The fact that my checked baggage is confusing when they charged me it was only for one way. I was billed and then noticed it was only one way, so I had to re enter my credit card info twice. Seems to me they should assume I will be bringing back my suitcase and contents rather than that I would be leaving it.

Its a scam! They act like they are giving you a break by having you buy cheap flights but in reality it costs more than a bit more expensive flight. I had to pay $45.00 each bag no matter if it was checked or carry-on. In total round trip I paid $180.00 extra just for my husbands carry-on as well as mine. Must add that our flights together cost 286.00. We should of went with American Airlines. On top of that we couldn't select our own seat if so, we had to pay extra, so we had to sit separated from each other. It was ridiculous! Never Again with this company!!!!!
No complimentary snacks at all. I paid $3 for a coke, very little seats with no elbow or leg room nor to lean back. I felt like i was in a can.
Website would not let me check in the day before or the morning or my flight. There was an error every time and I almost got to the end once. I could not change the time of my transportation and arrived 10 minutes past the check in deadline (an hour prior to the flight taking off). I was refused access to the flight and offered a flight 5 hours later. The staff was rude and not helpful. I had heard negative things about Frontier and now I know why.

Food was somewhat disappointing. Ordered a gluten free meal which somehow turned into a vegetarian meal - that was disappointing.
Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation.

First time flying with Alaska, and they were great. Quick, efficient, friendly, and my seat was comfortable enough that I was able to nap. I won’t ever fly with anyone else if I can help it.

Crappy Christmas remixes playing the entire time while waiting for takeoff was insufferable. You know, many people in this county do not celebrate Christmas so not sure why everyone has to listen to it. Or at least play the original and not the easy listening covers.

The entertainment unit allowed me to watch the Denver Broncos game live which helped lessen the delayed departure and uncomfortable seating.
Uncomfortable seating....too crowded!! We had a delayed departure by 30-40 minutes because of a computer download issue. Too many folks carrying carry-ons delayed boarding. I wish folks were not encouraged to go that route but to check baggage. This time of year gets even tougher with folks carrying Christmas presents and over sized personal items. Ugh. Not fun to travel this time of year.
The flight was practically empty!
Paid for comfort, Delta offered free drinks to everyone. Unfortunately though the flight attendant did not bring us the alcohol we ordered and mixed 3 different kinds of whiskey into two glasses! We always are given our bottles separate from the mixer. Oh well. Did to being in so late it took us an hour to get a cab in Detroit.
