$648 Find Cheap Flights from San Antonio to St. Maarten - Compare and Save

I am absolutely furious with American. they shut the door in my face when I was trying to board the flight and kicked me off of it. They made no attempt to call my name or contact me or anything. They just said they gave my seat away. The customer service response has been atrocious. I will never fly this airline again as long as I live.

I liked the fact that I was able to choose different food than typical all-in-one or two options. The refreshments kept coming so I really did not sleep & I am adjusting time different much better than the past experiences. I like the variety of movies & shows that I was able to watch.

We had to de-board do to maintenance and there was ZERO help with getting rebooked. The flight was delayed by over 24 hours. Quite ridiculous. When I. called Kayak to get help to rebook, they said they couldn't and that it had to be done at the American counter that didn't exist without going outside TSA security, which I did.

I spent 12 hrs getting home and had a direct flight that should have taken no more than 3 hrs. The first plane has an issue, was on the plane for over an hour before we had to deplane and move from A19 to A39 to board another plane. Boarded that plane to wait for another 45 minutes for it to also have an issue where we had to deboard. After everyone had went to get something to eat the food vouchers came out and half of us could not use. We then had to wait until 8:00 pm to board and finally got to Columbus Ohio at midnight. We were told that our luggage was on baggage 5. I waited 30 minutes to then realize my luggage was on 4. No notification sent. Horrible communication and I have a priority status.

As with most flights these days it was delayed by about 30 min.

We were stuck with no gate upon landing for 90 minutes. Unacceptable.

The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.

Deplaning time. Having to wait 10 to 25 minutes after boarding to leave the gate. Having to wait 10 minutes to park at the gate to deplane.☹️

When you pay for Premium Economy on an 787 and you’re promised amenities for the extra money, you expect them to work. They didn’t. USB connector wouldn’t charge continuously. 120v outlet wouldn’t hold anything you plugged into it. The adapter would just fall out. The noise canceling headphones stopped noise cancelling in the first 15 minutes for EVERYONE. No one on the plane knew how to fix it so I couldn’t listen to any movies. I just put in my AirPods and went to sleep. Very unhappy with the crappy Panasonic entertainment system. I won’t buy premium again.

My first time flying American Airlines, my first flight to CLT was wonderful and flight attendants was nice and had great customer service. My second flight from CLT to NY was very delayed due to whatever reason the crew was not greeting other than that I’m rate 8 .
