Cons: No tvs that was a major let down as i was traveling with 2 kids i was really not happy about that my 6 year old just wantex to watch something and kept asking every 2 minutes if we were there yet... so please some tvs on those plains would greatly appreciated.

Pros: Why do I get asked 3x times if I am ready able to assist with a verbal yes. I get asked at baggage check in, again when I board by gate agent, and then again by flight crew. Is this FAA regulations to ask 3 Times?

Cons: Delayed flight again. The American Airlines norm now. Seats are small. I ended up sharing part of mine with the man next to me. No food or snacks No entertainment. Not even a skymall magazine to keep me amused.

Pros: Potential the entertainment which was hard to enjoy due to the constant interruptions of automated announcements relative to frequent flyer incentives, available programs, etc. The entire experience felt like being hostage to advertising.

Cons: Constant adds with the entertainment, multiple long interruptions that paused the entertainment relative to buckling your seatbelt. The entire experience felt dehumanizing in an already cramped, uncomfortable experience. Never flying american again and i'm going to cash out my points asap.
