Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you

Cons: One of bags was missing and I came to know this only after waiting until the last bag. The staff knew that my bag did not make it out of Doha. It would have been nice if I was informed as soon as I landed so I did not have to wait for an hour unnecessarily. And the paperwork to report the missing baggage was totally Chaotic. Whoever barged to the counter and was aggressive got priority and taking down the details and giving us a receipt. This is probably my 5 or 6 flight in Qatar and it seems that you guys are slipping up as Emirates had done. Hope you don't.

Cons: Check in crew in Lahore ganged up against me and wanted to extort £200 for taking me laptop on board along with my hand carry. Complained and asked how A380 seat with 16+ hour flight wasn't reported earlier. Crew admitted there's a log about seat 63C (EK215 DXB-LAX Jan 7) but Airline chose to ignore it! Crew was apologetic but was offering me free drink (almost seemed like bribe). One of the checked bags torn when we collected it at LAX; Overall, pretty bad but most annoying is the fact that they nickel & dime for seat position and lot of families were spread all over (not just mine).

Cons: The business lounge was full - couldn't find any place for my kids to sleep .. all rest areas and big sofas were busy. I paid money to get in the lounge because our flight was late and the kids were tired (I was traveling with two kids), but unfortunately I paid a lot of money to get in the lounge but couldn't find them proper resting areas.

Cons: As per my Oslo - Dubai review (read there for more details), they cancelled my flight, put me on a flight a day later, and then left me with the bill and the inconvenience. This was the connector out of Dubai and back to Johannesburg. I've flown with them many times and I've picked up one or two small cut backs they've made like no hot towel when you get onboard, only before your arrival, and the meal seems a little more slimmed down (but still pretty tasty), They used have one or two extras which they've now taken away. Not sure why?

Cons: This isnt a complaint about screaming babies. They dont know any better. But kids that are 3-6 or so? They shouldnt be screaming for hours, kicking seats and the plane window, ignoring and talking back to flight attendants etc. What terrible parents. They left the plane a mess too with food and trash all over the place.

Pros: Emirates is easily the beeeest airline out there. Their economy beats almost every other airline, and their rewards system is fantastic (truly rewarding -- I get free flights all the time for being a Skywards Silver member). The food is so much better than other airlines too. I ordered a vegan meal and their vegan meals over the past 6 years went from absolutely awful to incredibly delicious and gourmet. Their entertainment system is also the best Ive seen across all airlines. They have movies that are literally still in theaters, as well as old classics, comedies, horrors, tv shows, world movies in every language, audiobooks, meditation guides and more. The crew is totally accommodating. Happy to keep flying on Emirates for every flight !

Pros: The food was delicious, and I received the special meal I had requested with no problem. Again, great selection of TV shows and movies.
Cons: The crew seemed a bit put off, just not very friendly. Maybe something had happened that put them all in a bad mood I'm not sure. Despite this they did help people without complaint, but you could tell they didn't want to be there. Again on this flight the TVs were an old model that was difficult to use, you had to push really hard and finagle your finger to get it to read what you were pressing.

Pros: Granted I was tired after being in transit for 24 hours, but this final of 4 long-haul flights was a real bummer compared to the other flights. Boeing 777 packed to 100% capacity.
Cons: Really cramped and squished compared to other flights. Toilets at DXB were filthy (I searched around for the cleanest, which was still disgusting), with the cleaning attendant standing around in the restroom doing nothing. Duty Free shops really expensive compared to European airports. Meal on board (breakfast) was really terrible (and that taking into account that airline breakfast is always bad), really the worst I've ever had on a plane, even the Croissant was chewy and very dry. Emirates has become a massive sausage machine people-mover. It has loss its finesse and exceptional service.

Pros: The staff were wonderful and efficient. The toilets were clean and the food was much better than my first flight with emirates although the portions were small on the main meal with only four spinach ravioli offered in a tomato sauce.
Cons: Passengers do not fit on to their seats and overflow into the space you are occupying which is so tiny as it is. There is not enough room to even reach down to pick something up if you drop it. Overhead lockers are full. I think planes either need to be redesigned with sleeping compartments (such as the second class compartments the trains have) for overnight flights or seats need to be slightly larger to make up for the fact most people are larger today.

Cons: THe Hostess was not attentive and had to ask for things a few times. No goody basket was given although some pax did get it.

Cons: Very very late.. I almost lost my replacement of the replacement of my connection. Had to run like hell. The luggage didn't make it. To summarize the day, woke up too early, got to my destination hours late and got the luggage in the middle of the night.

Pros: The plane and flight was fine, as was the crew on board. The crew within the Salt Lake airport could have been better. Not sure if it was the gentlemans first time but overall he and the woman working the boarding were very slow and could have been more efficient. We boarded late (may be out of their control) but when we started boarding there was too much wasted time between calling up the military/people with longer boarding needs/wheelchairs etc. They waited until they were completely boarded and settled prior to calling the next group then spent time fiddling with the sign that splits the boarding lanes etc. Just appeared that there was no sense of efficiency. Polite people though.

Cons: Put me on an Aeromexico plane without a seat. When I went to get seat assignments she gave me very last seat with a “window” she said. There was no window. I was absolutely closterphobic

Cons: My itinerary was changed multiple times, most importantly impacting my arrival time into Victoria BC. This flight was changed twice, the first time I received an email notification telling me the new flight was an hour later. When I got my check-in email 24 hours before my trip was to begin I noticed the arrival time for my return flight had been changed again, this time arriving another hour later. I received no notice for this change. Other than a shuttle service, there are no late night public transit options from the Victoria airport into town--a 25 minute drive. I was left with 10 minutes between the late arrival of my flight to claim my bags, clear customs and try to make the last shuttle. I specifically purchased my ticket so I would have plenty of time to make this connection. I missed it and wound up having to take a $60 (not including tip) taxi to get into town. Changing my itinerary to arrive 2 hours later without notifying me is unacceptable. I've never had any pot-purchase itinerary changes happen to me on Alaska Airlines, which also has regular service between Seattle and Victoria. I'm inclined to make sure I always use them from now on.

Pros: The first class section wasn't claustrophobic, as some Delta first class sections are. The seats were relatively new, and had good size screens for watching a movie on the long flight.
Cons: The plane had not been cleaned well in between flights, so there was a sticky substance on the armrest.

Cons: It was so late I missed my connection to sun valley flight. There was not another flight for 8 hrs!!! I think the sun valley flight should have waited for us. It was a matter of 10-15 min. Crew did not try to board people quickly to get us out of San Diego. 5 more minutes might have made a difference.

Cons: No earphones available. I had forgotten mine but crew stated that none had been put on the flight. Lunch was served but no snacks later as is usual on an almost 4 hr flight. I always fly First Class for the extra room and perks of crew service. Crew spent most time in galley chatting. Not a bad flight by any means but I guess I have been spoiled by superior service on all of my other weekly Delta flights.

Pros: Our plane had mechanical issue with a parking brake which they left us know about once we loaded the plane. Unfortunately it was going to take to long so they switched us to another plane.
Cons: Airlines in general need to enforce the carry on luggage rules. If it doesn't match the dimensions for the carry on specks then make the people Check it. Don't let it go. If I paid for a seat and I'm allowed two carry ons then there should be room for them. Don't ask people to check bags because of a full plane. The crew should have there own place to store their belongings, not where the passengers do and take their space. The life rafts need to be easy to get to but again should take up a spot a passenger has paid for their luggage to go. If that is the only space for these items then don't allow passengers to bring two items if in those seats or on the whole plane. It's really disappointing when your told you may have to check your bag because there's not enough room.

Pros: The crew was very accommodating and helpful and the new entertainment systems with the free movies are awesome. Because of the heat in the cabin we received additional beverage service and follow up waters
Cons: The air above my seat wasn't working for the duration of the flight and there were problems with the air throughout the cabin so it was uncomfortably warm for the whole flight.

Pros: United airlines check in lady in Knoxville TN, She was efficient, caring and awesome. I also loved the air hostesses on Lufthansa flights, they found space for my bags on board and took care of me all flight long!
Cons: Lufthansa gate staff may be in need for a better attitude and not the one of a disgruntled child. I would have expected my 3 checked in bags to arrive with me in Cairo, they did not, so making sure the checked in bags arriving with the passengers can be an needed improvement!

Pros: On the airline website the price of the ticket was $3000 and I bought it for $750 on Kayak, I expected delays, cancellations or something to go wrong and justify that price drop. Nothing of that sort happened! It was a comfortable and on time trip with no problems!

Pros: The crew again was great. The cheese sandwich was also excellent. I wasn't expecting a sandwich on a 2 hour flight and this was a welcome surprise.
Cons: Boarding took a long time, but that was a product of having to bus everyone out to the plane for boarding. They also crammed way too many people onto the bus. Would have been more efficient to load quickly and go as another bus was already waiting.

Cons: Lufthansa warse company ever fly with . everything was bad . delay like two hours , food only meat because No enough chicken and No socks to warm my foot because I was feeling cold .

Cons: Flight was delayed getting out and when we landed we were stuck on the tarmac for an hour so our connecting flight was missed. The person at the Lufthansa desk left at EWR so there was no one to talk to about vouchers for our cancelled flight. Also I never received an email update about my upgrade request contrary to the email I received saying that I would get an update. I would not fly again on Lufthansa.

Pros: Awesome. Very comfortable even in economy seats. Great entertainment

Pros: Clean(though toilets still had a little bit of smell, better than Delta and United anyway... The food was surprisingly good, way better than United and Delta! The staff is very professional. The chairs are better than what I experienced with other airlines.
Cons: On this flight only, the toilets had a slite smell. Usually German bathrooms are an example for the rest of the world to follow in cleanliness.

Cons: Booked with SAS, had to check in with Lufthansa, had a cbange,which required SAS again!

Cons: Boarding was a mess. Waiting for long time in a crowded bus to NORAD the plane then rushing out of the bus to Nita the plane with no lines and having to wait for the crowds outside the lane in a freezing temperature. Furthermore, there was no entertainment on the plane and the food was horrible. Add to this the very cramped seat space and no carry ons in the plane (unless you speak German)

Pros: Overall, the main leg to Frankfurt was fine for entertainment and boarding; the staff was pleasant; but, the seats on all legs were ridiculously tight, and the planes were packed like sardines. I was stuck on window seats on 2 of 3 legs, despite requesting window seats, and the comfort on all legs was terrible. In future, I will take advantage of an upgrade offer from the Airline.
Cons: Read previous comments on likes. In summary, the flight was too full, and the service for my seating was OK. That is it... OK.

Cons: Seats were very uncomfortable and narrow compare to other airlines plane. There was no in flight entertainment available and that was ridiculous.

Cons: No reason for the cancellation was given. I arrived in Cairo a day late for a 10 day tour I had already paid for which caused major problems for me. I will never fly Lufthansa again.

Cons: Dear sir or Madam, I’m writing this complaint as I feel so mistreated and so disrespected, I had a ticket# 2208688265549 with a confirmation# WP6DHB travelling from Tulsa , OK, USA to Cairo, Egypt. Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. Rude, disgusting, disorganized. Took forever to board and disembark the aircraft. If I didn't have to fly to Cairo for work I would never take this flight again in my life. Not much you can do as an airliner though, maybe just warn the tourists about the flight.

Cons: I definitely didn't like how Lufthansa online booking assigns seats. Why are family members who booked their tickets as one order getting seats apart from each other even after online check-in and seat selection? We had a very bad experience with this.

Cons: Took 2.5 hours to even get water from the crew. Food was disturbingly bad (hot goo). Service was unbelievably slow. I've never seen something like this on a major airline. Shocked and disappointed.

Cons: I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for.

Cons: Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros.

Pros: The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant.
Cons: The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food.

Cons: Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol.
