We waited over an hour for our luggage to arrive at the carousel in Seattle.

The plane was delayed a bit. It wasn't a huge problem though, as we were heading back home.

Flight was great. Boarding was crazy because another flight was boarding late next to ours so everyone was standing and in the way.

Comfortable seat, a little delay, very informative. Love Wi-Fi

very good but no blankets for overnight flight or tv screens…

Good. They checked my bag FOR FREE so I didnt have to try to hoist it up into the overhead compartment. Also, they served free beverages, which I appreciated.

late take off - which they blamed on ATC 1000 times. Fake news that there was no room overhead for carry-ons. Seat space was so tiny I could barely drink my coffee. Cabin was freezing cold. Seat was hard. Zero in-flight entertainment. Only good thing was we arrived on time. Not a good experience!

I ordered the fruit and cheese plate on both outbound and inbound flights, the cheese portion on the inbound flight was half of what it had been on the outbound flight. 🙁

The plane was late taking off. We sat on the plane at least 45-60 minutes before moving away from the gate. Im 5’9” and 185lbs and there is no room in those seats. On top of that you shoehorn a waterbuffalo of a woman in the middle seat to where her sweaty rolls and arms were well into my seat and touching me the whole time. It was either that or press against the opposite arm rest and get hit by the beverage cart and every single person who walked by.
