Close was excellent. Comfort was very good. The food was marginal.

Without a doubt, my “customer service” experience with SWISS was the worst of my life. Multiple disconnections in conversations, very cold and indifferent staff, failure to follow up with promised status updates — simply put, T. H. E. W. O. R. S. T. A full week later, and I am STILL waiting to hear from them. Never again for me with SWISS. Disgraceful.

Very unprofessional treatment of customers - boardring on being unethical. Only cares about money and not the customer. If you use the swiss brand, you should deserve it - now swiss air doesn't deserve the swiss brand.

The flight and all amenities were good to excellent. SWISS was awful to deal with. Every step of the way they nickel and dime you. Chose your seats? $14. Change your seats… No accounting for the prior payment. You get billed again. 17 pound restriction on overhead luggage, nonsense. It’s a weight in the plane whether it’s in the overhead or in check baggage. They just milk you for every cent they can and I resent it. The flight was excellent.

The Swiss airline is excellent. Seats ate comfy, spacious and free wifi that I enjoyed a lot on my trip

The flight itself was fine, but due to a snow delay my connection to Lisbon was delayed by six hours. Despite this, Swiss Air still managed to lose my luggage. Not acceptable. Someone else on the flight also lost their luggage.

Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).

Flight from Warsaw to Zurich was just OK but the food selection for purchase was very limited. They were out of sandwiches from the very beginning

Best international flight I have had in a while! Far superior accommodation, services, food and general experience compared to U.S. airline companies.

Our AC flight was canceled not once but twice on the same day to Quebec City at Toronto Pearson Airport. 2;30 AC and 9;40PM AC flight. After having our 2:35 flight canceled, we were bumped the second time because of large student groups visiting Quebec City. We were sent to Montreal on an 11:30 flight which landed close to 12:45AM. We were given a hotel room at the Marriot Hotel next to the airport. We had less than 4 hours sleep before we being taken to the airport for our 7AM flight to Quebec City. We didn't have much time to use our vouchers given for breakfast once we had cleared customs for the 2nd time since leaving Toronto Pearson Airport. We missed a full evening in Quebec City and lost our hotel room for the night. We were exhausted the next day and missed an excursion we had planned. My wife and I are both seniors in our seventies, and we weren't happy to be treated in this manner. Air Canada could have used a larger plane to accommodate us and the other ten or so people that were bumped from their flight to Quebec City in order to accommodate student groups. We will endeavor never to fly Air Canada again in future and we will not recommend flying with this airline to our friends and families.

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.

Extremely disappointing. My original Denver–Vancouver–Bangkok itinerary was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. I was not proactively supported and had to drive back home after already reaching the airport. Communication was poor throughout, and attempts to contact customer service resulted in being on hold for nearly three hours without reaching anyone. Instead of being rebooked on the same direct routing the following day, I was rerouted onto a much longer itinerary via multiple cities and airlines, which resulted in arriving approximately 30 hours later than scheduled. At Denver airport, there was no visible Air Canada representative available to properly assist. Ground staff offered no real support beyond directing passengers to a phone number. There was no clear communication, no ownership, and no meaningful customer care during a major disruption. The final journey involved three flights instead of the original two, significantly increasing travel time and stress. Overall, the handling of the cancellation and lack of customer support was unacceptable. What could have been better? Clear communication during the cancellation Accessible customer service (phone support that actually answers) Proper in-person assistance at the airport Rebooking onto a comparable routing rather than a significantly longer one

Flight attendant told passenger to move my bag in order to accommodate his not allowed roller bag then proceeded to crush my bag. When I complained flight attendant said roller bags take priority. Yet this flight was on Rouge which only allows one personal carry on. But not enforced. So I was penalized for paying to check my roller bag.

Flight was good, breakfast could be much better. We had come from a domestic flight on the same aircraft and the domestic flight was much better regarding service compared to this international flight.

Flying in the Dreamliner is always comfortable. Though the food options for Air Canada aren't great.

The seating and lack of leg room. I paid extra for more leg room. The space for under seat storage was a joke.

Our flight was canceled at the last minute. Someone on the flight said the exact same thing happened to her the day before. I will say they helped us book a flight on another airline so that we could still make our vacation with little delay.

Overall good experience. The flight from Toronto to Denver does not have entertainment - movies to watch.

It is what you pay for a basic economy class. No screens for entertainment was hard.
