The worst. My flight was canceled :-- by email! -- at 10pm, just 8 hours prior to departure. Normally, given the early departure time, I would've been asleep. I was lucky to be awake and to be able to take action. Even worse, it turns out that the flight wasn't canceled (confirmed because I was at the airport and saw it loading), Spirit just canceled my reservation, probably because I got such a good rate! Utterly appalling. Notably, Spirit did not inform you (Kayak) of the change, so I kept getting alerts from you.

Delayed over two hours. Only knew about a 30 minute delay in advance

The flight was a big joke very uncomfortable I had a horrible experience and I will never fly with them again everything about the flight was bogus and I’m not happy with it at all this experience makes me not want to fly ever again

Return flight was canceled. Needed to reschedule with another airline the next day. Cost an an additional $84. At another airport 45 miles further away

Length of flight was fine Delay of over 3 hours was very bad!! Flight down was delayed 1.5 hours

I’m still waiting to get on the flight. No one knows what’s happening. The passengers have gotten no updates. We have been up all night and waiting at the airport. This is no way to operate and we should be refunded for this lack of respect for their passengers.

When I arrived at the airport at 4:00 in the morning, I was notified that I "hadn't paid" for my ticket (I had paid and had a boarding pass). Then I was told that while I had paid, the ticket was $600 more than it actually was, and that I needed to pay that so I could board. None of this was true, of course, but it took 20 minutes, two crew members behind the desk, and one on the phone to clear up.
