I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.

They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever and no wifi. Prepare to disembark by a staircase.
Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.
The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good
Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)
Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…
Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.
Georgian Airways check in staff initially denied us, because they thought passengers required transit visas to transfer on connecting flights. This required 70 minutes for them to call multiple people to confirm how transfers worked. They did not apologize once accepting our check in. Onboard, the four hour flight gave stale bread with spam slices as lunch. The only included drinks were still or sparkling water.
They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
At check-in at Guarulhos Airport, I was coerced to pay EUROS 100 for each of my two teenage kids travelling on economy premium on the same flight (total charge of EUROS 200) to AIR FRANCE on the rational that they were on a different class and therefore they would require additional care from the flight crew. My wife and I would be (and actually flew) only a few meters from our kids on business class in the same flight. Air France took EUROS 200 from me in exchange for absolutely nothing. My kids are seasoned travelers and independent, and in any event, they were not given any special or any other assistance or attention by Air France flight crew as result or in connection with the fee charged from me at any given time during the flight to Paris - so ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AND THE FEE WAS SIMPLY ANOTHER WAY OF “MILKING “ EXTRA EUROS 200 FROM ME. Worse, Air France made us wait for everyone to deplane in Paris to let us deplane - after an Air France Paris representative ridiculously confirmed that our kids were our kids, with our kids at that time already by our side seating in business class. We almost lost our connection to Malta as a result. Such a scheme from Air France is outrageous – especially because it penalizes its customers flying in business class or in first class. I would have imagined that Air France would have wanted to attract clients to fly its premium classes – not to charge cheap EURO 100 fees and to keep them waiting to deplane with their families after 12 hours flights at their destination. You won’t see us any time soon Air France and best of luck with your strategy !

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
Food was bad, and they used plastic for everything. For the amount we spent, it felt cheap and as if they were doing us a favor. They need to focus on true user delight, like other airlines such as Emirates, Cathay Pacific, and KLM do, and go above and beyond in terms of cabin facilities and passenger amenities (Earbuds, pillows, blankets were just cheap and completely useless)

We upgraded to business class. First time on Air Canada business class and they ran out of the better prawn dinner and we got chicken. Beds not as good as on Quantas
Terrible customer service at gate in Frankfurt. We were promised a shuttle to connecting flight and a wheelchair at the gate. Neither happened. Gate agent told us to go away to the service center. Zero help. Rude.
Personnel was very polite! Food from Frankfurt to Vancouver was very good!
lufthansa flights are consistently fully booked and they strongly discourage carry-on luggage, making many passengers gate check
The flight had to return due to maintenance issues and then was cancelled
Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.
Aircraft had fairly roomy seats on economy. Food was good (beef dinner).
Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again

It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss
The Discover flight from TPA to FRA was exceptionally unprofessional and incompetent in organization. First the entertainment system was completely nonfunctional for the entire plane and no competent IT support to fix. Than they could not serve any coffee or tea because they ran out of water - reflecting the exceptionally incompetent management at Discovery and most embarrassing for Lufthansa and a German airline, more like a third world country. The food was mediocre at best and minimalistic for Discover, particularly with the much higher standards at Lufthansa.
Lufthansa's Miami International counter folks are very strict on carry-on weight. Can't be greater than 8 kg otherwise they force you to check it for a fee. Bags came out at baggage claim as soon as we arrived to that location (it is a far walk from arrival gate to bag pickup). We do travel with Lufthansa domestically and enjoy every trip.
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
For such long flight we were expecting more comfortable seat , which were to close to each other , the backrest we could only lean a few inches to the back and you really couldn't stretch your legs.
