Best airline ever for economy
Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was sitting on the window seat and ice and water kept falling on me from the vent above. When I told the flight attendant, her response was “this is normal and happens on all flights” and didn’t offer any help. It was very frustrating.
One bathroom in the aircraft not functional at the gate itself leaving one restroom for the whole plane. Crew constantly badgering to not assemble in the aisle.
Both of my flights were slightly delayed. I’ve noticed the standard carry one luggages do not fit in the overhead bins. Wouldn’t it be easier to have people check in their bags when they arrive?
The experience on boarding was super fast and easy. Specifically during these times. Maybe comfy seats.. but it’s a plane not a damn Couch hahaha :)
I booked a flight SJC to ORD. It included a layover in LAX. I had to transfer my own baggage and pay for baggage twice!

Everything was fine (no entertainment on this flight, too short.). But there was one weird thing on both my outbound and return flights. In both flights they announced there would be modified beverage service, and made a big deal about how you weren't to remove your mask, just point to one of the numbers on a menu with four beverage choices. On the outbound flight they only served about half the plane. On the return flight they didn't serve anything! If I didn't know better I would have said that the announcements were prerecorded...but they weren't. What gives?

Pros: "San Jose boarding was very quick and orderly to New York. And, The TV was not working and the flight attendants were very kind to let me sit in an empty seat to watch TV."
Pros: "Our seats right upfront with the extra legroom!"
Pros: "We got in ahead of schedule."
Cons: "The staff seemed tired and overworked. I got hit in the head by a flight attendant with the snack tray. An accident but still. Once we landed and we’re at the gate it took almost 40 min to get off the plane. That was ridiculous. Then after the long walk to baggage, luggage was still not there. Again we waited. Too much waiting after a long flight. I fly to NYC all the time and I’m usually in the city one hour after I land and it took 2 hours 15 min to get to Queens. Usually I have great flights with JetBlue. Last night was not the case. You get a C."
Pros: "Extra space seats. The crew. The food. The landing! Pre-board bag check at gate - asking for volunteers."
Cons: "The cabin temp was too cold. The entertainment was awful."

Pros: "The Blond flight attendant was amazing. She handled all the folks extremely well."
Pros: "Although it was stormy there was very little turbulence and the flight was smooth overall. The staff was great and made sure to come by fast."
Pros: "average flight. Friendly crew."
Cons: "There is no online check in! Kayak sells multi-airline flights with airlines from different alliances and that does not allow you to check in online. We got to airport at 3:45 am- no one at the check in counter, employees finally arrived at 4 am, checked in, but then we don’t have seats asssigned! We get to the gate and wait-wait-wait until almost 5am and finally the employees were able to find someone willing to move so that myself and kids don’t get seats in emergency exit row. Nuts. Very unpleasant(not the employees, those were nice-it’s the check in and seat assignment policies)."
Pros: "The aircraft was clean and comfortable and everything went official"
Cons: "The film did not work"
Cons: "I appreciate the commitment to safety but it seemed odd that the entire plane was help up for almost an hour to add a quart of oil to one engine. Otherwise an excellent first experience with Jet Blue. We will be back."
Pros: "I liked that all people working for Jetblue can't wait to be of assisstance to you. All are well spoken and neat. The operation runs so smoothly. Its just a wonderful experience."
Pros: "Am very happy with Jetblue. I will fly with them again."
Pros: "Jet Blue was GREAT- as usual. I want you to know that getting through security in ATL airport was an ordeal. Incredibly long lines, disorganized (a sign clearly said, TSA Pre-check- line up here) and then the people managing the lines yelling at us (and this is an observation) because they wanted us lined up further back. This was baffling because the actual line into the TSA space was empty at that point. I think the ATL security staff could all benefit from some further training about to work with people effectively AND ATL airport needs to look at their systems. I know it's a busy airport, but there has to be something better than what they are doing now!"
Cons: "Dirty plane from inside. No entertainment. The screen didn’t worked half the time. Most uncomfortable seats ever! No charging port either! First and last time with JetBlue."
Pros: "I liked that I was able to get the relevant information on time"
Cons: "We were not fed food!"

Cons: "They said one bag and one smaller carry on allowed. Then at gate required several of us to check our bag (no choice) to keep room for customers paying extra for overhead space (extortion...). It was a red eye flight but all TVs in our row would not turn off so all night changing bright lights 10” from out faces. Their attitude, “too bad...sorry. Use our really uncomfortable eye masks that don’t really work.“"
Pros: "I like only 1 thing wi - fi is working good."
Cons: "I don’t like anything. It’s a worse airline ever i take I would like to suggest never ever fly with jet blue . I go through so many problems so rude employees working at help desk . Especially steven he said he is supervisor then he says he is only shift leader instead of helping he just talking so mean guy . This is really a big story i try to put in small words ...i fly with them on march 2nd LAX to JFK my finale destination is amritsar in India because of their fault i miss my next flight . Pros: "crew members, unlimited snacks and drinks, internet"
Cons: "entertainment system is old / no chargers on plane"
Cons: "When I scanned my boarding pass the Jetblue staff member told me my carry on was too big and had to be checked. This was puzzling to me because I travel often and do not have a problem with that bag. As I was sitting on the plane I saw everyone's bag's were bigger especially the man next to me. His was significantly larger and he had a large duffle bag between his legs causing him to manspread into my area. and yet i was told "make sure your purse is under the seat" seriously?! What about his giant duffle bag and huge carry on roller?!"
Pros: "The second flight attendant approached was helpful."
Cons: "Upon boarding an odor of vomit was obvious. An attendant announced that a previous passenger had been sick in the row and there was no time to adequately clean it. There was only one food option available for purchase. Neither the overhead reading light or entertainment system at my seat worked. The first attendant I approached told me she could find me a seat in the back of the plane. I declined as I reserved a seat in the front of the plane in order to deplane and go through customs swiftly. I was then offered a seat directly behind the row where the passenger had vomited. Eventually, a different attendant placed me in a seat nearer the front of the place where both the light and entertainment system worked."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed making it so I and several others had less than 4 minutes to catch our next flight. The flight attendants wouldn’t help us at all. Instead of having us come to the front of the plane to exit first we had to ask the rest of the passengers if they didn’t mind letting us through to catch our flight. I have severe psoriatic arthritis and I had to sprint to my next gate that had been changed making it much farther away from our arrival gate. Now I get to spend my vacation in pain trying to recover."
Pros: "The timing"
Cons: "People were being inconsiderate towards one another and staff did not care to diffuse the situations."
Pros: "The one thing I liked was the expedited service I got because my brother needed a wheelchair. The comfort of the plane was really nice as well, one of the best flights I had in a while."
Cons: "What I didn’t like was how my flight got cancelled and the only flight I was able to get was 4 days later. So I was stuck in the Dominican Republic for a total of two weeks!! I had to miss another weekend at work which made me lose a lot of money since I’m a barber and lost some one my clientele. On top of my flight being cancelled it also got delayed again but only by 30 minutes so I wasn’t so upset. When it came to the boarding, that had to be the slowest boarding I’ve went through. The gate seemed very behind on the technology and that caused the workers to work even slower. At times they had to step away and go on their monitor to fix something out so it took an extra 30 minutes before I even got into my seat, and I was sitting in row 6 of the plane. Then after everyone was seated the flight got held back an extra half hour because a lady wanted to file a complaint saying that she got pushed and ended up being the only person that got kicked off the flight so she did it all for nothing. So with everything happening, our flight got delayed an hour and a half. Very disappointed.."
Pros: "The flight was normal. The crew was nice and the flight itself was painless."
Cons: "There were only two flights, one to my and one to Boston. My bag went to the wrong place and the way they handled it was disgusting. Making us run around the airport with no answers and nobody wanting to check the conveyer belt. Then they said if they found it they would let me know. They found the bag and they said by 6:30. Well, 6:30 passed and they had my bag but they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered and they use a third party company who they didn't have a contact number for or any answer as to when it would be delivered (I needed several things for work so it was a rush). Lastly, the lady I spoke to on the phone said it was my fault that I would not be there to receive the bag the following day as they did what they are supposed to. I was really surprised with how bad this customer service was as a whole. No communication and just nasty."
Pros: "Food was good."
Cons: "Our seat assignment. We were assigned to last two seat on isle and it was too uncomfortable. our seat leaned back very little so it was too hard to relax on a 12 hours long flight. We were exhausted. Also plane was very dirty."
Pros: "The crew seemed capable and came around a couple times with water. We arrived safe and sound as one would hope for, if an hour or so later than scheduled. Seats seemed roomier than most standard economy/coach (probably due to it being an older model). Though I didn’t partake they seemed to offer more complimentary snack options than other airlines."
Cons: "The airplane cabin had a strong urine odor that endured throughout the red-eye flight, the air temperature had to have been at least 75 degrees, probably 80 which was a bit stifling. No usb/power at the seat which would be preferable/should be standard by now for a coast-to-coast flight. Seat didn’t recline which isn’t the end of the world but a bit of a bummer. My headphones didn’t work with the little screen at my seat but it’s ok because based on my neighbor’s screen it was just a rotating lineup of Jet Blue commercials/fake tv shows that I can easily pass on."
Pros: "On time - nice crew."

Pros: "Low fares. On time departures and arrivals."
Cons: "Americans today travel with hand luggage and duffels which should be in the hold as ticketed baggage. This practise delays boarding, delays disembarkation, makes the aircraft top heavy in takeoff and landing and creates 'pop open and drop' type accidents. Nothing larger than a purse should be allowed as hand carry."
Pros: "They refund me the money"
Cons: "I almost lost my international connection, had to pay double to get my destination on time"
Pros: "Everything but not esp food"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 1hour and 40 min. One hour at the boarding gate and 40min on the airstrip. Pilot said we were overweight. When we landed at 730 vs 557 we still had a delay because our gate was occupied causing a greater dalay. Due ro this delay I was late to work. The flight attendee making the announcements might have been new because she kept messing up what she was saying and shouting and mumbling through the speaker. I usually have amazing flights with jetblue but I'm highly disappointed with this flight."
Pros: "My flight from fort Myers to New York was amazing. Flight was ahead of time and crew was polite."
Cons: "When I received my luggage it was so damaged that someone used clear tape to keep it closed. There was no note inside the luggage to state if it was tsa who went through the bag so I went to customer service to inquire about it. The representative from New York airport stated that I over packed my bag that's why it was damaged. I can assure you that my bag was under weight and there was no problem when i last closed it. So to be clear both zippers on my luggage was completely destroyed and taped up like a ragged cloth. I was embarrassed to walk around with my bag and the only recompensation I received was a $40 credit to my next flight."
Pros: "Free wifi when I got my bags and was headed out of the airport. I had to order an uber to the wifi helped"
Pros: "We landed safely."
Cons: "It was freezing. We boarded 1 1/2 hours late. The stewards were a bit short and not very patient. I saw people being allowed to board with way more bags than you said were permitted and some of the on plane bags were so huge that the front people had to check their bags at the last minute. Boarding was slow as it was clear that the stuff was not fitting in the overhead compartments. What happened to dimensions of bag restrictions? It is frustrating to the people that abide by the rules to see them so flagrantly ignored."
Pros: "The boarding process was good. Other airlines should adopt the 'boarding from the back of the plane to the front' process."
Cons: "But everything else about the flight was not great. The crew was slow (though they were polite and friendly). Movie and TV show selections were not bad, but the sound quality was so terrible that it was impossible to hear the movie."
Cons: "Flight was over an hour late. Then luggage didn't come off plane for ages."
Cons: "Paid more to upgrade to even more space seating, yet no indication I would not have in-flight entertainment, a tray table and power stations in this seat. I would have kept my original seat and my money in my pocket had I known these standard amenities would be restricted."
Cons: "Attitudes of employees on plane, conditions on plane, delays, rerouting, Horrible and will be writing a letter!"
Pros: "With the 3 hr delay for weather, I appreciated the snack boxes and water provided at the gate."
