Cons: "We missed our connection and british had booked us automatically on the next available flight which was helpful. However--- we paid to pick our seats and we got stuck in both middle seats. I also got skipped on the first round of beverage service. The entire crew was congregated in the middle part and when they finally made their way back to the cabin for trash I asked the flight attendant if I could please get a beverage as I was skipped. He said yes let me gather this trash and ill be back. He never returned. Then everyone was served their meals and I then was also skipped. Flight crew congregated again in the middle and my sister and I had to wave our hands up in the air to grab anyone's attention so I could get my meal. At that point they were out of the vegetarian option and I got a small oh we didn't mean to skip you comment. Pretty disappointed with this flight."
Cons: "Delayed 4 hours and lied to the entire time that it would “only be 20 more minutes” while we were just sitting in the plane on a very old, uncomfortable plane"

Cons: "Because of technical difficulties, we had to get off the plane after having boarded so it left with 1h30 delay. That can happen to everyone though but that's not it. On the plane, after having paid for specific seats, the entertainment system did not work as well as the individual lights despite the crew knowing about it. When we notified them, all they said was "Oh! Someone should've told you. Sorry." The one in charge of the crew offered us champagne but never came back with it. So with my girlfriend, we spent 8 hours from London to NYC in darkness with no entertainment despite having paid for it. Finally, I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for 3 weeks now and I still haven't gotten a hold of anyone."

One of the crew members (a plus sized lady) came off to me as racist, she treated everyone else with a smile and cautious attitude but was so fast to tell me off. Would it be a coincident that the rest people are white like herself? I'm never flying BA again."
Cons: "my trip to England was a nightmare starting with American Airlines not being able to find my flight or my name in the system. It was worse on the return from Gatwick. They also couldnt find me in the system and i blame it all on this Kayak travel site. I will never again use Kayak !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my trip was a nightmare."
Pros: "Ground staff in London was amazing! The flight from Barcelona to London was delayed because of weather condition. Once we arrived in London the ground staff made sure all of us (almost 20 people, lots of kids) could get the flight connection to JKF. The shuttle bus was already waiting for us, the ground staff indicated to us the faster way to get to our gate after passing through security checking. Everybody could get the JFK flight!"
Cons: "I'm gluten intolerant and there was no gluten free snack!!! Lunch was served as soon as the plane took off, but for the next 5h of flight nothing else was served. I asked if they had some gluten free snack, they told me there were going to check, but they never got back to me with an answer. I was starving arriving in NY. Aircraft was too old and it didn't have USB charger. And the individuals screens were also too old and had really bad quality for watching movies! It seemed that I was in a flight from 20 years ago!"

Cons: "We lost our in-flight entertainment just a couple hours into the flight... the staff did all they could to try to fix it to no avail, and collected blue cards from all passengers affected. They were very nice. There was nothing they could do."

Pros: "I can't believe how close the seats are. The lady behind me got mad at me for wiggling in my seat. My butt was sore as the seat is so small and the guy next to me had his arm on the console all the time so I had to lean left the whole trip. I couldn't charge my phone for 8 hours of the flight so when I got to JFK my phone was dead. It doesn't heart to put power plugs in every row. This is the 21st century and this is British airways representing great Britain. I guess gb isn't great no more. One more thing I don't eat pork and when the flight attendant offered me dinner she said I only have sausage. Be considerate on passengers that don't eat pork"
Pros: "I really appreciated the size of the seats, the hot meal service, the attentiveness of the attendants, really the whole experience especially since I had been dreading the whole thing. I have spinal disc problems and consequently leg pain and difficulty sitting, especially in cramped spaces. I upgraded to WTP especially for that reason and was not disappointed. If I ever fly again, if BA goes there, that's going to be my choice."

Cons: "Check in took forever. I wasn't able to check in online and was told "this is the price you pay" when I received word that my wife and I wouldn't be sitting together. Then we went to board far later than we were supposed to. After boarding the plane we sat for easily a half hour not moving with no information. Then find out there is scheduled maintenance which would be another hour. AC was shut off and got hot. Started to deplane but we were in back and didn't make it because they reveresed their decision. Got back on and said we would be leaving shortly. In all we say on the plane over 3 hours prior to take off. Never flying with your company again. Easily the worst experience flying ever."

The 2-year-old lap child in the seat with his Mom next to me that kicked, threw, fussed, hit, cried and more through most of the 8-hour flight because somehow a child that big doesn't need his own seat. The lousy, lousy food. The lack of food. The seats that were so tight I couldn't get up to use the lavatory when the inconsiderate woman in front of me put her seat back (and I'm totally average size). The awful entertainment selection. The worn, dirty plane."
Pros: "Both of my flights had no person in the middle seat, so I was able to spread out more in the space which made it much easier to get some sleep, especially on my red eye flight!"

Pros: "We did land OK but JFK was snowed in and this probably caused the many problems we encountered. Iq always have bad luck flying in and out of that airport so I don't completely hold BA accountable. Staff we polite and efficient."
Cons: "We were stuck in the plane for an hour and a half after landing at JFK. On the ground they ran the engines so loudly my husband got a terrible headache. We mentioned the noise problem but were ignored. Once allowed to debark we were crammed into a long cold hall and waited another 1/2 hour before moving towards immigration clearance. To top it off the baggage conveyer system was broken and we waited another 45 minutes before they shut the building down. So we left with no luggage exhausted. One piece of luggage was left back in London. Not pleasant at all. We did get our luggage returned 3 days later. That was good."
Cons: "Only frustrating thing was that i missed my flight due to traffic and poor uber service. When i got to the airport i wasn't allowed to check in. This caused me to be charged a $275.00 late fee for my ticket and my friends. Since i lost my phone when it fell out of my pocket onto the train tracks as i entered the heathrow express i wasn't able to transfer funds to pay for the $550.00 worth of ticket transfer fees. It was a huge issue but eventually it was sorted. Not knowing if you will be able to get back to your county or not is a very stressful experience. Wish i could get my $550.00 back. Cons: "The crew serving our area were terrible. Don was very rude to my elderly mother. There was a female attendant with long blond hair who was rude to another woman who was making a kindly statement. I would not choose American Airlines again given another choice."
Cons: "It really cut it short in the transfer from my Bcn-London flight to the London-NY one. Otherwise everything was pretty good, except the handling of luggage at arrival that was oddly delayed like in spurts. But the service people on ground were very helpful."

Pros: "I tried the World Traveler plus cabin and was very pleasantly surprised by the general increase in space and quality of service for a relatively small extra amount of money. WTP, on first experience, seems to be a very good compromise for those looking for more comfort than "cattle class" without paying the huge price increase to fly in Business Class"
