It was so hot. Check in and flight attendants not very friendly

Seats too close together. Seats should not recline without additional space between seats.. Meal service and seat reclining is a huge problem.

Gate change at boarding was announced last minute and was far away from the original gate, and no text or email was sent to alert you; they kept spraying air freshener ugh! You could barely hear the announcements;

It was a very pleasant return flight. Their crew took great care of us and seemed to have so much pride to represent their destination and airline. We were on a Boeing plane and it reminded me that I really prefer the Airbus. We were in coach and when the person in front of me decided to sit in my lap, I could hardly move. The most important thing to know is that at CDG in Terminal 2, the passport control/border crossing is past the shopping mall and restaurant area. We thought the line was for Starbucks, but there was a 45-50 minute wait to get to the entrance to passport control. It would have been great if the airline staff could have warned us about it when we checked in. Not having any knowledge of it, we stopped for a little breakfast and were caught totally by surprise by the length of the line. The CDG staff did an excellent job of triage, trying to identify those who might miss their flights. But what a stressful hour that was, and totally avoidable had we understood. On board the food was quite good but it's still airline food, and the menu on the flight services screen at our seats did not align with what was actually served for the main meal. Pilots made an extra effort to find good air for us so there was very little turbulence, unusual for a winter flight.

Our flight was canceled a few hours prior to our scheduled departure. I was advised to book a new flight on another airline and we would be reimbursed for the original flight. Of course, that was denied and we're out $700. Many Alaska Airlines were canceled that day due to computer issues. This is completely unfair to us and we should be reimbursed for the extra money we had to spend.

My daughter and I were seated together, but our TVs weren’t working. They moved us to different seats with working tvs, but we couldn’t be together anymore.

I hope you can influence the airport at Papeete. It is in need of upgrading. Only 1 plug to charge in the open area, only 2 once you have passed security. Security was extremely outdated. They had me turn on my computer, and my camera. 9/11 was a long time ago. There were only a few ceiling fans so the comfort level was really low while waiting for my flight.

The staff on the flight were very friendly and willing to assist in anything possible. The food was plentiful, and the trip went very smoothly with the flight, arriving an hour early. Very impressed with the flight attendance with Air Tahiti Nui!

I’m not an airline food fan but the service was excellent!

There is no legroom for someone who is even a little taller than average. The woman in front of me leaned her seat back all the way, so that my knees were wedged up against her seat. When I asked her to adjust it, she flatly refused, and the flight attendant basically told me that I would have to put up with it - for an 11-hour flight! I will not use this airline again.

Crew was so kind, flight was easy, thank you so much for everything

Everyone was so kind, flight was wonderful, check in and baggage were easy. Thank you guys so much for a great trip

Flight delayed no communication. The gate was changed so many times.

For such a long flight, Tampa to Seattle, was shocked to learn that no food was served. Also, there were no TV monitors to be able to watch a movie.

It departed an hour and a half late because the crew got in late the previous night due to weather related problems. So we got into LA later than anticipated and traffic was much worse.

The staff at the check-in counter was responsive to the long queue and intervened to redirect the traffic: foreigners can't complete check-in without human agents; that is the real line which moves quickly enough. On-boarding and off-boarding were smooth and civilized. Overall the operations were efficient and the experience was pleasant.

Good. I didn’t order food and there was no entertainment available.

Ok, but nothing special. Long flight with no blanket/pillow set.

Flight was delayed by 3 hrs. Forcing missed connection and overnight stay. Terrible.

Comfortable seats, good drinks with lots of water refills, staff was kind and understanding of my disabled mother!

Enjoyed it very much. Especially liked the free WiFi that Delta offers.

Smooth flight. Left on time, and got in 15 minutes early. Onboard video was great

For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

WiFi didn’t work on two of four planes. Flight attendants were not overly friendly or welcoming. Planes were extremely slow to board and deplane.

Delta does a great job with entertainment and free wifi. I can still be in touch with my colleagues while in the air.

Aside from a completely packed plane, I really have no complaints.

Bus to plane was delayed for no apparent reason and our luggage was still on the belt when they shut it off. Took about 20 minutes to turn it back on to get our luggage.

It was a pleasant surprise to have complimentary Wi-Fi on the flight

Much better than Latam, the worse airline company ever. I hope I don't have the need to fly Latam ever in my life again.

Seats in Delta Main are unbelievably close to the seat in front of. Hard to get a backpack under the seat.

Late plane. Only one crew on the ground so we b had to wait for Denver flight to come in, board, and depart. At 78 yrs of age I was not pleased trying to get my connection. What really made me angry was the notification you sent me to hurry up or I would miss my connection. Why tell me to hurry up when you got me in late. It was not a good way of treating customers.

No complaints other than luggage carousel was incorrectly guiding passengers to the wrong carousel on the screen.

Did not like that we couldn't complete check in on-line without providing pictures of our passports. Worry about identity theft. We had no delays and boarding was handled In an efficient manner.

We were a little disappointed to not be able to complete check in online without uploading pics of passports. Also we have KTN's and they weren't on our boarding passes when we got to security. Had to trek back to counter to have them fix.

Excellent service in Polaris class IAD to ZRH. Arrived rested and well fed after the overnight flight.

My flight time was changed without any notification to me which ruined my time sensitive plans so I ended up completely changing my travel plans and no reimbursement.

Excellent! I got to Munich and was transferred to my Lufthansa flight quickly, in 15 to 20 minutes, so I did not miss my flight. However, I had checked my overhead bag at the boarding gate in Tampa. That got to Tunis the next day. That is to be expected.

It's a short hop. My carryon was checked at the gate, I didn't have to drag it all over the airport. Excellent wheelchair assist.

WiFi didn’t exist , seats were super cramped, lights stayed on near my seat for a long time while others were dimmed, the food/trash/drink cart hit my shoulder at least a couple of times while moving, food options were down to just one option by the time it got to my row, the utensils were garbage (knife bent at a couple of places by the time I was done eating) the spoon was very flimsy plastic

Friendliest Flight Attendant I’ve seen since I flew on Southwest Airlines. The whole trip was outstanding…and arrived Early!

Fine. Nothing to write home about. The plane left on time, and arrived on time.

I was downgraded from first class to coach due to an airplane change. They pulled me out of line and I was the very last person to board the plane stuck in the middle seat with no overhead place to put my carry-.on. Very poor customer service.

Seat comfort was poor (no lumbar or lower back support).

The airplane seats were spacious and comfortable, and the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious like never before. The blankets and toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The captain's navigation was steady and reliable. In short, having flown with Starlux, I won't consider any other airline next time.

STOP MAKING THE SEATING SO CRAMPED. WE NEED A PASSENGER BILL OF RIGHTS!

The passenger in front of of me reclined their seat back all the way the entire flight. Their headrest was in my face the entire flight! I barely had room for the little plastic cup of water to fit on my tray table; can you make the seats and space between the rows any smaller??? You can’t even get up to use the restroom! Worst flight I’ve had in a very long time!

We had several flights and they were all on-time and flawless

My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.

Premium Economy Good crew, good service, excellent food. Seat back screen just not bright enough.

Terrible steward... Plane was quite empty... I asked to move "back" in the plane and the steward said no... Unnecessary power trip of mediocre people.
