My youngest didn't have a assigned seat until we biard6the plane.

There was no seating at the gate, no where to charge your devices, super crowded. Boarding in group F meant all luggage space was taken when it was time for me to board. The boarding crew was short with everyone and seemed irritated. The luggage space was insufficient, the seat was too small for me (6'4") and very uncomfortable trip. I was in a middle seat between a person snoring the whole trip and a person with very strong body odor. The flight crew was terse and unfriendly, seemed irritated and impatient. Yelled a lot at people with earbuds in, understandable. Finally, we arrived 10 minutes early, only to sit on the tarmac for 20 minutes and wait for a gate. Worst flight experience I've had in years.

The flight was delayed by 3 hours and 30 minutes without any explanation.

They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.

Only problem my credit card had over three pending credit card charges for luggages. I hope these charges do not post. I have already contacted my credit card companies.

Flight was late to board, then overweight. I booked a non stop flight for a reason, ended up having to re-fuel in Texas, arrived three hours late.

My seat was comfortable. There was no TV on the airplane.

Everything was good. Uneventful flight, which is the best kind.
