The check-in line opened fifteen minutes late, the woman who checked us in didn't answer our questions because she was busy talking to her friend. Once on the plane the Airbus seats were truly awful and should not hold a person for 10+ hours. The wifi also never worked."

They tried to then upsell is at 4x the cost which makes the entire thing seem terribly dishonest. After calling customer service, they hung up on me. It’s clearly a scam to extract more pricing data from customers."

They kindly reminded us of safety, but also due to me not making up my mind for drinks I asked for a ginger ale later in the flight and the staff were sweet enough to give once they finished what they were doing. They also were good at accommodating when my partner was unsure what food he would like and gave a good suggestion. Thank you, the Sheppard’s pie was delicious."

Cons: "Some of the flight attendants were very unprofessional and I could hear them in the back while taxiing for take-off complaining about the job. The food was terrible and was served 3 hours after take-off. Every flight I've taken to Europe has at least had extra water bottles in the back of the plane and this flight had nothing. However, my flight from DUB to SFO was great. The flight attendants were happy, the food was good and they had extra water bottles in the back of the plane for everyone to use. I think the service suffers significantly on flights to Dublin from the US."

I noticed changes to my schedule three days before the flight and requested a rebooking. The entire leg to Munich was rebooked by Webjet but again I had to call and ask for an update since they don't issue a second round of confirmation emails."

Cons: "One of the on flight crew members was extremely rude, ignoring repeated request for coffee - skipping my husband when she was offering routinely in order, didn't respond to several calls after she skipped then gave him water, acted annoyed when he reiterated he wanted coffee like everyone else. Also insisted my sleeping 7 yr old upright his chair for beverage service when everyone around us had their seat reclined(the people around us were all Caucasian btw) and she didn't seem to feel the need to remind them."

The balthrooms were clean and felt spacious. I didn't eat the dinner because we ate a large dinner before the long flight. I did tasted it and it was good. The selections of movies was also very good."

After I booked and paid for nonrefundable, unchangeable, uncancellable ticket, I got an email asking me to get a visa in order to be able to transit for only two hours in Toronto airport. The visa takes at least 2 weeks, and my travel date was only few days ahead!. The rough lady in air Canada, plus the bad service and advise by the travel agent who advised not to take any action as it is only 2 hrs transiting and I won't be in trouble, all of that makes me not to recommend anyone to use your weird website. I had to stay 20hrs in the airport to book for another flight."

I had also learned about the protections that I enjoy as a passenger checking in online. The flight caught up in terms of timing as I had to catch a connecting flight to the continent from London. I was very pleased, also with the courteous flight attendents, the food, the entertainment selection and sufficient leg room in economy class. Overall a lovely experience, indeed!"

In general, British Air can be not responsive or helpful in the admin department and i will avoid them from hereon."

Pros: "The sound levels were way low resulting in much lower stress on this aircraft. The beast flew extremely well and was amazingly huge. The BA food was the best I had ever had on an airplane, (in economy) and generous, fresh and varied. The flight crew was very professional and the landings and take-offs were for my wife who is very sensitive to such events, very nice. Fantastic assortment of entertainment."
Cons: "There was not enough water available, and I made the mistake of not buying in the terminal. There is no public area to move around in, which I kind of thought there would be for such a huge airplane. The seats and room were even less than other airplanes (in "World Traveler"--economy) which is a drag because I am a bit shy of 6'. The seat in front of me was about 10" from my face during the flight with mine reclined all the way (and the person in front of me) Pretty much impossible to sleep--ugh."

Cons: "After keeping us on the plane for several hours, we were informed of a mechanical issue and they canceled the flight altogether. We were then instructed to deplane where the BA crew and staff then gave us incorrect information as to where our baggage was, how we were to rebook, etch. Basically they had ZERO response to the issue and were completely unhelpful . The 200+ passengers were left to figure it out on our own. They next day the rescheduled flight was also delayed several hours with no real explanation which caused us to miss our further connection, which cost us 2 days of our vacation. I requested some sort of upgrade for the trouble on the return flight and they refused.They did however apologize profusely..they were REALLY good at that part."

Cons: "After everyone was boarded in the plane, the pilot announced that a fuel pump was broken and that they would try to fix it. 2 and half hours later, the pilot announced they couldn't fix it and that a new one would have to come from London to San Francisco to replace it (as if the only place to get decent plane parts was London)!!!! The plane was rescheduled to fly the next day at 18.00. It didn't actually leave until after midnight, causing us to miss our connecting flights not just once, but again the next day. Communication by British Airways about what was going on and when we could expect to fly was awful throughout, and their customer service was worse than abysmal. I will avoid flying BA in the future."

Cons: "I found it very frustrating that we were told at the ticket counter the boarding would begin at 11:15am for a 12:45pm flight time. I arrived at the airport over two hrs in advance and then had to run a significant distance through the airport and sweat and be unnecessarily anxious waiting on the customs line only to arrive at the gate at 11:20am, to have my bags checked for a second time and then be unable to get any food or coffee before a flight that did not begin boarding for another 40 minutes. I did and still do not see the need for that additional luggage/security check and then being held at the gate for almost an extra hour for seemingly no reason at all."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was overbooked by over 20 people and even though we got the airport 2 hrs early to check in we were bumped from the flight. Next flight available was not for over 8 hrs later that day. Rude and not helpful employees. No gate announcement when flight was then delayed. Most American size carry one do not fit in overbooked head and was forced to gate check."

Pros: "Aircraft seem well maintained and crews are very nice."
Cons: "Boarding was a mess this time. The lady directing the boarding did not make clear where each group should stand. So The lady had to send most of us back which upset many. TAP should copy Southwest Airlines except self checkin kiosk are horrid no matter which airline uses it."

Pros: "Wine was nice and metal container of so-called business class utilities (socks, tooth brush, etc.)"
Cons: "Seats are coach seats! No entertainment. No AC power sources. Shame!"

They always came past to check to see if a passenger needed anything. Free bags is amazing then free pillows blankets and headphones I really hope I get to fly with them on my next flight abroad"

Cons: "Flight was canceled. Rescheduled on next morning on economy class even though the original tickets booked for business class. No hotel, food voucher, etc. were provided blamed on the weather condition even though the bad weather was 1-2 days ago, and on the day of departure it was air traffic control problems which was stated in cancellation email."

Pros: "Good coverage help at ticket kiosks. Flight crew and attendants were attentive during flight in the area of the plane I observed. Good use of lemon sorbet to finish off dinner."
Cons: "An hour Delay in getting plane ready for boarding this was not due to any weather issue that could be observed. Pasta did not look appetizing and appeared too large of pasta and too much cheese to break into mouthfuls with a fork easily.There was a small amount of lettuce without a dressing and some cooked quinoa like grain next it I did not understand what the cooks were trying to do with. Seat is uncomfortable for tall passengers such as myself at 6'5". Important to bring neck support. I had brought one but it was not stiff enough to offer good support. It also would have been a nice touch for writing implements of one sort or another to have been passed out to complete the board card that needed to be filled when entering U.K."

The ice-cream at first I'm so excited and the taste very good! However, it been already melted so... I'm so disappointing. There is no entertainment on plane... I'm so boring"

Cons: "There was a drunk man on the flight. He kept making so many disruptions."

Cons: "The flight was run by United with an older aircraft The chairs were very small and didn't have entertainment tv. The food was okay."

Cons: "The flight was operated by United, but there was no clear indication that it was so and so checking in at the Lufthansa desk was pointless. Seats are extremely tight and the entertainment system is outdated."
