The gate area was incredibly short staffed, with one representative manning 4-5 flights, which caused a 3 hr delay in boarding even though the plane was all ready to leave. Other flights also were delayed because of this. The flight crew was awesome and I feel bad for the only gate worker on call, but Delta needs to hire more employees.

Carly the flight attendant was extremely helpful and very accommodating to passengers on the flight from what I noticed. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service and assistance from Delta's flight attendant, Thanks again Carly!!

Had to run to make it only to have the flight delayed to wait for all the late connectors Second drink service skipped up

It wasn't really their fault it was the horrible winds and we just got unlucky.

There is no free Wi-Fi or screens in the seats for this flight. It would be nice if they had actual actual healthy drink options like a flavored sparkling water. The flight was very dark because nobody was sitting on the left side and they didn't open any of the windows. The plane was kind of and had small overhead bins. There was no distinguishable difference between economy and comfort Plus.

I recently had foot surgery and traveled my first time needing assistance. The flight attendants on this flight went above and beyond accommodating my partner and I. I had a panic attack from the medication I was on, and the flight attendants made me feel safe and comfortable when they saw me in distress. They relocated me to an area of the aircraft that made me feel more comfortable and we had our own row which helped reduce my anxiety tremendously.

The bus ride from the terminal to board the plane is uncomfortable and stressful when making a connection.

Pros: "Absolutely ridiculous ... sat on the runway longer than the flight."
Cons: "Reason we sat on the runway longer than the flight is they were understaffed. Unacceptable."
Pros: "I honestly like the fact they load the plane from the back to front rows."
Cons: "Additional snacks and drinks cannot be purchased. It would be nice to have more bottled water or additional selections."
