Over charged for bags paid $326.00 for one extra bag I call Airline in Dubai they said you have been over charged

Great business class seats with lay flat seats, attentive staff, great drinks, wine, food, recent movies and lots of choices.
No separate pre-boarding area for business and first class. Beginning of boarding wasn't announced

I ordered regular vegetarian meal and they served me Vegan meal! Also my flight from Chicago to Dubai on January 30 they didn’t offer me vegetarian meal coz they said I Didn’t select meal and they said they didn’t have extra Vegetarian meal!
The whole thing was a disaster. I lost my connection flight due to incompetence from the Ethiopian airlines representative

The crew on the ground could be more friendly and could improve their communication. Improvement needed on the food.
I like that the bulkhead seats (typically where the baby bassinet is placed) have electrical outlets which I used to easily charge my phone; and that there is nice legroom space.
Economy is a bit tight; the bidding process for Cloud Nine (business class) has reduced the chance of passengers being upgraded for free especially as a means to reward frequent flyers, or help passengers with special needs/accommodations.
No Wifi at Lome gate. I don't understand why there is no wifi in West African airports.

I loved the amount of attention and consoling that was given to an ailing elderly woman on my flight to Turkey! On my flight to Ghana the attendants were so gentle and provided a lot of ammenities. Oh and the hotel was an amazing experience and respite especially after the run-around at the airport. Thank you
I did not enjoy the run-around I was given in trying to find the hotel desk. “50 meters then turn left” was the anthem. All someone had to say was go outside the airport and you’ll find the hotel desk! Hehe thank you Turkish Airlines however! Thank you.
Boarding process chaotic due to conflicting flow of movement in the aisle. People don't like to step aside to let others pass. Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time.

Late into the flight there appeared to be a medical emergency taking place just a few rows ahead of me. No announcement was made; it was as though we were expected to ignore the situation. But with the lights in the cabin turned on, a small crowd gathered, and the passenger being vocal in his distress .. . a brief announcement would have been nice: Situation under control, no need to worry, flight will continue as scheduled. The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress.
