Cons: The landing was rough!

Cons: I downloaded the AA ap and followed the instructions but could not get entertainment to work on my Android phone.

Cons: Seats not so comfortable.

Pros: The stewardess that was serving refreshments threw my pretzels at me and refused to list off drinks. There was no menu in the seat in front of me, so I was curious of my choices. Extremely rude and unprofessional, there is no excuse for the way I was treated.

Cons: Hire stewardess that are professional and polite.

Cons: Half of the screens were down. No Gluten free options.

Pros: Clean airplane.

Cons: The in air internet is confusing and frustrating. Everyone around me was trying to figure out how to get on the internet. It’s a joke.

Cons: Checking in was way too long, more than 45 mins

Pros: How quick American Airlines moves to keep people on time.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: The cabin crew could care about what they do. The premium economy bulk head seat could not use the overhead bin because one of the cabin crew took it for their luggage

Cons: I could not access the games the lady next to me, and others were playing. When I decided to watch movies the earphones were so small they kept falling out of my ears, and I am a small woman. It was a long flight from Tokyo to Dallas, and the lack of diversion became a major irritant.

Pros: Not much crew stayed in back almost the whole 6 1/2 hr flight and seemed not to friendly

Cons: It would have been better if they had departed when they said they were going to after a delay. Flight was delayed first 1 hr then two more hours. The airline finally posted that it would depart a 4 PM and we didn't even start boarding until 5PM. Then they tried to rush us on so that everyone was standing on the HOT jetway for 10 min waiting to get on the plane. Plane didn't take off til 5:35 PM. Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again.

Pros: Crew kept us well hydrated, and were very diligent about picking up trash.

Pros: One of the crew members was rude on several occasions - the rest of the crew was fantastic.

Pros: Actually, the entree was good!

Cons: As always with American, we take off late - today 25 minutes. Constant announcements disrupting sleep - another common feature. And please don't thank me for choosing American, it's the only option from Philadelphia for the locations I travel to. Recently I traveled twice to Newark (an extra hour away) to avoid having to fly American.

Pros: Everyone was very friendly.

Cons: More room.

Pros: I liked that they were on time (mostly) I liked the movie choices.. Crew were very nice.....

Cons: Wasting money on their part for the silly little bags of pretzels......hardly worth the effort......could be a little more generous on a five hour flight..........

Pros: American really exceeded our expectations on both overseas flights on this trip. Good food, nice service, plenty of in-flight entertainment.

Pros: Rude employees. Forced me to check my bag on both found, despite both flights having about overhead bin space .

Cons: I wish there was a way to better ensure aisle seats for the people who can't afford to pay for an upgrade. Maybe it's just not a thing.
