Flight was late. Club was full. Experience is exactly what I expected.
It wasn't really their fault it was the horrible winds and we just got unlucky.
nothing Delta could do... the person sitting next to me was huge and overflowing into my seat
Crew members were friendly and attentive, and the flight was very smooth, but I think I was bumped into about a dozen times between crew and passengers. No sleep was difficult, though I’d take a restless flight as long it was smooth anytime.
This flight landed early, but deplaned late. We were stuck sitting and waiting for a gate for over an hour
It was nice having the whole row to myself and was nice to get in earlier than expected
Smooth boarding and I always like when the crew asks passengers with tight connections to deplane first. I wasn’t in that group but many times needed to be. When the staff asks for it the other passengers usually listen.
At this time they are the better choice, I appreciate their professionalism ✈️

Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.
the flight from Tampa departed with a delay. The food on board was poor, usually on international airlines alcoholic beverages are offered free of charge , but here it was for a fee, the cutlery was wooden, there were no hot drinks (tea, coffee). Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the portions of food, but it wouldn't have been enough for a child either.And in the future, I will try not to use the services of this airline

the head jack on my seat didn't work and the power outlet didn't work for my seat
Boarding process was well organized and orderly even though flight was fairly full. Water bottles were provided during boarding which was great as I drink a lot of water. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been but was acceptable and fairly dry. Food however was mediocre. I have had better food on 2 hour local flights in other countries.
No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.
Other than the two hour delay, it was fine. Of course they were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole delay..
Got automatically assigned a middle seat, unless I fork out extra money for seat assigment.
Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.
Another late flight from United. We never got the exact reason why. When we got on the plane, the staff seemed to spend a very long time just milling around in the front of the plane. I also never figured out why the door to the cockpit was open for so long prior to leaving. All in all just a poor performance again from United. There is a reason we did not choose United for the international legs of this recent trip, overall dissatisfaction.
I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.
The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.
The only poor experience was the flight the day before was canceled. I have flown enough to change as soon as notified. That was a huge plus for AA. Obviously I paid out of pocket for a hotel. Not AA choice , it was mine. I had resources. Other friends on the same flight were more affected. I know everyone is doing their best and the ability to change my flight was a good move AA.😀
The food at Admirals Club was really great Pijamas were a nice feature The flight attendant was very nice and great attitude The aa.com does not work well specially internet service Overall a very good flight .
We could have left on time. We were an hour late.

Flight a little late. Entertainment system didn’t work for first hour. Toilets dirty after 2 hours. Is there no one assigned to clean them?
Flight was canceled and then rescheduled on another flight. Paid for first class but moved to the back of the plane. Then put up in the worst/dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. American Airlines should be ashamed of putting their passengers/customers in a place that filthy.
We appreciated that the AA agent at the check in desk was aware that we might not make our connecting flight from Liberia to Miami due to delays. He immediately got us on an earlier flight, which meant less time in the airport and the ability to catch our flight home. Without him, we might had to spend a night in Miami, which we could not do due to work schedules once we got home. This action is what made this flight sequence excellent.
One suitcase didn’t make the flight and was delivered a day later.
