The Lisbon airport traffic was such that I could not get an Uber to the airport. Take that into account or use the Metro which is cheap, easy and quick. I also found Lisbon Airport to be more difficult to progress through than JFK. I had thought JFK was difficult but once cleared through the TSA screening your in . Lisbon seemed to have more layers of difficulty.

We got in line for passport control instead of going to the transfer section after arriving from Zagreb and wasted precious time. We wish there were obvious signs to show transfer passengers where to go. (Maybe we missed the signs?) The food was delicious and the crew were excellent.

I would not recommend ITA unless you are sitting in business class. All of the upgraded ITA seats lack lumbar support and are in poor condition. I would also recommend that unless you are ending your trip in Nee York or a close by location, that you not stop in New York on your way to a longer distance destination because the delay time can be very long. My delay was 4hrs, 45mins even though I only needed to fly to Washington DC Dulles from New York.

Warsaw airport is cold and unfriendly so don’t look for much help or support there. If you fly LOT know that they are very disorganized so you’ll probably get a lot of misinformation or none at all and it seems quite common that incoming flights to Warsaw are late so definitely give yourself a layover of at east 2.5 hours between flights.

People have to make sure they have plenty of time (2 hours minimum) if they need to change terminals. Heathrow is a monster airport, it's giant, so if you want to shop or eat or just look around, you need more than 2 hours between flights. Otherwise, it's great, the security was fast but thorough. I loved that I did not have to remove my shoes and the employees were patient and polite, not like at JFK. The shuttle buses are annoying, but at a huge airport like Heathrow, it's a must. The drivers of the shuttles are crazy, they don't care if people are falling down or not, they drive aggressively. However, people cannot fall down because the buses are packed to the gills. So, instead of shuttles, a looping airtrain would be a much more convenient and probably faster way of connecting the terminals, just like at JFK. The frequent flights between London and New York are much appreciated.

Madrid’s airport is incredibly windy and cumbersome to navigate. Make sure you have PLENTY of time to get to your gate. Unlike other airports they also don’t announce gate changes, you have to pay attention to the departure screens constantly.

Be aware that the airport checkin is done by airline. So if another airline is flying out before you you cant line up to check in your bags. Getting to the airport more than 3hrs before your flight will not help. You'll still have to wait until they are ready to checkin your flight. It's not like the US where you can arrive early and wait by the gates.

Flying out of Milan you may have bottled water going through carry-on luggage. The airport, both terminal 1 and 2, are very lacking on seating. No gates have sufficient seating for the passengers ready to board.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Disrespectful Behavior by Delta Air Lines Staff at Boarding Gate Dear Delta Air Lines Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of a staff member at the boarding gate today, May 14, 2025, at Las Américas International Airport. While we were preparing to board flight DL-1829 to New York, scheduled for 2:28 PM at gate T-11, we were informed that the aircraft was experiencing water system issues and that passengers were advised to use the restroom before boarding. I politely approached one of the Delta staff members to ask whether the lavatory would be partially or completely unavailable during the flight, as I am traveling with a baby in my arms. The employee’s response was extremely rude and arrogant. He replied, in an unnecessarily hostile tone, something along the lines of: “It’s either that or we cancel the flight — do you want us to cancel the flight?” This response lacked any empathy or professionalism. I understand that technical issues can arise, but that does not excuse such inappropriate treatment of passengers. I felt deeply disrespected and disappointed by the interaction. I sincerely hope appropriate measures are taken, and that all staff members receive the necessary training to treat passengers with courtesy, especially in delicate situations like this one.

This is speaking of the original flight leaving on April 30th(DL 1957) not the rebooked the following morning DL 9887. On April 30th, it was unusually crowded at Sangster International Airport (MBJ) the morning my mother and I arrived for our flight. She had to exceedingly long time for a wheelchair, once a wheelchair attendant arrived to take us to thru immigration and security then to go to gate the flight was boarding. We stayed on board for 3 1/2 hrs until the flight crew notified the passengers that flight indefinitely delayed so we had to stay by gate area. Before that my mom had to wait an additional 20-30 mins to deboard the plane. Was given food vouchers, by the time I came back the gate agents said the flight was gonna to reboard, so all the wheelchair passengers lined up. We waited an additional 45 mins, while I received a notification from kayak that the flight was cancelled. And on my delta app updated that flight was being detoured to Miami then from Miami back to JFK. We boarded the plane started to eat, then the flight crew notified us the flight was indeed being detoured & that how come the gate agents didn’t notified the passengers. We stayed on board for another 30-40 mins then was told by the captain that they tried all avenues to get the passengers back to JFK but the crew couldn’t continue the journey and the flight was cancelled. So we deboarded the plane again. Was told that we were going to be setup in hotels for the night. The hotel that we setup to go to wasn’t suitable for my mother’s needs and requested one nearby we were located in Jamaica. So any we had called a taxi to come to take us back where we stayed in Jamaica, that we had to pay out of own pockets.

Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.

Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.

I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The check in process at Istanbul airport caused my family a great deal of stress and disappointment due to the following factors: 1) WE HAD TO PAY US$330 for check on bags, despite holding Economy tickets that Turkish airlines website clearly states that flights from Istanbul to Miami had a 2 checked bags allowance. 2) Airport staff not only lacked empathy for senior travelers (75 yrs old and 71 yrs old), but were also rude as well. The supervisor at check it offered "if you don't pay for the bags, you can just remain and sleep at the airport for however long you wish. What a terrible way to treat customers !!! 3) We were bumped from agent to agent to agent FIVE times, showing everyone the communication we received telling us we had the 2 bags entitlement. Two elderly people lugging 4 suitcase around and around the Turkish terminal. Again, what a sad way to treat customers !!! 4) We need a case opened to get a refund for the amount we paid. Something is amiss, screams unethical, and sounds unscrupulous......At First , we were told we must pay for 4 bags. All of a sudden, it became 2 bags, and finally all 4 bags were checked on with payments demanded for 2. Why did it vary from agent to agent???? 5) OVERALL, A TERRIBLE AND SUSPICIOUSLLY UNSCRUPULOUS EXPERIENCE FLYING WITH TURKISH AIRLINES. WE ARE TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED AND SAD THAT OUR VISIT TO A BEAUTIFUL CITY ENDED IN SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I recently flew with Turkish Airlines, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I boarded, the crew was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the flight. The highlight, however, was the food! I’ve flown with many airlines, but Turkish Airlines sets the bar incredibly high when it comes to in-flight dining. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of dishes, even on a long-haul flight, was impressive. It felt like dining at a high-end restaurant at 35,000 feet! The seats were comfortable, the entertainment options were great, and the overall atmosphere made the journey enjoyable. Turkish Airlines truly excels in combining luxury and hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again—highly recommend!

In this long haul flight, flight attendants never stopped moving and giving excellent service. Very impressive. Very comfortable seats and excellent food

In sharp contrast to the modern glitzy airport, boarding facilities were primitive. Passengers had to board buses and walk up steep stairs in bitter cold with carry-on baggages. I found no reason why aerobridge was not provided.

Service and food were decent, seats are a bit too narrow. Leg room is normal. Bathroom should be cleaned more frequently. WiFi is cumbersome and should be simplified.
