Not good, because they don’t serve me any drink with my meal. I asked but he said he forgot my drink again
It was an amazing experience for the first time doing my second flight by myself. Crew are friendly and they makes sure the customers meet their needs. I will use Alaska airline again for my next vocation. Thank you all for your hard work.
Flight was delayed by hr and half, takeoff and climbing was frightening
OK for the price paid but nothing as far as value.
Everything was really good except it was really cold in the plane,
PAID First class. No use of lounge in Phoenix (should have a code share). Bags checked and not marked first class, asked attendant who stated on mark gold members. Last bag out of carousel. When you pay extra, expect that...wifi was rebooted and not functioning to allow internet access. Food and cree were very good.
Husband was new to the wheelchair accommodations this trip. What a blessing that was. All employees were helpful and customer service was excellent
The attendances were very thorough and pleasant during the entire trip. The pilots did an excellent job keeping us posted on what to expect. The landing in Portland was executed professionally and perfectly. Boarding was delayed a half hour. But given the times were in, that was no surprise. All in all, my preference is to fly only Alaska Airlines for their reliability and professional service.
We were in first class. Food was surprisingly good. Boarding was easy. Seats were lumpy. No video screen ...really? Service was good. Phone support was good
We were in 1st Class. Excellent service. Easy boarding. No too difficult to speak with someone on the phone. Breakfast was not eatable for me. No screen to watch movies. I don't have or want a tablet. This is first class there should be screens. Even if I had a tablet there was no place to put it. There is a place to put a tablet in economy. Seats were a bit lumpy.
Good flights. On time. They had a gluten free snack option which was nice
Take this flight once or twice a month. Just don’t cut it from the schedule.
737-800 in first class was pretty dumpy. Seat had an uncomfortable angle, storage under the seat was blocked so even my very modest backpack didn't fit, power outlet was flaky. Weird tiny seat pockets that couldn't hold a gallon ziploc bag, emesis bag missing, etc. etc. No in-flight service due to turbulence. Crew was excellent, boarding was smooth despite a full flight.
Food from the flight from Atlanta to Santiago was very poor..
Flight was delayed due to weather. Crew did a nice job of making us comfortable. No complain complaints.
Delta is my preferred airline. I've traveled with them for years. On time in most cases, good communication, easy to use app. Most planes are pretty nice. I was on a CRJ 700/900 however, which was pretty badly aged inside and needed a refresh. No infotainment, unreliable wifi, best to download before boarding or bring a book. Food choices are really just snacks on this flight, nice variety but about what you'd expect. Great staff and prompt in departure and early arrival too. Overall quite satisfied.

This had nothing to do with Delta… The flights were on time and flawless. The service was excellent. We purchased seats in (aisle/middle) comfort plus since this was a cross country flight. Unfortunately, the woman seated at the window was 300+ pounds and, as might be expected, covered up about a third of the middle seat also. there was absolutely nothing that Delta could have done about that… I just don’t know what the answer should be. If you purchase a seat, you should should be able to use the entire seat and not just the portion that someone else is not sitting/oozing in. Disappointing…there should be something that could be done….I'm just not sure what solution could be.
Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.
