According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Cons: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Passengers were blocked in a hot area, then in the stairs for an hour before boarding - Flight was an hour half late - Flight crew was rude and systematically failed to resolve a seat assignment problem. They mocked a passenger instead of admitting they were wrong about not checking for the error in the seat assignment - More of an annoyance; Flight crew was constantly selling stuff, from drinks to cheap fragrance and scratch lottery cards. In summary, Ryan Air is a scam and an embarrassment to the industry."

Cons: "What I didn't like at all is the fact that you charge 15 euros just to print a boarding pass!! My phone broke, I was in a bad situation with this already and then asking for 15 when I need the back up the most?!! It's really messed up when you take advantage of people in need of help"

Cons: "Since the moment of the Check in at the Counter. The attendant was extremely UNPOLITE. Insisting that I must have brought a printed boardng pass. I had to explain several times, that I tried to do it on line and even bought a few more things for my ticket, but I could not get a Ticket to print because the system kept on telling me that as the passport was not european I had to go to a Counter. The attendant was not happy with my answer and kept askng for it. I then told him that as a customer of Ryanair I can not manage your system. And he even replied by saying. Qoute " I have nothing to do with Ryanair. Then at the moment of boarding. Once we were let through BP control, then The crew kept us waiting in different stages All in All around 45 mins, which of course lead to delay in flight. Then on board, the crew was having difficulties with the service even to the point that they could not take our payment with an International Credit Card"

But why did I have to check in online then stand in line to be told to stand in a second line to pay for my bag only to stand in the same line again to actually do the check in? Why? When it was done I asked the agent where to go to find the gate and he only waived on the next customer. I didn't seem to be worth his attention."

Cons: "If you're going to be low cost, at least be efficient. RyanAir was messy and bureaucratic. I had to run between multiple lines to get the forms I needed to fly. I knew I'd be losing money on charges, that was the deal. But I did not realize they would be so Kafkaesque in the process of collecting those charges. Is it really so hard to swipe a credit card?"
Cons: "You really should add the preboading criteria right at time of purchase. Cost $50 per person for boarding passes at airport."

Cons: "We had to pay the normal check in fee (50 euros per person), this one was on me, since I didn't pay enough attention, I don't get why it has to be 50 per person though. We also got to pay 100 euros for our luggage (two carry on bags that had no issue in other airlines). To our surprise, the bags didn't fit in the metal cage they use to size baggage. We ended up paying since we had to fly but then when we were boarding we saw other passengers with the same bag size as ours, so this was really upsetting."

Ask many people to pay additional 50 Euro. I have traveled for more than 15 countries. Never encounter like this. Hence, I will recommend my friends, classmates and family members never take this airplane company."

If you are not an EU citizen you have to present a printed boarding pass. If you are traveling this can be difficult. That flight was over a half hour late and no explanation was given. It was an almost one hour wait for bags. I will never use this airline again."

Cons: "I purchased a ticket from Ryan air the night before my flight. My first Ryanair purchase. When I arrived at the airport they held my boarding pass until I paid an additional 45 euro for a process they call checking in. The checking in process allows them to require the customer to print their own border pass and enter identifying information at least 2 hours before departure, passing inconvenience to the customer for profit. The email that contains instructions for checking in provides first the confirmation number in bold letters, then a receipt of the purchase followed by a page of advertisements and sales offers. After scrolling past these solicitations one can find a link to checking in in fine print. So far, no other low cost airline I have taken abides by this practice. (Spirit, frontier, American, United, JetBlue, southwest etc.) The boarding process did not allow for efficient queuing causing a line to form that was a couple hundred meters long that extended down the main airport walkway. The final result was a delay of 45 minutes to 1 hour after scheduled departure time resulting in a delay of transportation to city center and any connections."

They pick and choose who they want to assist with manner & respect. It's my first flight with them & it couldn't have been any worse. Their carry on policy was radiclious! I had the smallest carry on than any one in that flight, but my bag had hard corners & I didn't want to squeeze it into their measurement to avoid damage, but they wouldn't listen or even try to comprehend as I try to explain to them. They seem to upset almost all the passengers on that flight. Their boarding process was very an organized & untimely. Unfortunately I have two other flights booked with them and if I had time and if it wasn't so expensive to book last minute flights, I wouldn't histate to cancel it and fly with different airlines."

I got handwritten, paper receipts for my payments! Are we in 1978? There was no boarding announcement but the flight left late anyway."

Cons: "Ticketing staff was terrible at Rome (FCO). We were on vacation so couldn't print our boarding passes at home and the online check-in was not working on our mobile phones so we sat in line with our luggage to where we thought we would be able to print our boarding passes and check our luggage / pay for any weight overage (just like LAX or any other airport). The woman at the counter rudely told us she couldn't help us and to get in a completely different line to A) pay for our luggage, but B) charge us $15 each to just to PRINT our boarding passes. To top that off she measured our luggage at X weight and told us to go pay for that and when we returned (20 min later) she not only had weighed our luggage wrong, she insisted we get back in that same line and pay for the overage that SHE complete weighed incorrectly. On top of that, we weren't able to print our boarding passes at the counter she suggested and she became increasingly more stubborn. Finally, after repeated attempts to have this woman help us, she relented and printed our boarding passes out and sent our luggage through. We made our flight (even after she told us the wrong gate too) but barely and not without sprinting through the airport to make up for lost time she had cost us by not doing what she could have done right from the start. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE BE FLYING WITH THEM. Low fairs = even lower experience. Grade: F"
