Smooth flight staff very friendly and we arrived 15 mins earlier

Return flight was canceled. Needed to reschedule with another airline the next day. Cost an an additional $84. At another airport 45 miles further away

Length of flight was fine Delay of over 3 hours was very bad!! Flight down was delayed 1.5 hours

I’m still waiting to get on the flight. No one knows what’s happening. The passengers have gotten no updates. We have been up all night and waiting at the airport. This is no way to operate and we should be refunded for this lack of respect for their passengers.

When I arrived at the airport at 4:00 in the morning, I was notified that I "hadn't paid" for my ticket (I had paid and had a boarding pass). Then I was told that while I had paid, the ticket was $600 more than it actually was, and that I needed to pay that so I could board. None of this was true, of course, but it took 20 minutes, two crew members behind the desk, and one on the phone to clear up.

I was double booked for my ticket- they have record of it and admitted to their error but wouldn’t let me board until I paid once again for the fare- have documentation of their mistake -

Horrible experience!! In the meantime we were in Philadelphia they didn’t give us some water and the information about the fly on the plane was without empathy!!! Plus the fly started with delay!! So very unhappy moment!!!

I was not informed via text about flight delay and gate change. There should have been a notice by the original gate letting us know that there was a change. A half hour before original flight time we realized there was no one there and were told that the gate was changed so we ran across the airport (I was traveling with my aunt who is in her upper 60s) to try to make the flight and then saw that the flight was actually delayed an hour . If you can do something for us to makeup for this we would appreciate it. Thank you

Terrible. Poor communication from staff about why we were trapped on the plane for over two hours before even departing. Terrible customer service from flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats

Forgot my anxiety pills, crew didn’t knew what to do then few minutes after they gave me a bottle of water and told me to walk thru the hall. They should be trained for this kinds of situations cause it really would help someone. Tips: bottle of water (airports should allow passengers at least having them thru) for this kinds of situations. Alcohol wipes just in case they don’t have. Tap water on skin (preferably little cold or a normal temperature) this will help.
