Cons: Crew is very slow in serving and removing spiked plates. Food menu is very limited and not even asking for Tea or coffee, very poor service, feedback alone they ask verbally and thank to be positive. Late boarding not proper announcements
Cons: The Nairobi airport experience could use a bit of help. there's no a/c and even late at night, it was uncomfortably hot everywhere. Once I'd checked in to the gate I was trapped and couldn't easily leave to get water or go to the restroom, which was increasingly annoying as my flight was delayed. Pretty sure all of this is beyond Qatar Airways' ability to control.
Pros: The crew was amazing and seat very comfortable.
Cons: If I did not have to spent night in Doha waiting for connecting flight.
Pros: Crew amazing , cooperative
Cons: Doing great
Pros: There’s a reason Qatar Airline is one of the top 10 airlines! Other airlines feed you pretzels and charge you for a blanket. Qatar feeds you numerous times throughout the flight and everything is as great as travel today can be.
Cons: Qatar Airways are the best
Pros: Crew was great. TV Entertainment system was excellent.
Pros: Crew was very helpful for everything
Pros: Nice crew, 1 hr free WiFi
Cons: Significant delay on jetway, temps uncomfortable,
Pros: Was the crew amazing and nice
Pros: No delays
Cons: Improve your carry on lagguge policy. I was made to throw away some of my expensive clothes by the stuff to fit the weight, when it wasn't a problem when I was checking in .
Pros: The layover was hell. They put me in a warehouse with wooden benches for beds. Never again
Cons: Horrible service. The US part of the journey was fine but the rest was aweful.
Pros: While my Qatar airways flight from Houston to Doha (# 714) was almost perfect, flight #1335 from Doha to Nairobi was a huge disappointment.
Cons: The flight attendants didn't seem to know what they were doing, food ran out before i got any breakfast, the IFE system for my seat didn't work,
Pros: Staff was courteous
Cons: My meal preference was not available.
Cons: The time of flight changed 1:30 hour erlier and we did get noticed we were about to miss the flight it’s so annoying but at the end we catch it
Pros: Crew members were very accommodating and helpful (Valencial & Hanane). They go the extra mile to make sure that we were enjoying the flight in the best possible ways. This is what makes Qatar Airways stand out and different from the rest.
Cons: Ord to Doh: People kept window blinds open all through 15 hour flight Flight temperature kept very warm
Cons: Unfortunately WiFi services was off
Pros: I took advantage of the upgrade offer, and it was well worth it.
Cons: Too many mosquitoes, but I'm not sure how they could have stopped them coming on board.
Pros: QA is really a five starts company , and I enjoy the trip always with qatar airways
Cons: The flight attendant dropped a suitcase on my head when I was sleeping. I had terrible headache, nauseous, and dizzy with some really uncomfortable neck pain. The staff tried to get me to take medicines that I could not read for nauseous but I would not. They said they were prescribed by a doctor! What doctor. The flight was the longest worst ever! 14 hours - nothing to eat or drink! In addition, the head flight attendant said the baggage compartment over my head was a problem as it opens all the way down and bags fall easily out. The bag was easily 30 pounds and landed directly on my head. I suffered a concussion.
Pros: Everything was fine except the flight delays
Cons: Flight delays
Pros: Very professional ground staff and cabin crew; very genuine and trained well. However, the first class food is absolutely subpar. Entertainment choices were great though & the lie flat seats are fab!
Cons: The food
Pros: The aircraft was new, the flight was empty and the flight attendants were extremely attentive! It was great. Wish I had the same experience on the previous flight.
Cons: The food ,however, was disappointing again.
Pros: Good flight
Cons: Food is terrible.. why can't they offer sandwiches or bread and butter for people who don't eat Asian food
Pros: Again amazing wonderful flight attendants!!! Excellent service!!! I'm sooo impressed!!! Great food!
Cons: The food options were good, but twice our family could not get the items we wanted as they ran out of them.
Pros: It was a direct flight with good food and movies to choose from
Cons: Small cramped seats in economy
Pros: Really helpful i was the first one out from airport because i was assigned wheelchair.
Cons: Everything was all set. Only shortcoming was No free wifi
Pros: free flowing wine and beer --- unlike previous flight on QA when the actual supervisor of the staff did not allow a proper stipend of the red wine --- also I witnessed her incivility to another passenger which was appalling -- the crew on this flight deserve to be commended
Cons: nothing on the actual flight --- but i felt we had been promised overnight hotel stay since the layover was 8 hours and 55 minutes --- if was not granted in spited of 2 eMails and promise at the time of booking
Pros: Flawless boarding, service, food.
Cons: We arrived 2 hours and 40 minutes late due to technical issues with the aeroplane. We were kept informed and we arrived safely, so this is a nibir complaint.
Pros: The personnel were at the CAI Airport and in the plae were just wonderful. I hope i will have the same experience the second leg if the trip from DOH to DFW
Pros: Courteous crew members Nice food tray containers
Cons: Portions were a little too small for me
Pros: Friendly staff not delayed excellent safe travel
Pros: ALMOST EVERTHING
Pros: Good spacing. comfy seats.
Cons: Staff were just not aware of clients needs. walked passed without even glancing to see raised hands, etc
Pros: Qatar is not glitzy. Better than that, it was straightforward and relaxed and comfortable. Crew was pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Kayak/priceline re-booked my flight for my sister and I from SAA to BA, but failed to completely reissue us tickets. When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work.
Pros: I was the third person in the line. The ticket agent couldn't find my ticket as multiple tickets were booked on my name and all tickets showed X mark. After 20-30 minutes of wait, I finally got my ticket but the security and custom lines were very long by that time. Never flying Qatar again.
Pros: Food was good.
Cons: I didn't appreciate the fact that Qatar opened so late at the Abu Dhabi airport, nor did I appreciate that the woman who printed out my boarding pass royally screwed up and printed gate 8 , when in fact it was gate 3. That was total BS. Supposing I missed my flight due to her negligence ??
Cons: They cancelled the booking without telling about that And also they didn't prepare a place for staying The desk manager said the booking cancelled by your company
Pros: Nice crew.
Cons: One economy cabin as packed with people and the other economy cabin had only 1 person per row. Spread people out more so that they aren't really uncomfortable for a 12 hour flight.
Cons: Worst customer service
Pros: Amazing and efficient when we had to be rerouted due to the hurricane we had excellent service and care at the hotel which made my stay for a short while a memorable
Cons: The plane was quite congested as the seats were very narrow coming back to Miami
Cons: Plane seemed old and not upkeep. Chair in front of me leaned back to 5 inches from my face, every time he moved, the tray fell. The air seemed to be off in the front of the plane. Was sweating. But when I went to the bathroom in the back, it was cold
