$322 Find Cheap Flights from San José to Honolulu

Kayak wouldn’t refund me for a flight I was trying to cancel through Kayak. Alaska airlines said I had to cancel through Kayak. I called the customer service line and they couldn’t refund the flight that I booked through Kayak either. You stole my money. You will be hearing from my lawyer.

The bathroom trash container under the sink fell out and was like that long before my flight. The plane smelled of canned fish and floor was Deteriorating

See previous. It was the flight from Honolulu to Kapalua that was cancelled.

Short trip from Honolulu to Kauai. Not a major issue. Only concern was the drop off of the luggage for departure. Only one person handling all of the passengers. She was busting her butt.

Good. Flight was good. Crew was good. Wish they offered coffee refills. Wish I didn’t have to pay for headphones. Otherwise good for a commercial flight.

Should have been forthcoming for reason for delay. Should have been able to check in for seat I'd like.

It was fine. It was a 30 minute flight so there was water or fruit juice and no food. Which was totally fine. The check in, gate and flight crew were all excellent.

I didn’t order food so can’t really say how it was. Overall, it was a great experience.

I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket

Flight attendants had a little attitude. Food tastes no good.

Chargers didn’t work, no entertainment and we had to wait for taxiing for easily 40 minutes after arriving early. Bags were late too!

Everything was great except for the boarding process. Everyone is lining up all at the same time and it’s hard to tell between the groups as they are way too large.

Women boarding passengers at the gate was absolutely rude and disrespectful of passengers. The flight attendant was absolutely delightful! Smiling and connected with the passengers. So happy. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable but I guess that’s just the way it is Communication regarding flight was excellent

Overall we had a good experience during our flight from San Francisco to Houston.

Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi

We were delayed for about an hour from taking off due to traffic control procedures at the destination airport. But once in the air, the flight went well. The crew members were great and provided cabin service despite moderate turbulence during much of the flight.

Nothing also dont give to people that disgusting blanket and pilow.

it was a very short flight so my expectations were low.
