Racist gate agent made me check my baggage even though it fit.
Crew was great!
Was really poor choice of food.
The food was good and the crew was nice.
We were delayed for 90 minutes. And the entertainment options were awful for such a long flight.
Got two seats to myself.
I don't even know who our flight attendants were. Did we have them? Isn't that a requirement?? Guy in seat in front of me was super rude (yes, I know it's not the airline's fault.). Terrible turbulence (again, not AA's fault).
Ease of boarding, friendly and efficient crew.
Space was very tight, music choices were terrible, no plug to charge my phone, no individual screen for entertainment, movie screen went black half way through the movie I was watching and it never came back on
Typical flight but trouble free, on time, professional crew.
It really sad to know on a 5 and a half hour flight they only offer coffee tea or soda ☹☹ . Never knew about the changes in purchasing a meal or snack..

Everything went almost smoothly and so I have little to complain about.
There was a snow storm in Toronto that caused me to lose about an hour. This is obviously to the fault of no one, but it was annoying nonetheless. It ended up causing me to miss my initial flight to Kelowna.
Well located at LGA (NYC) with it own section of gate doors that is just Air Canada. Multiple flights leaving where EXTREMELY delayed, the staff put on their thinking caps, they started putting people on standby so most customers leave on an earlier flight! I was located in an extra room chair (free) due to this adjustment of delayed flights and was a great experience.
It’s the usual BS that you get at airports....TSA is always insane but honestly it was better than I thought l.
