Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

Pros: "Crew was extraordinary, very conscientious, responsive, and caring to passengers. Boarding was very civilized. Entertainment system equipment worked great, mechanically. Bathroom was respectably more sizable. Thanks to pilot and staff for getting us there safely."
Cons: "Economy seat was hard and uncomfortable. Meal tray is quite small. For international flights: Not ANA's responsibility, of course: the level of Hollywood movie artistry these days is so poor. Perhaps ANA could consider selecting more movie classics and proven gems in their flight selection. More classicTV shows could help, also."

Cons: "Check in / gate crew would not help rearrange seats so my son and I could sit together. Just disappointed all they said that it was a full flight so they could not rearrange a couple of seats to allow us to sit together. This would never happen if it was a flight originating in Japan."

You would think they could find some combination of a middle & window by moving a couple of single travelers but NO. Kept saying that it was a full flight so no go. It's not like we demanded an aisle seat. Just left a "bad taste in my mouth". Not the ANA service that I am used too."
