We were delayed and they didn’t tell us why. There was no AC while we were on board waiting and it was very hot. We were in the last row and there was no window. We had a connecting international flight at JFK in a different terminal and the flight crew did not request passengers to let connecting flights off first and we almost missed our flight.

Boarding felt a little chaotic as everyone was waiting around the gate. Food was great, service was good.

The chicken was so dry it was impossible to eat. No substitute was offered. The port to charge my phone was broken and all I got was a shrug from the crew. The entertainment system was glitchy and subtitles didn’t load. Crew seemed fully uninterested and unfriendly.

First time flying Business with Tap, I think it was a very good experience. It beats many domestic US carriers, the food options were really great, authentic Portuguese food, wines & deserts. Next time will do the free 24-48 hour stopover in Lisbon or Porto for sure.

Booked business with TAP from LAX to Cabo Verde - overall ok, but just doesn’t feel like business class. More of a budget airline

The business class seats were smaller and closer together than other airlines.

Food was edible, not great, and served by attendants who looked like they really were not happy working the flight. The section I was in was too warm making the 11 hour flight uncomfortable. Other areas on the plane were fine.

We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.

They took 8 hours and eventually cancelled the flight. Compensation has been very lackluster and communication has been slow and terrible.

Airline attendant never walks along the isle to check if everyone is ok. The food is worst I’ve experienced. Chicken pasta is very salty while the fish is bland and over-cooked. Only two toilets for the entire economy section.
