

Ocorreu muito atraso na decolagem. O embarque foi muito confuso, ficamos muito tempo trancado no ônibus até a aeronave pois ela demorou a ficar pronta para os novos passageiros entrarem. Foi caótico. Não repetiria.

Crew was nice

Boarding delayed 30 minutes without a heads up. Crew allowed kid to run the aisles and listen to loud show without headphones. Had to walk to a different terminal to pick up our bags.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
