Pros: "Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch."

I did not want to make a big deal, so I just ate it. Then they did not offer any beverages when the meal came! I literally had to beg them to make me their famous “Singapore sling”. Shocking really!!. When I had my coffee, my request for cream and sugar went ignored THREE times. Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."

First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

What bothered me even more is that when the woman asked the flight attendant to tell me to put my seat up, the flight attendant complied instead of telling the woman it was my seat to do as I wished. Why make the seats recline if they are going to bother the people behind? Why tell me to put my seat up if it was not a requirement for all (ie during take off or landing)? I did not appreciate this and it made my flight extremely uncomfortable."

Cons: "I was booked on flight QF 74 from San Francisco, connecting in Sydney (3 hour connection) to Queenstown, New Zealand. When I went to check in I was told that I needed a transit visa for Australia because of my Indian Passport. When I booked the flight back in September, it was not a requirement to have a transit Visa. I was told by the Qantas supervisor that this was a new requirement as of October for Indian and Chinese passport holders even with brief connections. 9 people were in a similar situation the day before and denied boarding. I understand that things change, but I am very disappointed in the service provided to me. Of course, they could not help me get an evisa for Australia, but they were not even willing to help me search for it rebook a Qantas flight connecting in a different city/country. They did not even connect me with online reservations directly to quickly do something to be able to continue on my journey. They only gave me a phone number to call and sent me away. I tried the number and was on hold for almost an hour. Luckily, my friends were on a different flight on Air New Zealand that had seats leaving in 2 hours, and I almost missed that waiting to talk to someone from Qantas. I booked a ticket with Air New Zealand (by talking to their checkin agent, who was able to connect me directly with a reservations agent via a direct line, which was something I was hoping Qantas would help me with at a bare minimum) and I was able to purchase a ticket for that Air NZ flight and continue on. I’m VERY disappointed in the way that I was treated and not provided with assistance in a timely manner. I would have almost missed that flight and have to miss out on pre-arranged travel plans losing out on an additional $2000 in tour / accommodation bookings."

There weren't a lot of interruptions during the flight so people could rest or do what they wanted! I also like that Quantas is associated with American so I got a ton of miles!"
Cons: "My seat wouldn't stay upright so any movement made it go back, which was fine for resting but when eating or sitting up, I kept falling back. Luckily the person behind me was understanding."

Pros: "The staff was great, the individual screens and entertainment options were great. Boarding and service was excellent. Included meal and meal options."
Cons: "Not a lot of leg room. My husband and I are both 6ft / 1.8m and on such a long flight, 13hrs it got uncomfortable"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hr 30 min because of catering issues. Because of that only one hot meal for 14 hr flight. Diabetic food was the worst I ever had. My prepaid seat for extra $35 AUD wasn't available. The seat was uncomfortable and the pillow was huge - I had to put it on a floor. I am surprised why Qantas is rated #9 among best airlines for 2016. I will try to avoid Qantas in the gorier."

Pros: "Overall everything was great, flights were on time, boarded efficiently, staff very friendly."
Cons: "I think the service of offering passengers to order their food online prior to the flight is nice, but in practice is inefficient and frustrating at service time. We chose not to order in advance as we didn't know what we wanted. I was annoyed and frustrated to have to wait for the crew to go to and fro with meals and drinks to the pre-ordered customers before being offered our meal. I imagine that if the entire flight preordered their meal, it was also not work so well..."

Cons: "We had requested a wheelchair for my mum on her flight from SFO to Perth. But on arrival in Sydney, she was not offered a wheelchair. We had checked with a quanta staff while getting our boarding pass about the wheelchair and she said they will be providing her with it. So disappionted. How will I be able to trust quantas again while booking tickets for aged/sick people?"

Cons: "I made the same flight last year on a newer plane. This time I missed having water bottles available at all times."

Pros: "Attentive crew Loved that they ranged in ages and races I also loved that the crew were helpful and cheery Crew interacted with my daughter well and always stopped to talk or smile at my daughter as they walked past Qantas are truly the best!"

Pros: "Such an arduous and indirect flight route and entertainment screen was non viable but always good to fly with Qantas!"

Cons: "We booked two vegan meals at the time we purchased plane tickets but the crew said they couldn't find our meal reservation, and didn't seem to care much that all they could offer us on a 14-hour flight was a couple fruit cups. Additionally, we had to land in Brisbane to refuel due to the "fog" in Sydney -- I checked other flights into Sydney later in the day and none others were re-routed due to fog -- which added almost 2 hours to our flight."
