Cons: "This A320 aircraft departed LGA with the first class toilet inoperative. Flight was entirely full. First class passengers had to fight their way to the rear two toilets, around serving carts, etc. Cabin Crew was very good natured about all of this; but flight crew never mentioned it."

That said, you should not be required to hold your arm out and hold the seat back in front of you so that you are not elbowing or shouldering the people beside you. sitting sideways on a seat I paid extra for doesn't seem like a great flight to me."

Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

Cons: "The flight crew and service on the plane was fine. My biggest complaint was at the baggage drop off at the airport, where there was quite a long line without any crew members assisting us. A five to ten minute wait is fine, but a fifteen minute wait, with only three crew members compared to the other airlines? By the time I dropped off my baggage, the other airlines were finished with their customers, and there was still quite a line behind me."

Cons: "I am disappointed by the lack of communication among Delta staff when we arrived at LAX. Our turn-around was late coming into SMF, thus late leaving. It would have been very helpful if the gate staff at LAX had advised me to not bother to try to make my connection, or called the next gate to tell them we were running over there. RUNNING. Or at least done something to act like they cared. I am disappointed by the lack of initiative. I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. They may see travelers struggling like this daily, but to each traveler, a hiccup in travel plans trip is stressful and urgent. I ask Delta staff to please consider that when they come to work. Thank you."

Was in 1st class and didn't get beverage service after boarding. Then, the plane sat on a remote taxiway another 30 minutes before takeoff, fully loaded, no A/C, and still no beverage service. Truly miserable hot and sweaty flight."

Cons: "The last 30 people on the plane were told there is no.overhead space for a second bag, so I had to check it at the gate. Once on the plane, there was plenty of overhead space. To make it worse, it was raining at my destination, and my bag, and contents, got wet while it was being unloaded."

I'm not one to be to needy but when i was about to ask the lady if I can switch seats to the fair back where there was two empty seats she gladly let the other person but not me. She said no that if I wanted to sit back I needed to set with the other person. Our flight was from NYC to PR 5hour long and in between those hours she let a couple sit together on the other empty rows while I was feeling supper sick. Other passengers notice and had told me that they felt sorry for me. I was Embarressed. I was debating on venting on Twitter just yet and also on this review because what difference does it make. What matters the most is that we all got to our destination safely."

Cons: "Didn’t like the credit card advertising announcement over the intercom and then again by the crew. The lack of food and snack options was pretty sad but that’s par for the course nowadays. One of my pet peeves: People boarded with out verification of their boarding pass location. By the time we boarded, 90% of the plane was loaded and we were in the middle. Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."

At 6:00 p.m we were told they were bringing another plane from the hanger. The plane showed up around 9:00 p.m ... must be a long trip from the hanger. Then we were told they are waiting on a rear flight crew from another flight. After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

Yet the airline won't let you know or change the schedules they just take your money knowing they will likely not be able to deliver the desired product."

Seemed like we stood a good 10 mins before the doors opened...some info would have helped. Sometimes they give the gate numbers and everybody on that plane needed to go somewhere. the attendants were not helpful, the one announcer had an accent, a little hard to understand and asked that we all be kind...ok that I can do."

Cons: "Comfort level was very low. I'm 6'0 y'all and with my seat in an upright posistion my knees were hitting the seat in front of me. My chair barely reclined which cause me to not get any sleep. These two comfort factors made it a restless uncomfortable flight."

Cons: "Despite having a purchased ticket and a seat, I showed up to the airport because I was having problems checking in online. When I arrived at the kiosk it did not print a boarding pass, instead a slip stating I had missed my check-in timeframe and head to the front. I went to the front assuming the counter clerk would resolve the issue but she advised that the only thing she could do is book me on the next flight since the flight was over booked. I was really upset about the situation since I had to be at an event at a specific time. Just make sure you check in as soon as you can. If you are having issues on your phone, call the airline or head to the airport about an hour and a half to two hours early to get your boarding pass."

Then we loaded the plane and taxied our only to come back to the terminal due to an alarm and sat at the terminal for an hour and they never turned the air conditioning back on. Lastly the seats were stuck in the upright posiRion the entire flight. And the attendants walked by me with food but never attempted to actually offer it to me."

The experience was more than excellent it was a experience of compassion one that I will never forget. American Airlines made my travel stress free and very comfortable due to the upgrading to First Class....Smile thank you once again"

Time went from on-time, to 22 min delay to 32 min delay to 1 hr 32 min delay back to on-time. Finally was 40 mins late. Plane wasn't cleaned at turn-around. Fly crew (including Captain, who rushed to back of plane just before takeoff) were obviously stressed and concerned about something at back of plane. Was very nerve-wracking"

I was almost late for my plane because counter assistance is needed in my case, while there was no counter for NO-bag check-in. The kiosk rejected my check-in as well as online check-in. It was confusing and frustrating; I felt like the United Airline did that on purpose to deter the super-economy ticket buyer. Please be aware of time to take to check in with NO BAG with Super-Economy ticket at EWR."

Pros: "I can't really rate the food or entertainment. The flight was a red-eye so I slept. However, I slept well in First Class after upgrading several hours prior to take off."

Cons: "Won't let you check in in advance so they can give you a terrible seat for a 12 hour flight. They won't even let you check in from the point of departure if it's with one of their partners. They also will do everything in their power to not give award miles to pattern airline clubs. It doesn't matter if you give them your United number and even register your United number with the flight for United. They will apply it to the Lufthansa Club and pretend it was just in the state and never actually give you the miles no matter how many times you try. This is not from one experience with Lufthansa / Austrian. I've had this experience many times with every flight I take with these terrible Airlines. I would never fly lifthansa unless it's at least $200 cheaper than any of their competitors."

And to give some perspective: I'm someone who is usually always cold on airplanes and typically not a fan of a/c. And I wore shorts & a t-shirt on the plane which I was nervous about doing because like I said, I'm always cold, but thank goodness I did for that flight."

I wound up canceling the flight and flying another airline and out of another airport. I had to return my car at one airport (West Palm) and then get a ride to the other airport (Miami). I had a direct flight with Spirit and then had to get a connecting flight. It was a very stressful situation and I was not happy. Now I have to file a claim with flight insurance to get reimbursed for the extra tickets I had to purchase. All around - very stressful!!!!!!!!"

I called back and the second man I talked to said he wouldn't (not couldn't, he would not) push my flight back b/c it was still on time and there was only a "weather advisory". "Have I helped you with everything you need today, Caroline?" He asked SERIOUSLY DUDE? Well, well, well... two hours later guess whose flight was CANCELLED.. MINE! With no tickets available to Palm Beach until the next week (if only he had transferred me to the Thursday flight like I wanted, that a**hole!!), except on JetBlue for over $420 one way, I went with JetBlue- like I will always do from now on. Everyone is right and it's my fault for not listening- like my brother told me, Spirit is the FUNG WAH of airlines.. If you know what that is then you know what he's talking about. Never again will I purchase tickets with Spirit, never again. If Hell freezes over and one day the only option is Spirit, I'll wait or walk to my destination. Thanks!!"

I would rather split the cost of adding literally 3 cents to my ticket price to have a drink on the plane, instead of paying $3. Along with many others I see in the comments section one time was enough."

I should mention that my returning flight was delayed by more than 2 hours. I am never flying Spirit again, and strongly discourage people to use this airline."
