The airline asked for volunteers to check carry ons. I figured I would to make catching my connecting flight on a short layover a little easier. They then lost my bag on the layover. Getting it back was relatively painless, but I'm still not thrilled about it. The first flight also got in fifteen minutes late, changing a 45 minute layover to a 30 minute one. And my second flight took its sweet time after starting the taxi, resulting in the flight being delayed for half an hour. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme, but a little frustrating and especially so when they ended up losing my bags.

Great - i’ve been flying a budget Airlines for the last several times. And this was a breath of fresh air. Enjoy the atmosphere. The complementary drink and snacks, free carry-on. It was a breath of fresh air.

A gluten free option I could actually eat would have been nice.

A gentleman at the desk for my boarding from Seattle to Anchorage randomly selected me and told me they would need to check my carry-on despite having multiple lithium-ion batteries all of which were in communication devices essential for time in Alaska. There was ample overhead compartment space and I was lucky non of my equipment was damaged due to his unnecessary use of power. A quick check with the flight crew would have likely resulted in an answer that ample space remained allowing me to keep my personal and important items near by. I did lose WiFi twice and that detracted from my entertainment which I do not commonly use.

The flight was fine. The connecting flight was a nightmare. Gate change without text or email notification was super frustrating and I ended up missing my connecting flight. Return flight was delayed and had I not quadruple checked flight time, gate and refreshed the Alaska Airlines app every 5 minutes, I would have taken a flight that would not arrive in time for my connecting flight. Ended up flying Delta home.

Hate this airline. Uncomfortable seats, no screens, no good food.

perfect flight!! couldn't have been better unless it was free!

Excellent overall, but had to wait 30 months while taxiing. In fact, I’m still on the plane now!

I liked the legroom even in row 26! I fell asleep immediately and slept the whole flight.

The plane was in pretty rough shape-- worn down with a bit of a smell. The crew as less than stellar as well.
