Very poor delay in dfw was really bad n long

Because of rescheduling, they had to put me on a flight that didn't go through Dallas

The flight got delayed 2.5 hrs due to a maintenance issue that cause a domino effect. American should have spare planes for when something like this happens.

Terrible. Cancelled my original flight. It made getting a boarding pass difficult. The AA employee (in a loud voice, so everyone around could hear) griped at me for not getting a boarding pass 24 hours before. I asked how I was supposed to do that when I had no idea what flight I was going to be on. She said (loudly), “Talk to AA customer service, not me!” I could certainly tell serving customers was not important to her. Our new flight was set to a completely different city. We had to change our rental car, and the price went way up. It took 2-1/2 hours to get checked in. By then our new flight had left. We ended up on stand by and had to split up the family to get to our destination. It cost us the whole first day of the trip. AA needs to employ people who actually care about doing a good job. I suppose those people are getting harder to find, but atleast try.

Loved the staff, boarding and drink options! Wish the comfort of the seat could have been better nevertheless

So awful Unreliable Unfriendly Bad Mad Mean Smelly Hot Late Overbooked Understaffed Expensive Cramped Narcs If they were a fruit they’d be rotten durian

Newark airport grounded inbound flight and only announced when the flight was about to start taxing.

At the beginning of the flight there was some turbulence and the announcement was made that there would be no beverage service. The turbulence only last about 5 minutes then it was smooth sailing. I noticed that first class got their service, but the rest of us did not.

Update departure times in a more timely manner. We are not boarding on time if the plane isn’t arriving until after our scheduled departure time.

Update.us on flight information in a more timely manner. Don’t say we are boarding on time ten minutes before the boarding time when the aircraft isn’t arriving for another forty minutes.

The flight was 3.5 hrs delayed. I was not notified prior to arriving to the airport via spirit app. or via boarding pass that I already had loaded on my phone. The agent that i saw at the counter didn’t mention anything about the delay either. I only saw the update after logging in to my email account.

Although our flight had delays due to three different reasons, it was good. Staff continued to update us which made every one comfortable. We felt the captain and crew had our safety in mind the entire time and no one seemed to lose their patience.

Unfortunately, spirits crew had us boarding and parking the plane often, would wait long periods of time before allowing the people attending the flight on the plane to know what was going on this caused for my plane to not only get diverted but then canceled at an airport 2 hours away and basically stranded with charter buses MAYBE being hired. I was left with no choice but to stay overnight and use a comp room in Altantic City to then arrive home the next day. This trip was the first time seeing my partner since he joined the Air Force and this stressful ride caused unwarranted tears on what was supposed to be an east flight home. I understand weather is unpredictable but to have passengers deboard to then reboard an hour later to taxi on the runway for another hour to then basically leave an entire fight stranded. I waited almost 30 minutes at the airport and not one employee could tell me about a charter bus so I had to leave and make accommodations to stay overnight and get a ride home.

This was the first time I use Spirit Airlines and was pleasantly surprised. It was a last-minute booking and I was happy to see there was availability on your airline for a price that was affordable. The staff was friendly. The only things I thought were missing, were the ability to recline the seats, although I don’t use that very often, and it would’ve been nice to have power access at the seats to plug in my devices.

The flight was canceled and was bounced around time wise with my elderly parents. That being said the gentleman in custody service was amazingly helpful

It amaze me how other airlines leave on time and Spirit always have some type of delay. I’ve flown with Spirit many times, but it reached a point I’d rather pay twice the amount and not deal with this corporation they never do nothing to reimburse people for their time or headaches.

Too many time late and postponed No electrical power for my electric devices

Flight and crew were good, no complaints at all. Easy, uneventful, quick flight. The delays, cancelled flight, hold time to wait for customer service on the phone were not good. One person that answered told me the delays, first on the way to Newark, and again on way from Newark were due to weather (there was no weather on flight coming in); turns out that was not true. Multiple flights were delayed and cancelled that weekend- 6 for the trip leaving on Sunday from what customer service at the desk told me. Newark was having issues with air traffic controller I believe. So, getting false information and only options of rebook (for another day, or one with stops to get in the next day), refund or a credit valid for 5 years, did nothing to help me get to work the next day or get my son home for school that next day. There was no sort of compensation for the wait or cancellation from airline or from airport. Just out of pocket for the uber ride and the missed hours at work.

The seats! Do not nickel and dime! Be transparent about all your fees!

It was fine, Can’t blame you about airport issues.
