W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". Super, long line at check-in. Once they opened up the first class window for everybody, things moved somewhat faster. Flight was still delayed by one hour. Flight itself was smooth. Food was good for the first meal and mediocre for the second. JAL flight attendants could speak better English.

Because I felt quite comfortable, I slept five hours straight during the flight which is phenomenal to me. I will definitely fly with JAL again!"

If it wasn't for the rest of the crew being great and his managers apologizing and listening to the full complaint I would probably have decided never to take China airlines again. Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai."

I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."

Air Canada was late arriving so I raced through the airport, pushing my mother in a wheelchair. We got to the gate while the passengers were still boarding but were denied because Air Canada already rebooked us. We were told we had to stay with our bags. They rebooked us through London, not directly to Munich. That flight was also very late so we had to rebook in London and arrived in Munich hours later than planned. Our bags never arrived. I had to go buy some clothes quickly. My bag was found in lost and found 2 days later when we flew out of Munich and my mothers was sent onto London where we are currently visiting. If we had not arrived at the Munich airport 5 hours early for our flight we would not have been able to get to lost and found to get my bag. Lufthansa agents at the counter where we had to get a pass to go through security to get to lost and found were unfriendly and treated us as if we were a bother to them. It’s not our fault we had to go find our bag. This all caused a lot of stress for us and a much longer travel time.
Carry-on restrictions are stringent not allowing carry-on sizes suitcase we have brought on many other flights, boarding is disorganized and slow and delays this causes combined with too short of layovers to allow passengers and luggage to make connecting flight causes extremely rushed connections where all of our checked bags did not make it onto flight back to the US
Flight was overbooked. Food was awful. Seats in economy class are a torture: narrow, not enough leg room. The airplanes classes are like casts: rich, average and poor…That system is a shame. Pilots were Excellent !!! Thank you!!!!
The flight was on a very small plane for a transatlantic flight. It was more suitable for a mid-distance domestic flight. The plane was also quite old and its entertainment systems repeatedly froze and shut down. Finally, the airline charged for most food and drinks--on an international flight. I will avoid Lufthansa and its partner, United, in the future. Also, the airports are a disastrous mess, with long lines and huge numbers of flights delayed (although this is beyond the airline's control). Both my flights were delayed substantially.
It was the long delay and standing that was tiring. Then the rushing around to catch the connecting flights was exhausting for everyone I am sure. Airport was crowded. The crew didn't update us on our connecting flights while we were stuck waiting for the bus to take us to the terminal, which caused more anxiety.
Crew were pleasant. The food choice could have included vegan options too.
Lied and said the plane had left when I could see it at the gate. Every flight was delayed and lufthansa was the reason I missed my flight, but they had no remorse. They are declining in customer care and on timely departures
I was not able to board because United Airlines from Richmond (RIC) doesn't know their own policies. I was denied a boarding pass for not have registered on a Kuwait website but US Military is exempt, which is expressed on United's website. Will need a new, fully funded ticket, not at my expense.
The flight was delayed and communication was poor. I went from jogging to my gate (because I thought the plane was boarding) to standing in a line for two hours with several hundred other people -- taking a variety of flights and wondering why we were standing in yet another line, in a hallway not at the gate. One woman screamed announcements in front but with so many in the line her voice could not be heard. Had I known what was going on I would have used the bathroom, gotten a drink and a snack. I would still have had to wait, but at least I could have been comfortable.

This was was not very pleasant experience as he approached us asking questions why we had so much cabin baggage, when our children were in bathroom and assumed me and my wife had 4 pieces of baggage, when we had 1 each and then left without apologising."

The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Cons: "The entertainment system in my seat was not working. The crew was very helpful in terms of trying to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was not fixed. The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. Unfortunately the flight was not as comfortable for her as it was for the rest of my party traveling with me. For such a large aircraft, Lufthansa should consider boarding economy by seat section. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

I had to walk to my room outside, and had leave in the morning in the dark as well. I was traveling alone. Please put your passengers in a better hotel, closer to the airport. I did not expect that from American Airlines."

Cons: "Oh man, I have so many things I need to say. I tried giving AA a chance, but compared to when I flew on WestJest two months prior for almost the exact same trip (I flew to San Francisco versus San Jose that time), WestJet was by far more superior in terms of customer service, boarding organization, and friendliness. First of all, what bugged me profusely was the lack of seat selection and the crazy pricing for certain seats. On WestJet, the emergency exit seats were available without any additional cost, yet AA was charging $66 USD to sit there. Furthermore, seats closer to Business class also carried a charge of $25 (or something like that) - ONLY because you get to board sooner. I would understand if there was extra legroom involved, but really, it's just a matter of sitting and getting off before anyone else. If anything, those seats should be given to passengers who have tight connecting flights and need to get off asap. even in those cases, you shouldn't be charging someone almost $30 just so they can make it to their next flight that YOUR company arranged within such a short time frame. But the most annoying thing about my trip with AA was the fact that I had to take out all of my belongings from my carry-on and carry them in my arms because there was no room left in the overhead compartments. Excuse me?? How is there not enough room? So I had to walk with my laptop, my iPad, my Beats headphones, my laptop and iPad charger, amongst other things, in my hands to the aircraft. Thank goodness I found a plastic bag, because otherwise I probably would have lost something expensive on that plane. Furthermore, as I walked to my seat, there was most definitely places that I could have stowed my carry-on luggage in the overhead compartments. You shouldn't let people put things like purses and bags of food in the overhead, when those can be stowed underneath the seats in front."
