$805 Find Cheap Flights from San Antonio to Luxembourg - Compare and Save

I was booked to travel from Dallas to Nairobi via Chicago and Brussels and had been issued boarding passes for all three segments of my journey. At the boarding gate in Dallas, I was required to check my carry-on luggage due to limited cabin space. Despite my attempts to explain that I was traveling internationally and would not have access to the bag during transit, my concerns were not considered. I also informed the staff that I did not have a padlock to secure the luggage, but this was disregarded. Consequently, I had to hastily transfer essential items from my carry-on into my handbag. To my surprise, upon arriving at Chicago Airport, I observed numerous international travelers boarding with cabin bags that were significantly larger than mine. This experience left me extremely disappointed and led me to decide against using United Airlines for future international travel, a sentiment I have also shared with friends and family. Unfortunately, the onboard experience on the Chicago to Brussels flight further reinforced my dissatisfaction. The cabin crew appeared disengaged, indifferent, and lacking in attentiveness, resulting in a service experience that fell well below my expectations.

It started well but flight was cancelled and they created a nightmare rebooking. It is two days later and we still haven’t reached our destination. I am in Amsterdam waiting on transfer desk to open (later than other airlines) to hopefully get a boarding pass. Once that problem is solved we will just pray this flight isn’t cancelled too.

They messed up my seat so I didn’t get the one I paid for

Ground staff and cabin crew were excellent. Flight was perfectly on time. Zero issues.

love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment

The flight delay made the connection a bit tight but that's outside the flight crew's control.

I liked the crews attentiveness, all food and drink items were tasty, and came out in a timely manner. The entertainment systems were not as responsive and my seat had issues with the auxiliary for the headphones. Seats were OK, and the headrest for my seat could go back only so far. Bathrooms were tight fit.

Not good. They charged an additional $70 to check a bag we had already paid for on line with Lufstansa

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. I was denied access to look on the plane. Therefore I have been without money and given no help. Paula Bjork 503.545.6698

Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.
