We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.

Not bad but they lost 2 of my bags when I got to Florence

Couldn’t get boarding passes online, delayed an hour, and smallest amount of space on board I’ve ever encountered for such a long flight.

The crew were friendly and helpful. Iberia lost our luggage on arrival, Friday and we didn't get it until Sunday at 10:00 p.m. local Malaga time. I also paid $382.80 for seat assignments but two out out of the four were not together. Iberia mentioned that it was because the plane was delayed in Madrid before our flight began in LAX. They should compensate us half of my payment.

BEWARE!!! Iberia changes your seats at random. I paid for a window seat and they changed it to one in the middle aisle resting against the bathroom- can’t lean back + hear every flush. This on a 11 hour flight.. There were families that were broken up with separate seats all over the plane. Lots of upset passengers showing their seat confirmation to the besieged and helpless airline steward. Also, the gluten free meal was tasteless.

Flight delayed Service could be better Iberia staff are not really friendly

They cancelled the flight)(they said bad weather but many other flights took off) and made us wait 5 hours in line to figure out what to do. We ended up making a new flight the next day on another airlines...I hope they honor giving us our money back

Always an excellent experience. Staff are professional without being overly fussy.

Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.
