Pros: Nice and easy
Cons: Food and drink choices could have been better
Pros: The crew was great and online booking put our two grandkids on our itinerary with us!
Pros: The crew was amazing and the service was efficient and professional!
Pros: The crew and attendants Kimberly and Jade were very nice and helpful. The captain was the same as the previous flight from San Jose del Cabo.
Cons: This plane had considerably less leg room than the previous plane in the A aisle. I would have booked a different aisle if I knew that I was going to be sacrificing leg room by being in the A aisle over B.C or D aisles.
Cons: Less people on the plane, the social distance is NOT followed inside the plane.
Pros: crew was great and the landing was like a paper airplane!!!
Cons: Trip was great!
Pros: Clean plane and punctual flight
Cons: Overall no complaints
Pros: Early morning flight. Crew was attentive according to the need but not intrusive. Consistently delivers a very high standard in air travel. Personnel are friendly and professional, aircraft are clean, and they are on time.
Cons: Alaska Airlines is tough to beat.
Pros: Amazing crew with nice comfortable seats
Cons: Food selection
Pros: My friend was experiencing knee pain and the flight wasn’t full. Alaska Airlines upgraded our seats at no extra charge to give her more knee/leg space to help alleviate her discomfort.
Cons: We landed almost 2 hours late and we missed a very important reservation. I am very disappointed.
Pros: I liked getting the $75 credit due to the extreme lateness of the flight.
Cons: The passengers seemed a bit wound up after a 3 hour delay. When it was time for the safety review, several passengers were not listening to the attendants, and one attendant shouted "Hey, you need to listen. This is important. This is not a party bus." I understand her frustration, but her behavior was really unprofessional. I've been in customer service for years, and you never let your personal frustration show. She should have brought the behavior to the attention of the flight deck for the pilot to make an announcement, etc. Southwest attendants are always cool, calm and collected. I'll bear that in mind the next time I book.
Pros: Great crew
Cons: At ponta delgada and my bags are no where to be found
Cons: Delay taking off and delay arriving to gate due to scheduling.
Pros: The seats
Cons: Nothing it’s was great
Pros: It was from missing my connecting flight since I wasn’t able to get to my destination that day I had to wait a day.
Cons: Pay for my parking since I had to leave that day and come back the next day.
Pros: People were friendly and super helpful.
Cons: Awful for those who are disabled. My mother is deaf and unable to walk on her own very well. They took her to the wrong gate and left her there in the wheel chair. She had to walk on her own to the correct gate because they took her to the wrong gate after realizing she wasn’t at the correct gate.
Pros: Alaska service is always great
Cons: I waited to leave and to get off the plane
Pros: Flight was smooth & on time
Cons: Ground crew at SannJose war below standards, long delay with a couple ‘laps’ because ground team wasn’t ready.
Pros: Boarding was smooth
Cons: Snack, staff behavior was below average
Pros: Crew was friendly and the service was good.
Cons: Stuck next to self obsessed millenial who couldn't stop taking selfies of himself and he kept rubbing against me (apparently not noticing I was there?). He had plenty of space so it was weird.
Pros: Flight was smooth and landed 20 minutes early
Cons: (1) The relentless loud conversations. (2) The main cabin head that REEKED like a men's urinal, with a sticky toilet seat to match. (3) The HIGHLY annoying commercial by one of the flight attendants over the LOUD speaker for an AA credit card or bonus something or other that AA seems to be doing on every single flight now. Really intrusive and, honestly, disrespectful to guests who are unfortunately a captive audience.
Pros: This was the most leg room I've ever seen in economy class. For someone who's tall--that's a huge plus. However, I couldn't sleep because I was so cold. I was wearing a sweater and long pants and was still freezing.
Cons: The temperature in the cabin was way too cold.
Pros: Not much
Cons: Just about everything
Pros: Ummm...I bought a ticket on Alaskan and it ended up being a Virgin aircraft.
Cons: There wasn’t a power outlet at my seat.
Pros: Flight was fine and on time.
Cons: They make such a big deal out of the cheese tray—I think they’d be better stocked. They ran out by the middle of the plane. The flight attendant let me know I should reserve one next time. Now I know.
Cons: unprofessional workers who gossip about other workers and customers, dirty plane, no free food, and no aloha spirit.
Pros: I paid the extra $50 for premium seats. The extra leg room was nice, that's about it. I literally heard conversations throughout the cabin, which is no on at Alaska airlines fault, however, with premium seating we were to be given free snacks and drinks (which obviously we had paid for) but my entire row was not asked or acknowledged the entire 5 hour flight. When I stopped the attendant and let her know upon landing she said they had come through the cabin 3 times and made me feel crazy for asking. I asked my neighbors and they received the Sam treatment. The attendants literally walked right past our row without asking anyone if we were hungry or thirsty. Rude!

Pros: I enjoy flying on Alaska Airlines and this flight confirmed why I fly Alaska. Check in was a breeze, flight attendants were attentive, food was delicious. Easy trip across the country.
Pros: I alway love flying Alaska airlines. Their flights are on time and their staff is friendly and professional.
Cons: I didn't like that you have to pay to rent a movie. It's provided through most airline carriers and I was shocked they were renting out tablets to view movies.
Pros: Flight arrived early Not full flight, more comfortable that way Boarding moved quickly, adequate overhead space Plane exit moved quickly
Cons: Flight attendant was rude as I switched into an empty seat following her count. Called out my move on front of other passengers with negative tone, but did not make me move, so OK overall. Without sale of open seat, the only way for Alaska to capitalize on that seat is to allow someone else to have a more positive flight experience with more personal space, so honestly she shouldn't have been rude. Tomato juice was hot from being outside, normally cool even without ice. Snack was fine, but minimal and snack boxes not available on short flight, so less stars for that. Entertainment nonexistent - film/tv access not available in flight without something in mobile device that was not explained, no plugs for charging.
Pros: The crew was great and kept down the noise level. This is the first time I have been able to sleep on an over-night flight. We also arrived early and our luggage was ready within the 20 mins. they say.
Cons: The ice falling from the AC was so annoying. It kept falling on my skin and it was jarring and uncomfortable. I won't be using Alaska airlines again until you get that resolved.
Pros: After traveling on United earlier this week and having a horrific experience, Alaska airlines was the complete opposite. I had no problem making connecting flights, and all your staff was very friendly And helpful! I only wish you were in the southwestern part of the country as I live in Tennessee!
Pros: Flight ahead of schedule, staff pleasant, and good price.
Cons: I pre confirmed my flight online & checked in, along with a friend. I didn't realize I had to reconfirm when I got to the airport again, since my friend already knew the gate number. I had my mobile boarding pass on my iPhone, and got to my departure gate. When it got close to boarding time, my email boarding pass disappeared! Luckily I was able to get a paper boarding pass from the boarding desk. If I had not looked previously on my phone-I would have been delayed. Learning lesson on my part. Check in at airport too!
Pros: Board the rear of the plane first. Why does no other Airline realize that is the logical thing to do?
Cons: No movies/entertainment unless you want to pay for a tablet. No Wifi for Android users.
Cons: I was not able to use my TSA Pre Check and no agent would heklp correct the mistake
Cons: They left my luggage in Portland and made me have a two HR delay to get my bag
Pros: I think what I liked most is that the Wifi, Gogo, is free on mobile for T-mobile customers which is awesome. The seats were fine, food was fine, just a nice quick experience.
Pros: Delayed BC of Pilots schedule, boarded the knowing the pilots weren't even there yet waited 30 mins for pilots with no air-conditioning til the stewards called someone to turn on air... finally checking the plane and during that found there was something wrong with waited an extra 45 mins til we finally took out ...were supposed to arrive in Newark at 5:55 pm did land til 7:15pm that messed up my pick and the schedule
Pros: I appreciated the boarding order, the large overhead space for carryons, the ample leg room, the quietness of the engines, & the friendliness of the staff.
Pros: For full plane went well
Cons: The wheel to my luggage broke off in deltas care so if that could have not happened it would have been way better.
Pros: Entertainment options excellent. Very happy to have my own row seat (exit row).
Cons: Snack options (goldfish, biscotti cookie) getting tired.
Cons: The seat and area around me on this early morning flight were trashy-- old cups of cheese spread, cracker crumbs, and an empty water bottle.
Pros: Smooth and fast.
Cons: Headphones should be free. Also some free food would be nice.
Cons: The flight was more than 4 hours late making us miss our connections
Pros: Crew and all folks. I had not flown Delta for a while. Based on this flight, I’ll put Delta as a first option in future plans.
Cons: Missed flight due to unnecessary delays
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: flight was diverted an hour away for refueling because of weather over SLC. But SLC opened before we even landed at Grand Junction, CO. I had 8 mins to run between concourses to catch the next flight. My bags didn’t make the flight and have perishable food items. But it is what it is.
Pros: Crew, exit row seat
Pros: The crew was wonderful, the food was great, the ride was wonderful.
Pros: Love Delta. They will always be my #1 choice.
Cons: Seats aren’t super comfy, but that’s true of economy on any plane.
Cons: Boarding took a long time
Cons: Boarding the plane was a hassle as well as delays to Clean up and fix seat belts. Very u coordinated crew as well no one paying attention to what one was doing.
Pros: Delta was OK
Cons: Lack of attention by the fly stuard in Virgin Australia Virgin had a 45´delay
Cons: More than 4.5 hrs in taxi waiting to take off. Due to “few rain” and after 3.5 hrs we needed to refuel when we were about FINALLY close to our turn for take off. Horrible service by DELTA. Never flying again with them
Pros: seating, food, service
Pros: Movies, baggage price, snacks, friendly! And check carry on when full fir free
Pros: That we finally arrived.
Cons: That we didn't arrive even remotely close to when we were supposed to.
Pros: Are usually fly international, and I really enjoy it. Flying domestic inside the US is bad because you never know when you will get flight delays, like we got. It wasn’t the fault of Delta, but it sucked.
Cons: Small seeds, no food, the flight delay
Pros: crew was nice and pilot was informative.
Cons: 1. flight was delayed twice, which meant my arrive was delayed in Cincinnati. 2. boarding was a nightmare. After 2 delays, I was crammed into zone 4. I dont fly as often, the seats space seems to be getting smaller. 5. I sat next an overweight person. I didn't like my personal space violated. 6. The flight offer movies, I slept. Yet kept getting elbowed by this overweight neighbor. 7. I am a single, independent person. I prefer to sit near the front. First on and settled and 1st off and gone!
Cons: It was a 1.5 hour late leaving San Diego (6am flight), one of three bathrooms out, no coffee or tea (wtf?), we circled Atlanta for an hour, ran out of gas, landed in Pensacola, no information, missed the flight to DC ... And it's not even noon
Pros: Great crew on board!
Pros: Courteous staff.
Cons: Having to check a firearm inside and having it looked at by non-tsa personnel.
Pros: Nice crew, pretty good timing on flying time.
Cons: Stayed waiting for airport to clear our gaye for about one hour after we landed.
Pros: Everything went off without a hitch.
Pros: Plane was clean, easy boarding, crew was kind and attentive.
Cons: 30 minutes late no explanations....
Pros: Fabulous fight. Attentive staff and I love the free entertainment tv’s.
Cons: No entertainment
Cons: Trying too hard to fit as many as possible
Cons: Couldn’t pick my seat
Pros: I loved the way that the flight attendants were able to sit my boyfriend and I together on our flights even though our seats weren't planned to be near each other. The available entertainment games, movies and tv shows were awesome to have!
Pros: Free movies was nice, service friendly.
Cons: Long flight but shorter than scheduled, awesome.
Pros: I like the fact that I was issued a credit for my flight. It was booked in error and had to be cancelled.
Cons: I don't know how to use my credit.
Pros: Good entertainment options, on-time departure and arrival.
Cons: Had to stow backpack under seat due to full flight. How is this still the norm? Wi-fi not working.
Pros: Pilot flew flawless crew kind and helpful it was a full flight and impressed helpful passengers to get on board was.
Cons: Disappointed airplane not equipped with free movies. I bought ear buds on return flight for that purpose
Cons: I forgot my wired ear phone so I purchased the earphone. I knew i shouldn't expected anything for $2 but really I couldn't hear anything at all to watch the movie. It's used to be free, now even paid the quality of the stuff is really suck.
Pros: On time boarding in Seattle.
Cons: Delayed in Los Angeles for about an hour. Checked on flight tracker and this flight is consistently delayed 20-40 minutes. Why hasn't Delta done anything to improve this?
Pros: More entertainment options were added. Thank you
Cons: It didn't fly fast enough. Jk. Not much to say
Pros: The short flight was fine. Crew was friendly.
Cons: Because we arrived to LAX from SAN so late we had to run to the next gate and barely made the flight. The overhead bins were already very full so we had to stuff our stuff at our feet. Since we arrived so late it would have been better if they had allowed those with a tight connection to disembark first.
Pros: What is the issue?
Cons: They delayed the takeoff because of catering, really over a half hour because you wanted to sell more sandwiches. So you make us late and the poor people who had connecting flight, it just does not make sense.
Pros: That my flight was on time
Cons: Pretty much everything else about it
Pros: Nothing I can think of right away
Cons: Late arrival and late departure. Poor service in having my luggage be connected to my flight. Was under the impression that they would do that after I had called the day prior and once I got to airport they didn't do so
Cons: The flight was over 20 minutes early
Pros: Staff were all polite
Cons: The least amount of legroom I've ever had. The most cramped I've ever been and I'm 5'2 and fly a lot. Also for a 5 hour flight, I should not have been as uncomfortable as I was. There's less cushion than before.
Pros: Boarding was quick and easy. Woot! For food on the SAN to JFK flight!
Cons: I hate that I booked and checked in early, but still had my seat assignment changed twice before boarding, and when I got to my seat, it was in front of the exit row, and my seat wouldn't recline. It was terribly uncomfortable
Pros: Staff was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling with a two-year-old and they moved us to first class to give extra room for the car seat.
Cons: Lots of turbulents. The plane was smaller so they asked me to check in my carry-on as we were boarding. No issues getting my luggage back.
Pros: Excellent crew
Cons: Leg room
Pros: Liked the entertainment option. I was able to watch most of a movie on the first flight, then pick up the end on the second. B737-900 ER is a nice plane
Cons: Boarding sequence seems inefficient
Cons: Crew was late and delayed flight 10 minutes
Pros: First time flying united and i love the bag policy. Great airline
Pros: Clean aircraft helpful staff
Pros: That they had TV in flight
Pros: Friendly helpful flight crew
Cons: Entertainment wasn’t working well at all
Pros: Crew was kind and thorough but gate agent was rude to me and others. Very snippy and acted as if I was bothering her when I asked a question.
Cons: My seat was broken. Bottom was completely collapsed. 12B So hot and stuffy as well.
Pros: Seating choice options could be improved.
Cons: The gate agents did nothing to combat the gate lice that lined up in the "boarding" lane long before their boarding group was called. I almost missed my boarding group (which would have resulted in my carry-on being gate-checked all the way home) because the line was 40-deep. Only after asking the first person in line did I realize that the people lined up for "Boarding Group 3" were actually all Boarding Group 4. My flight didn't have working AC, and my seat didn't recline. I was burning up the whole time, and forced to sit at an unnaturally upright angle for the entirety of the 3.5 hour flight. I've never had a good experience with United. I will not be flying with them again.
Pros: The crew in first was very helpful.
Cons: vegetarian food on first.
Cons: I took three flights from San Diego to San Francisco, San Francisco to Chicago, Chicago to Montreal. San Diego departure was almost an hour late. The Chicago departure was half an hour late because the pilot wasn’t checked in yet. It is very frustrating when I run through Chicago airport from B to E
Pros: Wonderful timely departure and landing
Cons: The United boarding staff was no help at San Diego airport. I was at the gate 30 minutes before flight take off time, but by the time I arrived, the door was closed, so I was waiting in front of the gate seating area. the flight time was 10:40, and my clock says 10:41, and the flight was gone. This is my first time in 20 years gate attendant didn't announce anything, and there are other people who missed this flight. Because of this, my rest of the trip was miserable, missed meeting in Santa Fe. I need a money back.
Pros: Comfort of first class. Even on a short trip like this.
Cons: I am a bit tired of a lazy, lackadaisical attitude by ground crew and pilots. Nobody is showing interest in making the system work better by hustling. They take their time, almost slothlike, with an air of arrogance that tells me that they don’t respect me. It appears in how long it takes to pull a plane in, how long it takes to get bags off, and how long it takes for bags to hit the baggage claim.
Pros: It was quite average, nothing special. They severed some drinks and you get a bag of pretzels. The staff was very friendly and nice. It was only a 1 1/2 flight, so the only entertainment is magazines.
Cons: The legroom was fine for me, but if you are about 6ft tall or over, you will feel a little cramped. Try to get an exit row seat if can.
Cons: The counter person was inexperienced.
Pros: Truly don't remember his name but there was one young man on the plane that was very helpful highly recommend he's only been with the airline about 8 months and what is professional in every way thank you
Pros: Preassigned seating . . . that's about it.
Cons: Well, we were greeted at the gate by an attendant who told us we'd probably miss our connecting flight and that we could go home and try again tomorrow or chance it. Then he charged $200 for my board bag (talking a surfboard to Costa Rica) and finally we arrived with 4 others just as our flight was scheduled to pull off and they couldn't be bothered to hold the plane for us as we sprinted across the airport.
Cons: I had charged 300$ for my extra luggage this morning at the checking ....it never happened to me before usually I paid 100$ but never that much... I will never ever flight with United again for sure.
Pros: The flight journey had turbulence, but the landing shows the pilot just not having good skill during landing, extremely rough
Pros: Everything was perfect.
Cons: Having to pay for satellite tv is no good. Most other airlines have free entertainment.
Pros: Ive been delayed at the airport since 9 am it’s is now 9:41 pm and finally switched to an American Airlines flight so I can get home. Good thing I did because now that same flight is delayed until 8:45 tomorrow morning.
Cons: They put my luggage on a flight 3 hours later. I bought this flight so I can get to the wedding rehearsal on time. All my fiancés and my clothes are in that luggage. So now we are late to the wedding rehearsal that my fiance is the maid of honor for and we still have to head to the hotel to check in and get ready. It's just unacceptable.
Pros: They gave us free tv since we had to wait so long and they made us wait for an hour on the tarmac.
Cons: We had a connecting flight from San Francisco that we missed due to their delays. We still don't know why it was delayed. They didnt give a clear or concise reason for the delays. Our flight landed a few minutes before our connecting flight departed and instead of holding the plane like they have done in other reviews I've read they actually took off early. We were automatically given tickets to the next flight out to our final destination (which was 6 hours later.) This was sucky but we didn't have control over it so we dealt with it. However when we went to customer service to print our new tickets we were "greeted" with two apathetic employees. The first one we didn't actually get to interact with because after waiting in line for 10 minutes when it was finally our turn he held his hand up to stop us from walking up to the counter and just left. No explanation just headed out. So we headed over to the "premier" line for a procedure that should literally take 3 minutes to interact with the next employee who made it somehow our fault that we were mildly upset with the situation. My father always told me United "sucks" we gave them a chance but we should have heeded his fatherly advice. Oh and a bonus my traveling partner has a broken pelvis so sitting around for hours on end was just salt to the wound.
Pros: The staff were very freindly
Cons: They had a setup if you wanted to watch a movie you had to log onto your computer or other device, but you had to down load the United airlines app, but my IPad would not connect to download.
Pros: The flight was 50% shorter than advertised.
Cons: Terminal 8 was a very very long walk to Terminal B.
Pros: The crew and flight was excellent. Two short flights to get to my destination.
Cons: Their new fare for budget flights processing is outrageous. I was advised booking the flight carrying size only undervfront seat storage. Then got an email explaining how this works. Then tried to checkin online 24 hours prior and you can't since you are not checking baggage. Got to airport to find that can't checkin except at counter as you need a UAL employee to scan their I'd during process to get boarding pass. Waited for employee and then she was rude about it. Again reminded me I can't bring anything else onboard or will cost me extra at gate. If UAL wants to offer this they need to be more customer friendly. I was far from impressed for the inconvenience I experienced being s longtime UAL Frequent Flier.
Pros: San Diego airport had a curfew of 11:30. The flight was delayed 30 minutes and the crew did a great job of boarding with a purpose to expedite the process and have us ready to take off by curfew.
Cons: The flight was 30 minutes late in a city with a curfew so we ran the chance of not being able to take off that night.
Cons: they canceled the flight and put us on american airlines wich was terrible
Pros: The airline seated an elderly physically handicapped man on the aisle, blocking me & my daughter from standing or exiting the row to use the restroom for the 6-hour flight.
Cons: No food or drinks during the flight. The handicapped passenger should have been seated next to his family member, rather than by himself. He needed help for everything!
Pros: Got in early, but unfortunately no gate to unload passengers for almost 20 mins
Cons: Stewardess told me I had to use overhead bin for my personal item. Personal item met requirements with ease. Did not listen to this woman's command.
Pros: Every thing the best company ever
Cons: Just make the price $10 more dollars per ticket and give free wifi. Thanks
Pros: Fflight was smooth
Cons: Missed connection due to delay rebooking took me out of way from LA to Denver and the to Seattle. Arrived 8 hrs after expected/anticipated arrival.
Cons: On my flight back during taking off, I was throwing a trash away into a little bag that is also designed for vomiting. When I pushed a trash into the bag, I felt that it was already wet. Somebody vomited into it at the previous flight and placed it back to the seat's packet. I am not telling that it was the cleaning crew's mistake because it looked like unused until I pushed my hand into it, but it was still a very unpleasant experience and could be also a health hazard.
Pros: Missed connection in SF to Medford due to other planes at our gate not allowing us to de-board on time to make my connection to Medford ...!!
Cons: They did not let my daughter board to safely get home to my mother because she was to tall for a two year old and even after they were provided a birth certificate they still gave her seat up and wouldn't put her on a plane home until I bought another ticket. I am military I only flew with united because we have a contract with them
Pros: The crews were very friendly!
Cons: On the return flight from SAN to DEN I was assigned seat 38A. Nobody should be crammed into a spot that small!
Pros: The pilot continued to interrupt our flight home. Watching movies, 4-5 hours his overrides of loud, loud announcement were useless. Trying to take a nap, dark, early evening. We at 29,000 feet, we're ahead of schedule, we are going to arrive 30 minutes early. Then we arrive early sit on the tarmac, because guess what was at our gate; ANOTHER AIRPLANE! All his rushing and interruption were a waste. The ground team had him wait 200 feet away from the gate for another period of time. We arrived three to five minutes early, at 7:30 PM. Very unpleasant flight.
Cons: Seats are way to small and no leg room at all. Will not be flying united again
Pros: How nice the crew was
Cons: That I was in the middle and lost my phone at the airport
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Plane was really noisy and made a weird noise during takeoff and landing. Sad thing was I had to board the saw plane from San Francisco to St. Louis as well!
Cons: I had the unfortinate luck in getting the seat at the very rear of the plane. It was a red-eye flight and i was really hoping to get some sleep because i knew i was going to have an 8hr layover in Chicago. No such luck on the sleep because the flight attendants were so rude, they were talking very loudly and very vulgar yhe entire trip. I know i wasn't the only one upset because everyone around me was trying to sleep and couldn't. We just kept looking at each other like "really? Come on people!" and it wasn't till about halfway during the flight that they came over the intercom telling how to turn off the tv's on the back of the seats. It took the person sitting next to me to use the flashlight on his phone to be able to find the right button on the arm of the chair. After the experience i had, i will never fly United again.
Pros: Shortened flight was unexpected & appreciated. Not sure if I lost some weight or united finally lengthened safety belts but I didn't need extension this trip.
Cons: Feel like I got conned & ripped off over set upgrade at the checkin kyiosk. Offered an economy upgrade for $79 which actually was $94. I selected seat by window that had no other passengers listed in the seating aisle but somehow in the short period of time I upgrade & walked to gate a middle eastern family with 4 kids, none over 4yrs of age happen to book the seats in my aisle. It was not comfortable & definitely not an upgrade worthy of the xtra $ having kids kicking my chair, yelling, & crying majority of the trip. Had an extreme migraine when finally landed in Houston.
Pros: Once in the air the flight was great.
Cons: 1/2 hr before boarding should have occurred we were notified of a delay- 1/2 hr. I knew I was going to miss my connection and asked, and told if I did they would put me on the next one out an hr later, but could not nor would not address it until necessary. When we arrived, they informed me of the gate to go to... which we ran to... and when we got to there were told the plane left 15 minutes ago.
Pros: Flight attendants were pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Seats seemed cramped, drinks took forever to get. Plane seemed a little worn out and dingy.
Pros: I had a window seat, which was fine.
Cons: I checked in for both my flights before departing on my red eye. When I landed in Newark I found out I had been bumped from my connection to Portland because United had oversold my flight. The next confirmed flight they could put me on to Portland was the next morning, 24 hours later! I ended up flying to Boston and taking a bus up to Portland, arriving seven hours after I was supposed to, exhausted. United customer service was indifferent and unhelpful. I will never fly United again, no matter the cost difference.
Pros: Not much.
Cons: had a 1 hour lay over at LAX. I travel with a Service Dog. I had taken him out to the doggie poddy area. I came back in and had to have my Boarding Pass checked. They informed me that I would need to have my Boarding pass stamped for my dog. It took them 20 minutes to take care of it, by now I was running short on time to get to my flight. As I went through Security, I saw the TSA agent remove my laptop from the bin on the conveyer belt. I saw him lower it to the floor (I thought he was putting it in my bag). It wasn't until I got to Abq. that I realized my computer wasn't in my bag. I have contacted United, TSA, and LAX police. None of them have done a thing.
Cons: The flight was delayed for over an hour and then cancelled. We had to wait AN ADDITIONAL three hours to get on another flight. My wife was able to make the flight change on her cell phone because of the slow response of the agents. Out of five flights on our trip, three were delayed or cancelled for a total of nine plus hours!
Cons: Flight was delayed multiple times due to the maintenance issues with the fuel tanks. Flight ended up being delayed an 1 plus.
